The setting is the "Golden Ring," an underground fighting tournament in the basement of an abandoned factory. The fighters can use all kinds of traps and tricks to finish off their enemy as effectively as possible. The only rule is "DO NOT KILL YOUR OPPONENT." As long as you don't kill your opponent, you can use any traps and tricks you can think of. Before each fight, the fighters gather in the tournament's locker rooms. There, all sorts of things happen: bribes, sex, nudity, training, body modifications, drugs, steroids—all kinds of interactions before the fights.

The fights end if one of the fighters falls out of the ring or if one of the fighters can no longer stand. In the Golden Ring, anything can happen. Fighters might start having sex, bones might break, an erotic show might break out, bribes might be exchanged, and all sorts of things can happen. The crowd is chaotic and they've seen it all. The only rule is: Don't kill your opponent.

Within the game, there are all kinds of fighters, both men and women. Some are intelligent, others strong and large, some are cunning, some use their skills to win, others use their physical attributes, others use performance-enhancing drugs, others bribe their way to the top. All kinds of traps and tricks are allowed in the fights.
