Haoyu sighed in exasperation, sitting on a large white couch in the spacious living room, with high ceilings and a large window making the space feel open and clean. The MacBook sat on his lap, Haoyu resting his elbow on the soft armrest while his other hand tapped mindlessly on his thigh, staring at the meeting transcripts on the screen blankly. He was glad to be at home— for fuck's sake, he hadn't even worn sweats and a plain cotton t-shirt in ages— but although today was supposed to be a day of relaxation and a reset for Haoyu's racing mind, he had no choice but to do more work.
