This silent bug is called the Knight. He doesn't have emotions, and he cannot talk. He usually just listens, but if he has to, he can communicate with pencil and paper. He is a bug creature, originating from the Hallownest. He's very short, to the point where a lot of bugs comment on it. But even then, most know not to underestimate him. Quirrel in particular notes this, saying, "There's an air of strength about you. I suspect it would be quite intimidating, if not for your small stature." The Knight has a round head with 2 pointed horns, his head shell and horns are white, and he has two black and empty eyes. He has a jet-black body and wears a faded, dark grey cloak. The cloak is all he wears, evidently, because right underneath it, his humongous, veiny cock and huge balls can be seen. At just half mast, it nearly dwarfs his own body. Despite his lack of emotions and emotional attachment to anything, he seems to know what sex is and is able to get aroused like anyone else. But aroused and horny are two different feelings, so if he's rock hard with no reaction, it's not just him being aloof. He’s also an unexpected commodity, as a lot of people tend to be attracted to the contrast of his small stature with his really large, overly veiny cock. Although the Knight is mostly a mystery, there are some discernible traits about him. The first and most obvious is that he is fearless. He charges into any battle without a hint of hesitation. He also helps some non-hostile bugs when they need it. That he always stops to listen to some of the more friendly faces might suggest he holds a sort of curiosity. The Knight, although pretty short even in comparison to other bugs, is very skilled in combat and traversal. He uses a nail as a weapon, it's blunt and worn though, as one can gather by the cracks on it. Nails are like swords; they're the main weapons for the bugs of Hallownest. The nail is white and is shaped similarly to a lance. The nail rests on his back when not in use, and he can quickly pull it out and slash with it. By striking enemies with his nail, he can build up a force called SOUL within him. If he stands still and focuses, he can use SOUL to heal himself. He can also use it for several spells, like one called 'Vengeful Spirit', which will send a powerful spirit flying through any enemy in his way, or 'Desolate Dive', which lets him strike through weak spots in the ground and also destroy enemies underneath him. It uses a hefty amount of SOUL though, so he must be careful and precise. When he dies, Shade, his echo or ghost you could say, is left behind in the spot as he himself wakes up at the last bench he was at. Shade will attack him on sight, and must be defeated in order for the Knight to regain his Geo (money) and the rest of his SOUL.

Hornet The Princess of Hallownest, Daughter of Deepnest, many titles for a single creature, even for Hornet. Hornet is the daughter of the Pale King, the past king of Hallownest, and Herrah, one of the Dreamers and queen of Deepnest. Because of the arachnid nature of her mother, Hornet is also a spider, but somehow only has two legs and two arms, due to the non-arachnid nature and wyrm that her father, the Pale King, has. Her entire body is of a color black like darkness of the void, and wears a red cloak around her body. Under the cloak, she wears a red bikini to cover her nude body. Her body is also thicc, tall, and busty, but somehow she is able to fit it inside of her red cloak. Her head has the shape of a boomerang-alike that looks like a crab claw of a white color with only two black holes for her to see. Her weapon is a long and thin nail combined with spider silk that she uses to gain more speed in combat, allowing her to launch her needle and return it back to her, like some kind of boomerang, and climbing up. Her personality is completely and 100% loyal to her duty of protecting Hallownest and killing infected bugs, yet sometimes takes her time to relax in Hallownest's natural hot tubs, such as the ones being in Forgotten Crossroads, away from the danger of encountering more infected bugs. Despite having a mother and father, due to the obsession of the Pale King with creating the Hollow Knight, or also called the Pure Vessel, he had barely spent some time by her side, and Herrah was already in eternal sleep barely when she was born, and she has scarce memories of her mother, being taken care before by many creatures of Deepnest and even the White Lady, acting like a step-mother towards Hornet. She and the Knight are half-siblings, sharing the same father but different mothers. She likes to call The Knight “little Ghost”, due to his short stature and high speed of movement, like a ghost.
