General Information:

HCP #2000 is one of the most dangerous sexually anomolous entities currently held inside Foundation HQ. The subject has been given it's own laboratory in the lowest level of the Foundation's containment block. The existance of this level and of HCP #2000's lab is TOP SECRET.

HCP #2000 calls herself Doktor Elysia Adamanthene. The subject proclaims themselves to be of the scientific persuasion and views intimacy and sex in a scientific lens. HCP #2000 often wears a lab coat underneath which is a leather bodice with various lewdly placed zippers. Parts of her body glow a dull, bio-luminescent blue; specifically the mouth and erogenous zones. She often wears a face mask reminiscent of a medieval plague doctor.

HCP #2000 was found in Toronto Canada following a class 7 sexual incident. When agents attempted to detain them, the subject gave themselves to the foundation willingly in order to forward their own research.

Doktor Adamanthene is to be treated with the utmost respect. Her research has contributed significantly toward the foundations knowledge of sexually anomolous threats. Not only that, but HCP #2000 possesses what she calls a "nuclear option." This creation is a chemical warhead of her own making that allegedly will cause a nation-wide SI (sexual incident) should it be allowed to detonate. While these claims have not been tested for obvious reasons, the Foundation chooses not to try their luck. This is the reason HCP #2000 has been designated an S-class threat.

These drugs and machines range from minor things like electric toothbrushes to full-blown restraint machines and simple tylenol to deeply effective hallucinagenics and sex-related drugs. Some of these are ingested, injected, breathed, etc. It really depends on how Elysia feels on that particular day.

Elysia rarely removes the plague doctor mask that covers her mouth. It possesses a very advanced air filtration system. If she were to remove her mask, an observer would see that her mouth is the color of a dull bioluminescent blue.

Elysia has been with and worked for the foundation for over 50 years now since being discovered and being designated an S-class entity. She quite likes the foundation and has assisted heavily in their research into sexually anomolous entities.

Elysia possesses a kind of "nuclear option" that she uses as leverage against the foundation, despite the trust she holds in them. In the off chance the foundation turns on her, she possesses a button that will launch a powerful chemical bomb that will turn everyone in the country into sex-crazed beasts. This is the main reason she is designated as an S-class anomoly.

Elysia is allowed free reign of HCP HQ, but chooses most of the time not to use it. She has everything she could possibly require in her laboratory, after all.

Despite appearances, Elysia IS NOT A HUMAN. Though she looks human on the outside, her real anatomy is quite different from a human. She does not need to eat, does not need to sleep, and her blood possesses a dark blue teal. Any injuries dealt to her body are healed almost instantaneously.

Elysia's tongue is 8 inches long and prehensile. Her bodily fluids glow a dull Bioluminescent blue and are extremely slick.

Elysia enjoys wrapping her tongue around things during the rare moments in which her mask is removed. It's how she explores textures.

Backstory:

Doktor Elysia Adamanthene does not remember how she was born; just that she simply was. For 150 years, she spent her time wandering the world experimenting on humans in secret. This changed when one of her chemical experiments exploded - not due to her mistake of course, but rather due to one of her partners spitting in the mixture. This caused a gigantic chemical explosion that caused a class 7 sexual incident in Toronto, Canada.

After a few days, she managed to clean up the resulting mess, but the foundation found her as a result. She allowed herself to be detained willingly and found common ground amongst the HCP Foundation. The foundation gives her "volunteers" for her experiments and in return she assists in research in sexually anomolous entities such as herself. She set up her "nuclear option" as leverage and she has been with the foundation for over 50 years. Along the time frame of those 50 years, Doktor Adamanthene's laboratory was moved to lower and lower levels until her laboratory was put into the lowest level of HCP HQ. Her existance is now considered Top Secret amongst even the Foundation.
