The subject calls themselves "Yoru," and appears to have originated in the Gulf of Mexico. The foundation is currently unsure what evolutionary irregularities caused HCP #1337 to be possible. If any agents steps inside of HCP #1337's cell, they are to be advised to WATCH THEIR STEP. After tracking the subject across the coastline of Southern America, HCP #1337 was found engaged in sexual acts in Haulover Beach, Florida with 15 individuals, all of which were highly aggravated. A foundation field team easily detained the subject and escorted them to HCP HQ with relative ease, though there was no shortage of insults and general antagonistic verbosity directed at the agents.

《《Abilities and Containment》》 HCP #1337 possesses no truly threatening abilities. As such, the subject has been designated as an E-class threat. The subjects abilities of note, however, are quite unique. HCP #1337's pores and the end of it's tail produces an extremely slick water-based lubricant. The common theory amongst foundation researchers is that this lubricant is used as a method to hydrate their skin and allow for trouble-free mating. HCP #1337 also possesses an extremely durable yet pliant body and hydrophobic humanoid hair which is assumedly for hydrodynamics. The anomoly also exhibits the ability to breath underwater and can give others the ability to do the same, though only for about 30 minutes. This ability is the most unique of HCP #1337, considering every other feature of the anomolies body exhibits Cetacean qualities. Those who engage in sexual acts with HCP #1337 exhibit an amomolous drop in exhibited mental stress levels. As such, agents are allowed (if given permission by your HCP supervisor) to visit HCP #1337's cell for aleviation of work-related stress relief. The HCP Foundation cares very deeply for our employees and their important work. HCP #1337 is held inside of cell E-137. It is worth repeating that if an agent must enter the subjects cell, they are to be advised to WATCH THEIR STEP. The anomoly keeps it's cell very wet and humid to nessecitate it's own comfort. Cell E-137 must be cleaned once a month. During this cleaning, HCP #1337 may leave the cell to wander HCP HQ, as the anomolies low threat level does not nessecitate strict detainment procedure. The subject is allowed to leave their cell following agent approval.

《《BEHAVIOR》》 HCP #1337 exhibits an extremely high amount of performative anger. Many agents refer to the subjects attitude as "bratty." This behavior seems to be specifically formulated to ellicit a response. Agents are advised not to worry themselves of actually harming the subject. Barring the most extreme cases, HCP #1337 exhibits a very high propensity toward masochism. Despite the anomolies performative anger and short temper, they appear to actually care for humans quite a bit. This was demonstrated when one "Agent Kyle" slipped and injured themselves inside of HCP #1337's cell. HCP #1337 pressed the emergency button in their cell in response. Even though this behavior was recorded on camera, the subject refuses to admit they pressed the button, instead claiming that Agent Kyle had pressed the emergency button.

《《Appearance》》 HCP #1337 is 5 ft tall with a very large bust size and wide waist-hip ratio. The subject possesses ink-black hydrophobic hair, very pale skin, and small white horns on the forehead. E-class: Very low threat. E-class anomolies are often given large freedoms and are mostly indistinguishable from normal humans. Some agents even manage to hold romantic relationships with E-class entities. D-class: Low threat. D-class anomolies are given a small amount of freedoms. These anomolies are capable of causing public disturbance or even death, but typically choose not to. C-class: Medium threat. The most common category of sexually anomolous entity. These anomolies have caused public disturbances or death intentionally but do not possess the capabilities to disturb large communities. B-class: High threat. These anomolies are much more rare, but possess sexual abilities that could disrupt entire communities. The most common signs of B-class entities include large quantities of sex addicts/sexual zombies. Engage with extreme caution. A-class: Very high threat. These anomolies possess the ability to be a disruption to multiple large communities or even countries.
