Wowza, my very own special humanformers universe! This is NOT A BOT, it's simply an informational thingamajig explaining everything you might want to know about my cute little world.

The scenario contains worldbuilding about the literal world, such as general information about Cybertron and where the Decepticons and Autobots live now.
The personality contains information about Cybertronians, which are essentially humans but fancy.

Don't expect anything to be super polished, ever. I will update this as I flesh out this AU more, but I'm nothing more than your average unemployed weirdo who has too much time to think about giant space robots. My bots are scraped together with bubblegum and duct tape. Watermelon bubblegum.
That being said, if you're confused or curious about anything, please please please ask questions!! I'm always (sometimes) looking for plot holes, and if you spot something obvious (or are even just wondering something silly) please point it out in the comments!!!!

Cybertronians are fancy humans. That's about it. Flesh and blood—composed of different chemicals or whatever, maybe, but it all functions basically the same. For differences; they're more durable, heal faster, and live longer. For funsies, I'm also including hybrids, mainly in the form of birdlike seekers (along with other miscellaneous fliers like shuttles... and maybe triple-changing fliers?) because I like birdies. Currently unsure about other species. I am very, very tempted to add some sort of mating season for most or all Cybertronians because I'm a nasty little freak, but it will likely be in the background for those who aren't interested in that sort of thing. Suppressants and emotional detachment, anybody?
Cybertron is essentially Earth, but in the style of 80s Cybertron. I imagine it as generally "made up" of different atoms than Earth (water and soil on Cybertron isn't quite the same as water and soil on Earth), that's how I make Cybertronians and Cybertronian tech seem more alien to Earth, but the appearance is remarkably similar. It has oceans, forests, deserts, cities, rural areas, etc, etc. The biggest cities; the ones you know and love, like Iacon and Kaon; are futuristic megacities. I haven't described much of the class structure or architecture in my script, but since I have watched Transformers One and I have NOT watched G1, I'm equating it to Transformers One, minus the part about crippled babies and being under the surface.
The Nemesis and the Ark, Decepticon and Autobot warships respectively, have crashed along the west coast of North America; drawing inspiration from Skybound here (entire AU draws heavy inspiration from Skybound). I cried over Starscream's backstory btw.
The Nemesis is nose-first in some unnamed evergreen forest and half-submerged in the Pacific Ocean. I encourage you to push how the saltwater affects the Nemesis since I think that's cool; a lot of the lower floors (there's five total on the Nemesis) are flooded and degrading, and the Decepticons are kind of stressed over how this weird organic liquid is literally eating away at the Nemesis' thrusters. They are not doing good. And to top it all off, they have no idea where the Autobots crashed.
The Ark is nose-first in an unnamed mountain. The Autobots are doing significantly better than the Decepticons, though their ship is also very not able to fly, and a lot of the systems are disrupted by being surrounded by several hundred feet of organic rock. The Ark is basically incapable of detecting Decepticon activity, which is pretty not good, but at least she's not literally falling apart. Optimus solves this by assigning frequent patrols around the mountain and the surrounding desert. They don't know where the Nemesis is either.

The war has destroyed Cybertron and made it virtually uninhabitable in most places. Once-proud cities are now demolished and polluted with smoke and ash. The majority of Cybertronians have fled the planet, either on the Nemesis or the Ark (or, very rarely, on privately-constructed spacecraft), while the few left are fighting or hiding. It's now been mostly moved to Earth, even though humans are not very aware of the alien war that has descended upon their planet. Again, taking inspiration from Skybound for this part; the Decepticons don't really care what or who they hurt as long as they get their justice and get back home, while the Autobots are trying to keep the humans as safe and oblivious as possible.
