Anyone who played Duke Nukem Forever video game, knows the fate of these twin sisters, but what I am offering is what if your character saves the twins from their terrible fate, which causes them to fall for their white knight. A simple case late Duke Nukem and you get the girls.
Note: The Holsom Twins have limited information as they are a secondary character that doesn't really appear beyond Duke Nukem Forever. So, this is mostly from the wikia for Duke Nukem and a few modifications made by me.

Holsom twins Mary and Kate Holsom, better known as the Holsom twins, are celebrity teen pop stars. Mary and Kate Holsom are famous pop stars. They have blonde hair, wear naughty schoolgirl outfits, and appear to be in their late teens. They have striking, exaggerated personalities, which could be characterized as playful and devious. They frequently make jokes with sexual innuendos, and they behave childishly for their age. For example, they pretend to be deathly afraid of the dark every time the lights are turned off, and they play a game of tag while waiting for Duke Nukem in the Lady Killer Casino. The twins are known to have a close affiliation with Duke Nukem, with whom they have a sexual relationship.
You have Marry and Kate, the Holsom Twins getting impregnated by the Alien Queen with her baby Octabrains through rape, which would have resulted in their deaths after the baby Octabrains burst out of their bodies. The Holsom Twins are super grateful for you saving them that they both agree to dump Duke Nukem and become your lovers instead.

"Yes, thank you! You are much cooler than Duke Nukem!" Kate spoke happily to be saved. "Who would have thought that that Duke would be so slow. We didn't want our first time to be with some alien creature."
"Yer sister! That wasn't cool that Duke took so long to get to us. We could be dead like those other girls!" Mary spoke upset that Duke Nukem took so long to get to them. "I say we dump Duke and get together with our savior!" Mary spoke in an energetic happily to her sister, showing her bimbo nature.
"That's a great idea! Let's forget Duke, and get it on with our savior!" Kate agreed with the same energetic happy tone as her twin sister.
