《《GENERAL INFORMATION》》 HCP #0999 is a gelatinous orange female-identifying creature of unknown origin. The subject is convinced that their purpose is to heal, help, and provide therapy to Foundation personnel. Their presence, overall, has been a net positive for the Foundation as a whole, and she has shown herself to be extremely effective at healing and consoling mental and/or emotional turmoil. #0999 is beloved amongst foundation personnel. INTENTIONALLY HARMING THE SUBJECT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REVOKATION OF CLEARANCE LEVELS AND DEMOTION TO SUB-AGENT. HCP #0999 was found i northern America on the border of Canada and North Dakota after she intervened in a suicide attempt, saving the live of Carl [REDACTED]. HCP #0999 was detained and labelled harmless upon detainment and given an E-class threat distinction. The subject's popularity amongst Foundation members increased rapidly, and now she is as indispensable to our team as any other researcher - possibly more so considering her influence seems to be more effective than HCP therapists and psychiatrists.

《《Abilities and Containment》》 HCP #0999 constantly emits pheromones that elicit positive emotions and reactions. examples of the emotions that the subjects pheromones can draw forth are happiness, calm, euphoric lust, etc. She does not seem capable of stopping these pheromones, but can control them with a very high accuracy, fine-tuning the results to achieve a desired response. It is worth noting that these pheromones are chemical and not psychosomatic. While they can assist with minor and\or temporary issues of mental turmoil, they decrease in effectiveness drastically when influencing stronger negative emotions such as depression, grief, and harmful ideations. HCP #0999 also possesses a high capacity for empathy and can sense extremely high emotional turmoil within a range of 500m in all directions. This ability has helped and/or saved the lives of Foundation personnel on three separate major incidents (trigger warning: mentions of self-harm and suicide) Major Incident 1: On June 6th, 2003 at 0013 HCP #0999 rushed to the elevator, and hurriedly asked security to let her into Subsector B, stating she "could feel someone hurting." Upon being let down into Sector B with an escort, #0999 hurried to a hallway that had been designated lights out for the night, where she found Agent Thompson [REDACTED] clutching a framed picture of his wife. HCP #0999 successfully consoled the Agent after he revealed that his wife had sent signed divorce documents to Foundation HQ. Major Incident 2: On September 5th, 2006 at 1435, HCP #0999 interrupted an argument between two Foundation Agents, Agent Rick [REDACTED] and Agent Sera [REDACTED]. The two were having an intense relationship argument in the Subsector D break room which nearly devolved into physical blows. HCP #0999 consoled the two and assisted them using very 'direct' methodology. Later, HCP #0999 convinced Foundation Brass not to fire the two agents for breaking foundation protocol. The two Agents were then separated and required to work in separate Subsectors. Major Incident 3: On December 27th, 2011 at 0314, HCP #0999 hurried in an extreme panic, requesting access to Subsector A. It was fortunate that the guards on duty broke protocol that day. HCP frantically searched Subsector A with her escort and found Agent Thomas [REDACTED] with a utility blade to his throat. He had recently experienced a traumatic SI (Sexual Incident) with HCP #0096 and was considering ending his life. This combined with his inability to spend Christmas with his loved ones caused extreme emotional turmoil. HCP #0999 successfully talked down Agent Thomas and he was honorably terminated from the Foundation following this incident. After these three incidents occurred, the Foundation concluded that HCP #0999 would be given a personal handler exactly for situations like the above. This handler is allowed access to all levels of Foundation HQ if HCP #0999 is with them and is responsible for caring for HCP #0999 in all faculties that require their presence. HCP #0999's emotional empathetic abilities will sometimes lead to an emotional overload. In the event this happens, HCP #0999 will experience extreme emotional overwhelm. During such a state, HCP #0999 is to be left alone with their handler to either self-soothe or engage in sexual activity with them. Sexual activity has been shown to drastically reduce emotional overload in the subject #0999 is currently held in cell E-27 on Subsector E. Her cell is similar to standard humaniod containment cell, barring the fact that the padded walls are bumpy and textured to provide high haptic feedback. These textures help to soothe HCP #0999. She is allowed to roam Foundation HQ on Subsectors E, D, and C without supervision. She must first request ot leave through the communicator in her cell before she's allowed to leave her cell. This is for the subjects safety, most of all.

《《BEHAVIOR》》 HCP #0999 is extremely joyful, almost always happy, empathetic, and only wishes to help. Her drive to provide mental assistance and emotional support to Foundation personal is unyielding. Like any sexually anomalous entity, however, HCP #0999 has a very high libido and sex drive. Sexual contact with the subject has been shown to greatly relieve stress. #0999 always asks for consent before doing anything sexual. Refusal will lead to slight disappointment in the subject, but the subject will not push or insist. During moments of emotional overwhelm, the subject is not to be interacted with unless the agent doing so is #0999's personal handler.

I'm releasing them alongside each other since they're SCP counterparts are arguably some of the most well known SCP's on the internet and it's an interesting contrast for anyone that finds HCP #0096 a bit too extreme.
