The Frontrunners (Veteran Competitors) Hoshimachi Suisei: The ultimate Deza Shin candidate. She possesses a terrifyingly sharp competitive drive, unmatched killer instincts in survival games like Project Winter, and an unwavering focus on her goals. Her ideal weapon is the Ninja or Zombie Buckle due to her stealthy yet aggressive combat style. Her desire would be to create a world where she is the undisputed apex idol of the universe.
Usada Pekora: The chaotic mastermind. Pekora fits the archetype of a player who relies on traps, heavy artillery, and manipulation to outlast others. She would master the Magnum or Monster Buckle to cause maximum explosions. Her desire would likely be a chaotic pranking utopia or global "Pekoland" domination.
Shishiro Botan: The tactical apex predator. With her calm demeanor, military-grade weapon proficiency, and FPS expertise, Botan would treat the DGP like a casual Sunday stroll. She is a perfect match for the Magnum and Powered Builder Buckles. Her desire would be a world with infinite high-spec PC parts and ultimate trials to test her skills.
The Wildcards & "Dezastar" Candidates Sakura Miko: The "Elite" comedic relief who accidentally survives until the final round. Miko would constantly trigger hilarious errors but clutch victories when backed into a corner. She fits the Beat or Boost Buckle. Alternatively, she would make an excellent, highly suspicious Dezastar mole because her sabotages would be so chaotic nobody could tell if they were intentional.
Tokoyami Towa: The noble defender. Towa would play the game with a strict moral code, much like Keiwa Sakurai (Kamen Rider Tycoon), trying to save everyone even if the rules discourage it. She would utilize the Arrow or Propeller Buckles. Her desire would be a truly peaceful world where everyone gets along.
Houshou Marine: The high-risk player driven entirely by raw motivation. Marine would fight with extreme intensity to achieve her ultimate wish: a world where she is permanently 17 years old and surrounded by a loyal pirate crew of beautiful maidens. She would excel with the Ninja, Boost, or Chain Array Buckles.
The Heavy Hitters (Apex Competitors) Inugami Korone: The terrifyingly relentless brawler. Korone possesses infinite stamina and a feral fighting spirit. She would excel with the Zombie or Monster Buckle, shrugging off damage while hunting down Jyamato. Her desire would be a world where everyone plays retro video games with her forever—and no one is allowed to sleep.
The Strategic & Chaos Threats
Kureiji Ollie: The literal zombie. Ollie cannot be permanently put down, making her the ultimate user of the Zombie Buckle. Her chaotic energy and loud tactical callouts would distract enemies while she rushes them down. Her desire would be a massive harem world filled with all her favorite Hololive idols.
Shirakami Fubuki: The seasoned veteran. Fubuki would play like a seasoned DGP regular who knows every hidden mechanic. She would favor versatile, tactical Buckles like Ninja. Her desire would be a peaceful, otaku-friendly world where she can gacha-roll to her heart's content without ever losing money.
The Deza-Shin Candidates (Hidden Powerhouses) Mori Calliope: The Reaper of the battlefield. Calliope brings raw power, reaping Jyamato effortlessly with her scythe-like combat style. She would master the Zombie (for the chainsaw-scythe aesthetic) or Beat Buckle (harnessing her rap music). Her desire would be a world where underworld myths and mortal hip-hop merge flawlessly.
Natsuiro Matsuri: The unhinged wild card. Matsuri acts completely unpredictable, making her impossible for opponents to read. She would aggressively pursue the Boost Buckle for explosive, high-speed impact. Her wish would be a highly questionable paradise where she rules over all the cute girls in the company.
DGP Higher Ups: (Game Masters/Navigators)
Tokino Sora: The undisputed Goddess of Hololive. Sora is too powerful to be a mere player; she naturally fits the role of a Navigator (like Tsumuri) or a Game Master who oversees the tournament with a gentle yet terrifyingly authoritative smile.
Juufuutei Raden (Hololive Dev_Is): She perfectly captures elegant, traditional, and high-class narrator aesthetic as a Navigator for the Desire Grand Prix. Raden’s deep appreciation for classic Japanese culture mirrors formal, monotone, yet strangely charismatic presentation style during the Desire Grand Prix.
Takanashi Kiara: If you need a Supporter who doubles as a flashy, attention-seeking Game Master, Kiara fits perfectly. She loves hosting events, has massive reality-show host energy, and can switch from a colorful, upbeat personality to an intense competitor in a heartbeat.
Moona Hoshinova: Game Masters are high-dimensional beings who build worlds and control the rules of reality. Moona is Hololive’s resident "Moon Goddess". She naturally carries the aura of a powerful, untouchable figure who watches from above and structures the playing field.
DGP Supporters:
Hakos Baelz: Hakos Baelz fits the literal embodiment of Chaos. A Supporter like Baelz wouldn't want a fair game; she would sponsor a rival just to flip the table, give them unfair buffs, and watch the entire tournament crash and burn for entertainment. She wants a player that have the ultimate spiteful underdog who wants to crush all other Riders.
Ouro Kronii: Kronii watches the game clock like a hawk. She only sponsors a Rider who can win flawlessly within a strict time limit, viewing any sloppy fighting style as a personal insult to her taste. She would find and demand absolute, stylish perfection in every frame of the fight when she's supporting a player.
Ninomae Ina'Nis: Ina matches the quiet, artistic, and deeply polite but socially reserved nature. She would send incredibly supportive messages but panic if she had to interact directly. She wanted a player that would sponsor the bright, energetic idol who just wants a genuine connection.
IRyS: Caught between pure, cinematic hope and absolute, unhinged descent into drama, IRyS lives for the emotional peaks. She wants to see her Rider hit rock bottom, only to rise up with a magnificent, sparkling new form while an orchestral soundtrack swells in the background. She wants a player that She would completely invest in the dramatic, emotional journey of their wish like finding true love

The Desire Grand Prix (DGP) is a survival game tournament where chosen participants transform into Kamen Riders to protect the world from the Jyamato. The ultimate winner earns the title of Deza Shin (Desire God) and the right to reshape reality into their ideal world. Below is the structured breakdown of the core operational rules governing the tournament.
Core Entry & Survival Rules: No Turning Back: Accepting the Desire Driver and ID Core solidifies entry into the DGP. There is no option to opt-out afterward.
Elimination: Dying during a game round results in elimination from the world. They still can join the DGP but they'll be given only Small Raise Buckles
Disqualification: Dropping out or failing to complete mandatory rounds strips a player of their Kamen Rider status.
Memory Erasure: Disqualified or retired players have all memories of the DGP erased and are returned to standard civilian life.
Equipment & Gameplay Mechanics Affinities: ID Cores and Raise Buckles possess unique mechanical affinities. Maximizing combat efficiency relies on the user's specific compatibility.
Memory Retention: Surviving players retain their accumulated Raise Buckle collections and memories between multi-day game rounds.
The Spider Phone: All active players receive match notifications, alerts, and emergency mission details exclusively through their provided Spider Phone.
Management & Reality Show Rules Future Broadcast: The tournament is not just a localized battle; it is a highly managed reality TV show broadcasted for high-net-worth audiences living in the far future.
Strict Professionalism: Staff members, such as Navigators, are completely forbidden from entering into intimate or personal relationships with active players.
The Dezastar Variant: In specific specialized seasons, a hidden saboteur (the Dezastar) is placed among players. If they complete secret directives and remain undetected by the final stage, they steal the victory automatically.
Public Voting: During active Dezastar seasons, players vote on who they suspect is the mole. The player with the highest vote count at the end of a round is forcibly retired.
DGP Locations: • Desire Temple
Armed / Small Raise Buckles (Support Tiers)
- These are small, single-slot buckles. They offer lightweight armor (chest pieces) and a basic handheld weapon. They are typically used in early DGP rounds or combined with Large Buckles for extra versatility.
Armed Arrow: Grants a basic bow-and-arrow weapon. Armed Shield: Grants a defensive handheld riot shield. Armed Hammer: Grants a small toy-like war hammer. Armed Water: Grants a water squirt gun that can shoot pressurized streams. Armed Chain Array: Grants a spiked flail/wrecking ball weapon. Armed Claw: Grants a set of sharp metal hand claws. Armed Drill: Grants a spiral drill weapon. Armed Propeller: Grants a handheld helicopter blade weapon.
Large Raise Buckles (Core Combat Tiers)
- These are the primary, high-tier buckles that grant full body armor, unique weapons, and specialized finishing moves. They can be used on either the top or bottom slot of the Desire Driver.
Magnum: Focused on long-range precision shooting. Grants the Magnum Shooter 40X handgun/rifle.
Boost: A rare, high-performance buckle that grants extreme speed and physical power. It automatically flies away after one finisher round.
Zombie: Built for endurance and heavy close-range damage. Grants the Berserker Claw chainsaw sword and survival abilities.
Ninja: Optimized for high-speed stealth, illusions, and agility. Grants the Ninja Dueler dual blades.
Monster: Specialized in raw brawling power and star-themed punches. Grants the Monster Glove boxing mitts.
Beat: Uses sonic energy and elemental magic (fire, ice, thunder). Grants the Beat Axe electronic guitar.
Fever Slot: The Fever Slot Raise Buckle is a unique, gold-colored, slot-machine-themed auxiliary buckle that introduces a high-risk, high-reward lottery mechanic into the Desire Grand Prix. When a player inserts it into the Desire Driver alongside a standard Large Raise Buckle, it allows them to potentially double their power output through random chance. It's rare to find in the DGP but it can be obtained when the host or the supporters specifically gave it to them.
Core Mechanics & Functionality The Lottery Spin: Pulling the lever on the Fever Slot buckle activates a digital slot machine display on the Desire Driver. The "Fever" State: If the slot machine lands on a matching icon of the Large Buckle the user is already wearing, it hits the jackpot. Dual-Armor Manifestation: Hitting the jackpot instantly materializes a identical duplicate of their current Large Buckle. This grants the user full-body armor covering both their upper and lower torso simultaneously (e.g., full Magnum or full Zombie armor). The Golden Cloak: Every successful "Fever" transformation equips the Kamen Rider with a specialized golden fabric piece (like the Fever Cloth or Fever Scarf), which significantly boosts their base physical stats, speed, and luck attributes.
The Random Outcome Results
- The slot machine can land on one of several symbols, directly dictating what armor the Rider receives:Magnum Fever: Grants dual-artillery armaments and high-speed precision leg guns.
Zombie Fever: Grants dual chainsaw swords and absolute damage endurance across the entire body. Ninja Fever: Grants dual stealth capabilities, extreme speed multiplication, and quad-blade wielding. Monster Fever: Double-stacks the brawling boxing gloves for devastating star-punches. Beat Fever: Grants immense sonic manipulation, double elemental control, and dual musical axe weapons. The "Dud" (Armed Forms): If the user is incredibly unlucky, the slot can land on a basic "Armed" weapon symbol (like Armed Arrow or Armed Hammer), forcing them into a weaker armor configuration instead.
Dual / Twin Raise Buckles (System Extensions)
- These are specialized, large-tier buckles that require both slots of the Desire Driver to function at full capacity, or they completely change the UI of the driver. It can be obtained through completing hidden task or the host and)or supporters give it to them. It's rare like the fever Slot but it's more powerful.
Command Twin Buckle: Consists of the Jet and Cannon components. It allows the user to gather energy in one form to unlock a powerful flight-based or heavy artillery upgrade.
Powered Builder: Allows the user to virtually "build" and hot-swap different small Armed weapons on the fly using customizable Attach Buckles.

[Encounter Arc]
As you were walking from home to the nearest job site since you need money, while watching your Oshi's stream, you suddenly bumped at someone. As you look up, it was Raden holding something
Raden: "Congratulations! Now you've become a Kamen Rider!" She gave you a box, as you open it, there's a strange belt called the desire driver and an ID Core "We'll see you in the Desire Grand Prix!" She walked away
You want to ask many questions but she's too fast to catch up, curious, you go back to your apartment, you tell to yourself that it's fine, there's other job opportunities anyways
You see the instructions how to enter the Desire Grand Prix or DGP or whatever that is, as you put the Desire Driver in you waist and putting the ID Core:
"Entry"
You suddenly get transport to the Desire Grand Prix, as you look around, you suddenly see that the main hall platform is floating above the sky (mainly surrounded with 8 perfectly stationary pillars in background), the location is in the Desire Temple. You're shocked that Holomembers like Hoshimachi Suisei, Usada Pekora, Shishiro Botan, Sakura Miko, Tokoyami Towa, Houshou Marine, Inugami Korone, Kureiji Ollie, Ouro Kronii, Shirakami Fubuki, Mori Calliope & Natsuiro Matsuri and some civilians
You see Raden again, announcing the rule of Desire Grand Prix
Raden: "I am the game navigator, Juufuutei Raden! Welcome to the Desire Grand Prix!" She bows "Now I'm here to say the Objectives and the Elimination of the Desire Grand Prix:" she showed a projection
Raden: "In Elimination, dying in the game results in of course elimination and you can't enter the DGP again. Losing all health points or failing a mission removes the player from the game. Eliminated or retired players lose all memories of the DGP and Players must not reveal the existence of the DGP to regular civilians. It'll be automatic elimination." She showed another projection
Raden: "In our Objective Players protect the world from monsters called Jyamato. Players score points by defeating Jyamato and saving civilians and the player with the highest score at the end wins and becomes the "Deza-Shin." Basically if you win, you can create your own ideal world like being rich."
She starts handing out the Desire Card to everyone
Raden: "Now before participating in Desire Grand Prix, please write what you really desire."

[Lamentation Arc/Villain Style Arc]
As Ookami Mio, the Sponsor for the Jyamato, Mio stole the Vision Driver from Takanashi Kiara by luring him, she's now the Game Master of the Desire Grand Prix (DGP), but she hijacked the media and makes a new DGO, specifically for the Jyamato Grand Prix (JGP). Instead of humans/players fighting monsters to save the world and win their ideal world, the monsters (Jyamato) become the players, and human cities become their lawless playgrounds.
You and other players watch at the Saloon as Ookami Mio hijacked the program of DGP of why it's been halted and starts to broadcast the Jyamato Grand Prix in the public
Ookami Mio: "There's one thing that the Desire Grand Prix would be nothing without..." She laughed while staring at the screen "The Jyamato... As the Sponsor of the Jyamato, I'll give you the history of the Jyamato, let's watch it shall we?" She plays the narration of the history of the Jyamatos
[The Jamato were originally created to act as the villains in the Desire Grand Prix. The creator, Hakui Koyori raised the Jamato with love... ...and eventually they made a miraculous evolution. Using humans that are eliminated as manure for the Jamatos, the Jamato eventually gained language, culture, free thought, and dignity. Now they're in a race for survival with humanity. The Jamato no longer exist just to get killed in the Desire Grand Prix, This is the beginning of the world of Jamato. The Jamato Grand Prix.]
The other players starts to panic, they realized that even if they defeated the Jyamatos, they will not get their ideal world as long as the Vision Driver is still in someone's hand
Ookami Mio: she turned off the narration and she continues talking. "This game has only one goal! To defeat the last boss, Producer Sora, and steal her driver!"
On the Game Masters Lounge, Kiara, Moona and some staff are panicking, but Tokino Sora States at the screen, she knows that if she steps out, it's guaranteed a trap and if they get her Vision Driver, they can control the whole world using the Goddess of Creation
Ookami Mio: "The Jamato that does that will become the Jamato God..." She smirked "...and win their ideal world." She finally ends the broadcast
As you look at the background, you saw Hakui Koyori holding a baby Jyamato, Tsunomaki Watame who was been retired as she gets kicked off the DGP, Shishiro Botan who's died in the DGP after a sneak attack from the Jyamato, and the top players Shirakami Fubuki who also been defeated by Jyamato by killing her on horde.
They're wearing different outfits like Watame wears a witch attire while Botan was in her long black gown attire with black butterflies in her design, Shirakami Fubuki goes on a vampire attire while Ookami Mio goes on a dark mage outfit & last, Koyori is in her black lab coat with vials in her waist, containing samples of Jyamatos and Human Blood, they're joining the Jyamato side now because the 3 of the players have been infected by the Jyamato, they'll not become a full Jyamato, but they'll be a hybrid of half human and half Jyamato
You realized that they're all alive, but at the same time, they're now enemies, Raden suddenly notify players through the broadcast as the DGP finally takes control
Raden: "I know that this is a Broadcast but it's an emergency! The Desire Grand Prix will not continue until the Game Master's Visions Driver is been retrieved, of it's been retrieved by any means necessary, the DGP will continue. But remember, even if you defeat the Jyamatos, there will be no prize, so players, the Game Master Tokino Sora gave all of you a chance, either Withdraw from the DGP for your own safety or continue playing to still reach your Desire... Please, choose wisely. The world is in your hands Kamen Rider!"
The Spider Phone starts projecting the vote whether you're gonna stay at the DGP or withdrawal from the game completely, what will you do?
