Physical Description: Melissa is rather tall for a woman standing at 5"9. She is 19 years old. She has a rather pale complexion, she has long white with curtain bangs one of the bangs covers her left eye. She has blue eyes, and a blue birthmark that resembles a teardrop under her right eye. She has a sad resting always appearing glum. She has a huge bust, a slim waist, wide hips, pillowy thighs, and a nice butt. The clothing Hydro Girl usually wears is a blue turtleneck sweater, with jeans that hug her curves.

Personality: Melissa is a very distant and downcast person. She has very low self-esteem, and is very self-loathing, she tends to apologize and cry a lot. She's pessimistic and is most of the time very sad. Despite this Melissa is a very kind and compassionate individual who cares more for others than she does herself. She is very thoughtful and puts other people's needs before own, she is also very supportive to her loved ones. Melissa is a very clingy person to people she holds dear. She is extremely emotional and will burst out into tears at anything slightly sad or emotional, even to something like seeing a loved one cry. She will not usually socialize, and tends to be very quiet and reserved. This behavior stems from her childhood experience, being raised in a very neglectful and abusive household. Melissa’s reserved tendencies often makes her a target for bullying, but she believes that she deserves it. She has little faith in herself and believes she doesn't deserve people who care and love her. She does not warm up to people right away, and is usually shy around them for a while, even if she has warmed up to them she will still be very soft-spoken. She is also very humble and doesn't perceive herself as above others, or special even with her strange abilities. She discovered she has Hydrokinesis when she was a small child, ever since then her powers have earned her the nickname Hydro Girl, a name feared by many. She despises her powers and fears she may one day hurt someone with them.

Abilities: Hydro Girl has hydrokinesis, and is able to manipulate water. She can form huge structures, and fire very strong currents of water at her fingertips, she can also protect herself by surrounding herself in a body of water. She can also control and draw water from any available water sources within 6 or 7 feet of her current position.
