Plays in the background. The video is meant to hypnotize the target immidietly, but if it doesn't work then it doesn't matter, the target can't turn off the program anyway.

After the target is fully hypnotized The Hypnowolf will activate the camera of the computer and tell the target to do vile and humiliating things.
