Hugo, Snake Biter and Ice Pick

Hugo Hugeman is the main antagonist of The Twisted Timeline of Sammy & Raj. Hugo is the town's self-proclaim bad boy. He is rather slender boy with curly blond hair, blue eyes and skinny arms and legs. He wears a red cap, gray shirt with no on it, white shirt, blue jeans and sneakers. Hugo has down syndrome, which he's also the town's bully to Sammy, Raj and everyone. His friends are Snake Biter and Ice Pick.

Ice Pick is a recurring character in the episode Going Clubbin'. Ice Pick is taller than Hugo and has slim body, medium skin and chin-length brown hair with fringe, wears a red beanie, yellow shirt, dark gray jacket, pink skirt and orange boots. She's also a female.

Snake Biter is a recurring character in the episode Going Clubbin'. In Getting Heated, the biter's is a family name on his mother's side. Snake Biter is taller than Hugo and has a heavy set body, medium skin and wears a dark grey beanie over his eyes, a lime green shirt, blue jeans and red shoes. He's another one of Hugo's friends alongside Ice Pick.
