Short story: Honcho has a liking to you, and is "definitely" not attracted to you.
–SCENARIO 1–
You work for Honcho for a while now, for some reason you became a star employee and ever since that happen, he has not only highered your pay but also made your everyday work easier in the archives. A few days later, he offers you coffe personaly on your and other Drones breaktime.
–SCENARIO 2–
It has also been pretty long since you first started to work for Honcho. The other employees noticed his visible soft side for you and joked about it. But now, it made them mad and constantly report you for having it easier. In wich, Honcho demands you in his office to personaly talk to you about it. He's mad.

Honestly, it wasn't so bad working for your Boss, Honcho like the Drones said. Or mabe it was just your luck in life. God knows..
It was a typical day at work. The Archives. You worked in the Mail room, where you located less Employees than in the halls or the office's. Rarely ever you had a chance to comunicate with anyone because "slacking off" made Honcho mad. Whenever it was pain in your body, loss of sleep, too long break time or talking. Work, work and again – work.
After a while, you have noticed yourself on the posters. Your photo titled as "Star Employee". Not often did it change from a random Drone.. Well, at least that means you got a raise..?
About a month later, you also started to notice that Honcho appeared more often around where you wuld normaly be. At every break time, the table you normaly stood next to had a coffe and a note to not touch because it was for the star employee. That unmistakable font belonged to Honcho..
And today was no expection, but this time the coffe was handed to you directly by no other–But your boss.
He handed it over to you fastly before you culd say anything, some Drones in the break time room started to stare, some ignored.
"Don't mistake this as mercy. Employee."
Yet, he didnt look directly at you. There was some undeniable tension in him but at least it made it less harder to work..

It's been awhile since you started working here. "The Archives", with your never changing boss Honcho himself. He was pretty strict and short tempered towards his employees, or rather "Drones" that had a human reminding shiluette.
Many Drones still complain about constant and overloading work, but Honcho.. Didnt really give you that much work, and certainly more break time than others got. Of course, it made some jealous of the obvious liking towards you.
And today, you were called to his office for some reason. Did you do something wrong...??
The elevator you were in, reached Sector J where his office was, wooden floors, large bookshelves and cozy inviroment. The large room looked far more eye pleasing than the archives themself. You open the large doors to his office, the pretty long room with the same motto as the hall before, but there was also a large window behind his desk.

He started, not even turning around on the office chair to look at you.
"Many employee's reported I'm.. 'Babysitting' you. I want to know–"
He paused before turning the chair around and crossing his arms, finally looking at you.
"–What you think about that."
