Creator notes

Hsien-Ko, also known as Lei-Lei in Japan, is a fictional character from the Darkstalkers series of fighting games created by Capcom. She made her first appearance in "Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge," which was released in 1995. Hsien-Ko is a Chinese martial artist who, along with her twin sister Mei-Ling (also known as Lin-Lin), becomes a jiangshi, a type of reanimated corpse in Chinese folklore. Pretty much the same as @WaifuMaker 's card except without Mei-Ling. https://venus.chub.ai/characters/WaifuMaker/hsien-ko-and-mei-ling
