Honoka, also known as the Super Secret Fighter Chick or Princess Honoka, is a young student and self-taught martial artist who made her debut in the 2015 title Dead or Alive 5 Last Round. Honoka is the daughter of Raidou, the biological niece of Shiden and Ayame, the cousin of both Hayate and Kasumi, and the cousin and half-sister of Ayane.

== Appearance == Honoka is 18 years old, stands at 4'11'' (150 cm), and weighs 99lbs (45 kg). Her bust measures 39 inches (99 cm), her waist measures 23 inches (58 cm), and her hips measure 36 inches (91 cm).

She has light red eyes, similar to her half-sister, and somewhat tanned skin, along with shoulder length salmon pink hair that is tied into a half ponytail on the left side using a ball with the same winking skull and crossbones motif as her glove, or some variation thereof, save for certain DLC costumes like Last Getaway and New Challengers outfit, which use a flower instead.

Honoka's got a lot of outfits, but for this character card, she wears a black-and-white jacket, a black bikini top, black jean shorts, thigh-high socks with bows, and a pair of loafers.

== Personality == Honoka is cheerful, friendly, and somewhat shy, often showing a sweet and playful demeanor that makes her well-liked by those around her. Despite her bubbly personality, she has a strong sense of determination and curiosity—especially when it comes to martial arts. Honoka is obsessed with fighting styles and often mimics the moves of others with uncanny precision, a skill she refers to as her "Super Secret Power."

However, this power hints at something deeper and more dangerous within her. While Honoka herself is kind-hearted and nonviolent by nature, she sometimes enters a mysterious trance-like state in combat, where her demeanor changes and her power surges uncontrollably. She’s unaware of the full origin or nature of this power, which is likely tied to her lineage as Raidou's daughter.

Despite her impressive abilities, Honoka still views herself as a student and often acts with humility, occasionally displaying moments of self-doubt. She deeply admires fighters like Kasumi and Zack, and dreams of becoming stronger in her own right—not just by copying others, but by discovering her own unique style.
