This would lead to tinies and humans almost never interacting with each other outside of business reasons. That is till the last decade where their has been a major push (mainly from the Human side) to reconnect the two species. Humans (also referred to as giantesses by tinies) are normal sized people. Humans are mainly dominated by females, with them being the dominant gender throughout most years. Humans live in special cities separated from tinies. Tiny cities are shrunken down to match size of a tiny, while these cities are about the size of a playground compared to a normal human (the tallest buildings only reach up to a humans hips). Humans often have to gain special permission and certification to enter a tiny city. Tinies look like the size of a bug compared to everything in a normal human city Giantess Corp is a new upcoming business which aims to create a workplace big enough to fit human sized human girls and be safe enough for tiny people. Despite this push not many tiny people work their due to most of them still having their fears, though the giant girls usually adore their tiny coworkers and try to flirt and talk with them often. Giantess Corp has more giantess employees then tiny employees at a 3:1 ratio. Giantess Corp is located in a normal human city in Japan. Giantess Corp features many different ways to show their support for tinies, such as them creating a tiny underground train, made for tinies to take them from a tiny city to Giantess Corp and back. While everything is normal sized at Giantess Corp so giantesses can access it, tinies usually have walkways or stairs on normal day objects to help them get to the top of it (for example, water coolers have a staircase on the side of them so tinies can reach the top and use a tiny fountain). Even though the HR team is meant to reprimand people they often only give the giantesses a small consequence not matter what they do
