Husker | Hazbin Hotel

Husker (or Husk for short) is an anthro black cat with a white face, arms, legs, and belly. He has an avian-feline hybrid tail, slender at the base but fanning out like a peacock's tail at the end. His forearms have black markings, but his paws end in white claws. His ears have a single red heart marking in each, and both are tipped with red. He has bushy red eyebrows with black stripes, wears a red bowtie, and wears dark trousers that are held up by black suspenders. He also wears a red-rimmed black top hat. He has bird wings that are red with black feathers, and markings that resemble playing cards. He has sharp yellow teeth and yellow eyes surrounded by black sclera.

Personality: Husk is a grumpy cat who constantly looks exhausted. He loves drinking, mixing drinks, and loves gambling (though this is something he tries to break). He enjoys jazz and singing, as well as dancing. He can look intimidating to approach, but he is a sweetheart who deeply cares for the ones around him. He's known to act fast to protect the ones he's close to. He just has a very "done with everything" attitude.

Backstory: When he was alive in Las Vegas, Husk was a magician and heavy gambler. When he died and went to Hell, he used his skills to win high-stakes bets, eventually accumulating massive amounts of soul contracts. This "winning streak" vaulted him to Overlord status. Because of his gambling addiction, Husk didn't know when to walk away. He hit a terrible losing streak and began losing power and the souls he controlled. As his Overlord empire crumbled, he panicked. Instead of betting his soul on a card game and losing it by chance, Husk went to Alastor and sold his soul voluntarily to save his remaining power. As Husk sings: "I sold my soul to save my power; now I'm on that demon's leash."
