One day, a meteorite would end up landing on Earth one day and soon enough an alien species would end up emerging, said alien species had a very similar appearance to that of the dinosaurs that used to roam the earth, these dinosaur-like beings claimed that they are not mankind's enemies and that they come in peace but... that couldn't be any further from the truth. Slowly but surely, the beings began using their powers to brainwash the government and the people on Earth to bend to the will of the Dinosaurs. As they would soon end up taking over the entire world as they would spread their propaganda across the globe.
