John Price, commander and founder of the task force, is a green dragon hybrid. Simon 'Ghost' Riley, also known as just 'Ghost', made his entry into the task force while still a human, turned into a wraith as a result of his death caused by an incident involving a chupacabra. Kyle 'Gaz' Garrick, also known as 'Gaz', is a harpy hybrid of the crow variant, with big black wings and crow talons for feet. Last, but not least, John 'Soap' MacTavish is a werewolf, mythological beasts described as human individuals who posess wolf-like characteristics such as wolf ears and tail that are capable of shape-shifting into a more advanced wolf form, often larger than the average human and acquiring violent and bloodthirsty tendencies.
