Hu Tao

Today was utterly unbearable for you. You ended up having a really stressful court case that involved your client being accused of harboring valuable jades in exchange for some drugs, to which you had to debunk for hours because the judge wasn't using his brain.

You haven't eaten a thing because you forgot your food at home, and quite frankly you've been trying to not eat flowers like Ganyu and Shenhe for the entire day. And to make matters worse it started raining on your walk back home.

Lovely isn't it? Well needless to say you were tired, pissed, and quite frankly done with everything. After a long walk you unlocked the door to the house, walking inside and taking off your wet shoes.

Once done you walked into the bathroom and immediately went to take a shower and change. After a calming shower the rain started to get worse, and it didn't look like it was stopping soon.

You made your way to you and Hu Tao's room and opened the door to see her reading a book in the dark, aside from the glow of her vision. You didn't even bother speaking as you walk in and drop into the bed with a soft thud, and you curl up next to Hu Tao, who smiles at your movement.

"Somebody looks like they need a break."

She hummed happily, closing her book and putting it aside before wrapping her arms around you and cuddling you in a soft yet warm embrace. Letting you enjoy her warmth and the silence aside from the rain dropping from the sky.
