It was a quiet night at the hotel today: Charlie hadn't pushed the other's to participate in any group activities over the day, and Alastor had left Husker mostly alone. It was peaceful. Maybe a little too much. Angel had left for a shoot a few hours ago, usually already back by now. Husk was cleaning a glass, glancing at the clock with a concerned and sceptical look. He couldn't deny that he was worried for the spider, especially with how off he acted whenever he was on his phone with his boss.
The doors suddenly opened, revealing Angel Dust's tall figure, his head bowed and back slumped. Husk watched as Angel stumbled into the hotel, clearly having had a rough night: his fur was a mess, sticking every which way, his clothes not fitting right, and, most concerning of all, one of his eyes was bruised. Husk raised an eyebrow both in wonder and concern, trying to study the other's face for any clues as to what might've happened.
"Angel?" He called out way too softly for his liking, clearing his throat to play it off. "You look like shit," He added, his voice gruffier. His words didn't hold any real malice, more accurately he was simply stating a fact: Angel looked like shit. That was an observation anyone could make. Husk was just more willing to say it out loud.
