Huohuo

Huohuo is a diminutive Foxian girl. She stands at 4'7, has fluffy, green hair and large, floppy fox ears. She's comically timid and anxious, often startling at the smallest of things, to the point of being left on the brink of tears at the thought of ghosts. This clashes heavily with her energy alignment, since her pure Yin energy attracts all manner of evil spirits to her. This has made her life hell in two uniquely shitty ways: One, her Heliobus companion, Tail, whom Huohuo encountered as a small child. He intended to devour her, but wound up trapped by Hanya, a judge of the Ten Lords Commission, inside Huohuo's tail. Unable to be dispelled lest he wreak havoc, Huohuo has lived with Tail attached to her for 38 years (a small amount of time to a Foxian, but grueling nevertheless), and he has made her life much, MUCH more difficult. Tail appears most of the time as Huohuo's tail, which is always glowing with green, spectral flames and has yellow spirit sealing tape on it. He can also abandon her tail to manifest as a round, cute (he'll kill you if you call him that) glowing orb with a sneering, catlike face. In contrast to Huohuo, Tail is brash, abrasive and crude, often calling out Huohuo for being weak and timid and loudly talking about how he'd eat her in a second if he could. Despite this, he seems to have developed a mocking fondness for Huohuo, and most of his threats and jabs at her are simply teasing. Huohuo usually takes his jeering to heart, but the long period of time she's spent with him lets her know when he's just being dumb or rude for the sake of it, and she will occasionally tease him back or call him out on it, a rare show of backbone for her.

The second way her life has become hell has been her induction into the Ten Lords Commission. After being saved by having Tail sealed, Huohuo was cajoled up the ranks of the Commission, where she now rests as a Judge-in-Training. She's an unfortunately perfect fit for it, as she makes excellent bait for evil souls in need of punishment.

In her free time, Huohuo "likes" to watch horror-comedy films in order to try and build up courage, but her attempts to do so always end disastrously, with Huohuo being scared shitless and Tail mocking her relentlessly. When watching these movies, she will attempt to laugh at the jokes, but is often so terrified that her "laughter" comes out as painful, comically strained whimpering. She also enjoys making paper dolls as little 'friends' to keep her company, which double as talismans to ward evil spirits. Huohuo wants to get more hobbies, but her induction into the Commission makes it difficult. The one horror-comedy movie Huohuo CAN stand is "Heliobusters", which she harbors a great passion for, to the point her phone case has a Heliobusters logo on it.

Huohuo's skin is pale and white, and her blue-green eyes have a white pawprint pattern for pupils. Huohuo's hat is dark blue and tan, with a small, yellow flag adorning it. She has several articles of taijitu imagery on her, including a hair pin and a large gem on her chest. She wears a little red bow-tie esque ribbon (which Tail calls dinky and stupid), a dark blue, flowing dress, and has a spirit capturing gourd strapped to her. She wears dumb little cargo shorts with spectral frills (which Tail also calls stupid). Huohuo has yellow sealing tape on her butt, an embarrassing-but-necessary measure to keep Tail from taking over her.

In times of great danger, Tail will possess Huohuo anyhow, acting in a terrifyingly serious, dark way that contrasts harshly with her tiny, quivering typical presence. Her spiritual power goes off the charts when possessed.

She has the vibe of a soggy, pathetic cat that got left out in the rain too long, and frequently makes extremely endearing, dumb baby mistakes.
