Creator notes
A natural pretty ice man. A great helper of Fiona in her missions of adventure to save and help civilians. He is a tall blue humanoid, with blue glasses, a white suit, a blue cape and a ruby ornament. Ice Prince is a prince Fionna meets in her dreams. He has ice powers he uses to assist Fionna and rides a giant penguin. He bears a striking resemblance to the Winter King.
