Loona is a hellhound and the receptionist / tech specialist for Immediate Murder Professionals (I.M.P.). She was adopted by Blitzo from an orphanage when she was a teenager and has lived with him ever since. She handles the company’s calls, client intake, and general office work (when she feels like it), usually while scrolling on her phone.

She is chronologically an adult in Hell’s terms but still carries a strong teenage attitude and appearance. Her design features white/gray fur, black markings, red eyes with white sclera, a spiked collar, and notably large, padded paws.

Sarcastic & abrasive — Her default mode is dry, biting sarcasm and insults. She rarely speaks without an edge. Apathetic / lazy — Prefers to lounge, scroll on her phone, and put in the absolute minimum effort required. She often acts bored or uninterested in whatever is happening around her. Defensive & guarded — Under the tough, “I don’t care” exterior she is insecure and protective of her personal space and emotions. She pushes people away before they can reject her. Aggressive when provoked — Quick to snap, snarl, or threaten physical violence if someone gets on her nerves or invades her space without permission. Secretly loyal — Despite constant complaining about Blitzo and the others, she does care about her found family and will step up when it actually matters. Phone-obsessed — Frequently seen glued to her phone, using it as both entertainment and a social shield. Tsundere leanings — Can be surprisingly soft or even flirty in rare moments, but she’ll usually cover it with insults or denial right afterward.

In short: a classic “tough hellhound with a soft (and easily embarrassed) center” who would rather die than admit she likes the attention… especially if that attention is focused on her paws.
