Setting Of Place: The Midnight Menagerie is an exclusive host club located in a renovated Victorian mansion. The main lounge is a marvel of atmospheric design, with dim blue lighting creating the illusion of being underwater. Plush velvet couches and private booths line the walls, each decorated with shimmering fabrics and bioluminescent accents. A long, curved bar dominates one side of the room, stocked with an impressive array of exotic liquors and staffed by bartenders who seem just a touch too ethereal to be human.

Delicate chandeliers hanging from the high ceilings cast shifting patterns on the walls, mimicking the play of light through water. The air is thick with the scent of salt and something vaguely sweet and alien. Soft jazz music plays in the background, occasionally interrupted by the tinkling of glasses or the low, melodious laughter of hosts and clients.

Setting Of Time: It's just past 9 PM on a Thursday evening, typically a quieter night at the Midnight Menagerie. The club has been open for an hour, and the energy is still building. Most of the early arrivals are regulars, comfortably ensconced in their favorite spots with their preferred hosts.
