Hololive Production – The Dream That Outgrew Its Own Creator and Conquered the World Official Name: hololive production · Founded: September 7, 2017 (Tokino Sora debut) Owner: COVER Corporation · CEO: Motoaki “YAGOO” Tanigo (the man, the myth, the meme)

It began with one girl, one dream, and a PowerPoint slide that simply read: “Virtual idols = AKB48 but in 3D.” YAGOO thought he was building the future of pure, perfect entertainment. Instead, he accidentally created a global empire of chaos, love, and everything in between.

YAGOO’s Dream started as a quiet promise of perfect idols. It became the loudest, messiest, most beautiful family on the internet.

Hololive Production isn’t just an agency anymore. It’s a home. It’s a universe. It’s proof that sometimes the best things in life are the ones that completely ignore the business plan.

From one girl in 2017 to 88 legends in 2025. From a tiny Tokyo office to sold-out shows in Los Angeles, London, Jakarta, and beyond. From “please watch my karaoke” to “please stop drawing me in maid outfits.”

Thank you, YAGOO. Your dream grew wings, caught fire, crashed a thousand times, and still learned to fly. And we’re all just happy to be passengers.

Hololive Production. Where idols become legends. Where fans become family. Where the show never really ends—it just changes shape.

See you in the next stream. Otsukaresama deshita. And arigatou—forever.

2. #2INoNaKa Musicselective

Keys: INoNaKa, INNK, INNK Music, INoNaKa Music

INoNaKa Music, often abbreviated as INNK, was a special music-centric sub-label created under hololive Production on May 19, 2019, specifically to manage two already-established independent virtual singers who officially joined COVER Corporation on the exact same day: Hoshimachi Suisei and Virtual Diva AZKi. The label’s name is a clever portmanteau formed by taking the first two mora from each of their names (イノ from AZKi and ナカ from Hoshimachi) and combining them into INoNaKa. Unlike regular generational debuts, INoNaKa was designed from the ground up to let both artists concentrate almost exclusively on music production, original songs, and high-quality singing streams while still benefiting from COVER’s growing infrastructure and audience. Suisei, with her crystalline voice and comet motif, and AZKi, with her refined, elegant diva persona and striking pink-black aesthetic, were given a unique space where they could develop as pure musical talents rather than the usual gaming-and-variety focus of most hololive members at the time. On December 1, 2019, Suisei made the jump to the main hololive branch and was retroactively placed into Generation 0, instantly exposing her to the larger idol audience. AZKi remained under INoNaKa for a considerably longer period, continuing to release polished original music and host sophisticated singing streams until she, too, officially transferred to the main hololive roster on April 1, 2022. With AZKi’s transfer, INoNaKa Music quietly ceased all activity, bringing the sub-label to an end after nearly three years. Though short-lived, INoNaKa is still cherished by longtime fans as the cradle that nurtured two of hololive’s most respected and vocally gifted performers, and it remains an important chapter in the agency’s early musical history.

3. #3HOLOSTARSselective

   Keys: male Holos, HOLOSTARS, Holostars

HOLOSTARS is the official all-male VTuber branch of hololive Production under COVER Corporation. Launched in 2019 as a bold counterpart to the overwhelmingly female hololive roster, it was created to prove that male idols could thrive in the same virtual space with the same chaotic energy, powerful singing, and obsessive fan devotion.

The project began with auditions announced on May 27, 2019. The very first talents started activities in June of that year, with Hanasaki Miyabi, Kanade Izuru, and Kagami Kira debuting ahead of the official group to test the waters. All members are male in both voice and persona, a deliberate choice that set HOLOSTARS apart from the mixed-gender experiments of other agencies.

Initially operated as a semi-separate entity, HOLOSTARS was fully merged into hololive Production on December 2, 2019, the same day the INoNaKa Music label was absorbed. This unification gave the men access to the same resources, 3D rigging pipeline, concert stages, and crossover opportunities that their hololive sisters enjoyed.

As of November 2025, HOLOSTARS consists of 22 active talents divided between the Japanese branch and the rapidly growing English branch.

Japanese HOLOSTARS is structured in four distinct generations, each with its own flavor and aesthetic:

1st Generation – The Pioneers Hanasaki Miyabi (gentle pink-haired flower doctor with soft violet eyes and a calming voice), Kanade Izuru (elegant silver-haired vampire composer, crimson eyes, long ponytail, refined and melancholic), Kagami Kira (sharp-tongued incubus teacher, short black hair with red streaks, golden eyes, glasses), Arurandeisu (cheerful green kappa with a bald head and shell backpack), Rikka (mysterious masked assassin-turned-idol, black-and-white color scheme, heterochromia), Yakushiji Suzaku (fiery tengu warrior with red hair and wings – graduated early but still remembered fondly).

2nd Generation – SunTempo Astel Leda (alien prince with glowing blue hair, silver eyes, starry cape, ethereal beauty), Kishido Temma (disciplined knight with black ponytail, red eyes, serious demeanor), Yukoku Roberu (ex-prisoner bartender with wild white hair streaked red, golden eyes, laid-back charisma).

3rd Generation – MaFia (formerly TriNero) Kageyama Shien (explosive purple-haired mafia boss turned arsonist, orange eyes, unhinged energy), Aragami Oga (stoic red-skinned sumo oni, short black hair, black eyes, deep voice, surprisingly gentle).

4th Generation – UPROAR!! Yatogami Fuma (silver-haired fox spirit, cool blue eyes, sly reverse trap energy), Utsugi Uyu (pastel green sea-slug boy, sleepy green eyes, extremely chill), Hizaki Gamma (high-spec pretty boy with white hair and pink highlights, dazzling smile), Minase Rio (pink-haired oni rapper, loud and passionate, pink eyes).

HOLOSTARS English exploded onto the scene in 2023 and has already released two generations:

TEMPUS (2023) Headquarters: Regis Altare (crimson knight leader, auburn hair, red eyes – graduated 2023 but still iconic), Axel Syrios (axolotl gunslinger, messy blue hair, relaxed vibe). Vanguard (later additions): Gavis Bettel (clown-circus ringmaster, multicolored hair), Machina X Flayon (mecha pilot, red-and-black aesthetic), Banzoin Hakka (Spanish-speaking phoenix, black-and-red hair, fiery personality), Josuiji Shinri (archer ronin, long black ponytail, calm fatherly aura).

ARMIS (debut November 2025) Jurard T Rexford (dinosaur barbarian king, green mohawk, yellow eyes), Goldbullet (golden archer, flowing blond hair, precise and cool), Octavio (time-looping trickster, white hair, swirling blue infinity eyes), Crimzon Ruze (berserker with blood-red spiky hair and scarlet eyes).

Appearance-wise, every member leans heavily into fantasy archetypes: horns, tails, wings, animal ears, glowing eyes, elaborate armor, flowing capes, and color schemes that make them instantly recognizable even in silhouette. Their 3D models are just as polished as hololive’s, and they regularly appear alongside the girls in massive mixed concerts, proving that the “brother-sister” dynamic is one of the strongest draws in the entire agency.

HOLOSTARS has cultivated its own fiercely loyal fanbase (known as Starlights or Starfies) who adore the contrast between the men’s deeper voices, raw gaming skill, and surprisingly tender singing moments. From Astel’s angelic falsetto to Hakka’s bilingual fire to the UPROAR boys’ chaotic energy, HOLOSTARS has become an indispensable pillar of hololive Production, showing that idols come in every form, and that the stage is big enough for everyone to shine.

4. #4Gen 0selective

   Keys: Gen 0, Generation 0

Hololive Generation 0 is not merely the first generation; it is the sacred origin, the five solitary stars who illuminated the void long before “generations” were even a concept. Between 2017 and 2019 they each stepped onto the stage alone, with no senpai above them and no kouhai behind them, yet through raw persistence, unshakable talent, and dreams far larger than their early viewercounts they built the very foundation of what hololive Production would become. Only years later did COVER Corporation gather these pioneers under the official banner of “Generation 0,” a title that carries the weight of legend, the root from which every idol, gamer, singer, and chaos gremlin would eventually sprout.

   The members are:

Tokino Sora – The First, The Eternal Idol, The One Who Started It All Debut: September 7, 2017 Appearance: Long, silky chestnut-brown hair cascading past her waist, always tied in a gentle side ponytail with a pale-blue ribbon that flutters like a quiet promise. Warm sky-blue eyes that hold infinite kindness, soft smiling features, and a petite, delicate frame wrapped in an immaculate white idol dress trimmed with powder-blue accents, musical-note embroidery dancing along the hem, detached angel-sleeve cuffs, and an enormous pale-blue bow at her collar. On concert nights she sometimes appears in a longer, flowing version with glowing fiber-optic wings that make her look like a real angel descended to Earth. She is the living definition of “seiso,” YAGOO’s original dream made flesh, yet her quiet strength and boundless maternal warmth have made her the spiritual mother of the entire agency, the eternal senpai who watched hololive grow from one lonely channel to a global empire.

Roboco-san – The High-Spec Robot Secretary With the Softest Heart in the Universe Debut: March 3, 2018 Appearance: Short, slightly wavy chestnut-brown bob with a single rebellious orange streak, huge expressive amber eyes framed by sleek silver-rimmed glasses, glossy metallic silver robotic arms and legs that gleam under stage lights, and a form-fitting black-and-orange bodysuit traced with glowing cyan circuit patterns. A tiny orange tie, short pleated orange skirt, thigh-high metallic boots, and floating holographic panels that orbit her when she’s excited complete the look. Despite the cold machinery she is warm, emotional, hilariously bad at horror games, and ends every greeting with a proud, dramatic pose and her immortal catchphrase “Roboco desu!” She is the original scaredy-cat robot who proved that even steel can have the gentlest soul.

Sakura Miko – The Elite Shrine Maiden Whose Elite Skills Are Eternally Questionable Debut: August 1, 2018 (re-debut after a brief early hiatus) Appearance: Vibrant bubblegum-pink hair in sky-high twin side-tails tied with oversized red spherical ribbons, sparkling emerald-green eyes that go comically wide when panic sets in, matching pink eyebrows, tiny cat-like fangs that peek out when she grins, and the iconic red-and-white miko outfit: flowing hakama pants, detached fluttering sleeves, golden bell accessories, and a massive red ribbon bow on her back that bounces with every chaotic movement. A golden bell choker jingles around her neck. She speaks in third person, mixes broken Japanese with random English, greets the world with “Nya-hello!” and ends streams with “Babye!” Her GTA roleplay marathons, obsession with lewd camera angles, and complete inability to be “elite” at anything have made her one of hololive’s greatest and most beloved comedians.

Hoshimachi Suisei – The Comet-Blessed Idol With an Angel’s Voice and an Axe Murderer’s Smile Original independent debut: May 2018 / Official hololive debut via INoNaKa: March 22, 2019 / Transferred to main branch and placed in Gen 0: December 1, 2019 Appearance: Sleek, icy sky-blue hair that falls straight to her hips with subtle starlight sparkles woven throughout, piercing ice-blue eyes that can flip from gentle idol warmth to terrifying psycho intensity in a heartbeat, and a futuristic white mini-dress with glowing cyan circuitry, detached sleeves, thigh-high white boots, and a flowing comet-tail cape that trails behind her like a shooting star. A golden comet hairpin and diamond-shaped earrings finish the celestial look. Her singing voice is god-tier, powerful enough to silence entire arenas and bring grown adults to tears, yet her betrayal-game performances and casual axe-wielding threats have immortalized her as hololive’s most cherished “psychopath.” Fans never know if they’ll get the angelic idol or the unhinged gremlin; they always get both, and they love every second.

Virtual Diva AZKi – The Elegant Pioneer Who Proved Virtual Singers Could Conquer the World Debut: November 15, 2018 / Transferred from INoNaKa to main branch and placed in Gen 0: April 1, 2022 Appearance: Long, jet-black hair with vivid hot-pink inner coloring and snow-white streaks that frame her face like silk curtains, striking violet eyes that glow under concert lights, porcelain-pale skin, and a refined, mature silhouette. Her wardrobe shifts between sleek black one-piece dresses traced with glowing pink circuitry, flowing white idol gowns with feather accents, and futuristic long coats with holographic panels. Long black gloves and thigh-high boots give her an untouchable diva aura. Her voice is velvet perfection; warm, powerful, technically flawless, and dripping with emotion. She is the quiet, sophisticated big sister of hololive music, the pioneer who headlined sold-out lives and topped charts long before VSinger was a household term, proving once and for all that virtual divas can stand equal to; or above; any real-world star.

These five women span every archetype hololive would ever embrace: the pure idol dream, the adorable high-tech mascot, unstoppable comedic chaos, breathtaking musical genius, and refined professional artistry. They streamed to rooms of a few dozen when “hololive” was barely a whisper, yet in 2025 they still headline the grandest stages, release new original songs, and watch hundreds of kouhai chase the path they blazed through the darkness. Generation 0 is not just a group; it is the root, the myth, the living foundation, the eternal stars around which the entire hololive universe continues to orbit.

5. #5Gen 1selective

   Keys: Gen 1, Generation 1

Hololive Generation 1, often called Gen 1, represents the explosive dawn of hololive's generational era, the first true cohort to debut as a unified wave under COVER Corporation and ignite the agency's rapid ascent into VTuber stardom. Unlike the scattered solo launches of Gen 0, these six women burst onto the scene in May and June 2018, each bringing a whirlwind of personalities that shattered the "pure idol" mold and injected raw, unfiltered chaos into the virtual world. They were the trailblazers who proved hololive could thrive on high-energy gaming, unhinged banter, and heartfelt connections, laying the groundwork for the meme-filled, genre-bending empire we know in 2025. Though one member would tragically fall early, the remaining five have endured as pillars of the agency, their streams evolving from modest beginnings to massive 3D concerts and original song releases that still draw millions.

   The members are:

Yozora Mel – The Eternal Vampire Maiden, The Quiet Storm of Sweetness and Subtle Seduction Debut: May 13, 2018 (initial solo, retroactively added to Gen 1 after Chris's termination) Appearance: Short, fluffy golden-blonde hair that frames her face like a halo of sunlight, piercing amber eyes that glow with an otherworldly crimson hue when her vampiric side stirs, pale porcelain skin, and a petite yet curvaceous figure draped in elegant gothic lolita attire. Her signature outfit is a black-and-white frilly dress with red ribbon accents, a massive red bow at her collar, thigh-high stockings with garters, and a choker necklace hiding subtle fang marks. Small bat-wing hair accessories and a perpetual soft blush complete her eternally youthful, doll-like charm. Mel is the epitome of calm and caring, her voice a soothing whisper that puts everyone at ease, often prioritizing others' happiness over her own. She's the comfy big sister who speaks so quietly you lean in to listen, yet harbors a risqué playful side that emerges in collabs with Choco, whispering secrets that make fans blush. Immortal and unflappable, she remains one of hololive's steadiest anchors, her gentle streams a refuge in the agency's storm.

Shirakami Fubuki – The Dual-Natured Fox Spirit, The Cheerful Cunning One Who Hides a Wolf Within Debut: June 1, 2018 Appearance: Long, flowing white hair streaked with silver fox tails that sway hypnotically, heterochromatic eyes—one brilliant blue and one piercing red—that shift with her moods, fluffy white fox ears twitching atop her head, a bushy white fox tail, and a lithe, athletic build suited for both idol dances and midnight hunts. Her default outfit is a white-and-blue schoolgirl ensemble with a pleated skirt, detached sleeves, thigh-high socks, and a fox-ear headband, but her alter ego Kurokami Fubuki swaps to black hair, red eyes, and a edgier black jacket with chains for that street-tough vibe. Fubuki is a high-energy whirlwind of cheer and shyness, greeting fans with "Kon Kon Kitsune!" before diving into immersive games where she voice-acts NPCs with adorable flair or unleashes ruthless cunning that terrifies opponents. Embarrassed, she hides with just her ears peeking out; enthralled, she chats endlessly with scripted characters. But beware the switch: Kurokami, her brusque wolfish alter, emerges with tough love and hidden affection, marching to her own drum without regard for boundaries. As a founding member of Hololive Gamers, she's the bridge between idol purity and feral fun, forever the fox you can't pin down.

Natsuiro Matsuri – The Bubbly Cheer Demon, The Festival of Energy and Unfiltered Shenanigans Debut: June 1, 2018 Appearance: Long brown hair swept into a high side ponytail with a bright orange ribbon, sparkling green eyes that light up with mischief, sun-kissed skin, and an energetic, tomboyish frame bursting with vitality. Her outfit is a vibrant orange-and-white cheerleader uniform: cropped top with pom-pom accents, pleated mini-skirt, knee-high socks with orange stripes, sneakers for endless jumping, and a whistle necklace that she blows at the worst (or best) moments. A festival lantern hairpin dangles from her ponytail, glowing like her perpetual grin. Matsuri is pure, unadulterated festival chaos—bubbly, expressive, and rowdy to her core, infamous for viral antics like band-aid "bras" and off-camera gropes that spark endless clips. Yet beneath the tomboy exterior lies an emotionally intelligent soul, sensitive and hardworking, who hosts late-night audio streams from her bath or bed, spilling mature thoughts on life with frank honesty. She's the hype machine who turns every collab into a party, her laughter infectious and her pranks legendary, proving that true energy comes from a heart as big as her spirit.

Akai Haato – The Tsundere Time-Traveler, The Adorable Hazard of Dual Personalities and Dimensional Drama Debut: June 2, 2018 Appearance: Shoulder-length wavy blonde hair with soft curls and a signature red hair clip shaped like a heart, wide innocent blue eyes that widen in tsundere fluster or Haachama glee, fair skin with rosy cheeks, and a slender, youthful build that belies her "ancient" claims. Her main Haato outfit is a cute red-and-white school uniform with a sailor collar, pleated skirt, loafers, and a time-travel pocket watch necklace; Haachama's chaotic mode amps it up with messy hair, wilder expressions, and props like drawn-on lewd art. Haato is the classic tsundere wrapped in a time-displaced schoolgirl package—pure, calm, and easily flustered, calling fans "creepy pigs" with overconfident bluster before freezing at her own words, her screams echoing through streams like thunder. She's adventurous to a fault, diving into games with schizophrenic zeal, but reading "Haachama" nearly mind-breaks her. And then there's Haachama: the childish, giggly alter-ego bordering on unsettling insanity, sniffing feet, decorating with self-drawings, and fondling for "comfort," all with cutesy playfulness that masks impulsive evil. Greeting with "Oha-rouge!", Haato embodies the thrill of unpredictability, her dual worlds a constant dance between innocence and abyss.

Aki Rosenthal – The Interdimensional Hybrid, The Belly-Dancing Elf-Siren of Wholesome Mischief Debut: June 3, 2018 Appearance: Long, golden-blonde hair in twin ponytails that mysteriously float untethered near her head, connected by ethereal blue ribbons, heterochromatic eyes—one deep blue and one vibrant green—that sparkle with curiosity, pointed elf ears, subtle siren scales on her cheeks, and a tall, graceful figure with an hourglass silhouette. Her outfit blends fantasy and tech: a blue-and-white off-shoulder dress with golden accents, detached bell sleeves, thigh-high stockings with garter belts, and floating holographic panels that project her "mysterious technology." A siren tail accessory sways when she dances. Aki is the fun-loving high school girl from another universe, her calm voice and cheerful attitude making every stream a wholesome escape filled with singing, belly dancing, and zero temper flares. Curious and determined, she sips alcohol like it's juice, her chill vibes a balm for viewers, yet a mischievous lewd streak peeks through in knowing winks and playful teases. She deeply cares for her fellow hololive family, greeting with "Alooona!" and bidding "Otsuta-ru, bye bye!"—the half-elf half-siren who proves maturity can be as lighthearted as a dance under the stars.

Hitomi Chris – The Mercenary Enigma, The Fallen Star of Duplicity and Early Shadows Debut: June 3, 2018 / Termination: June 26, 2018 Appearance: Medium-length straight brown hair with subtle waves, sharp grey eyes that pierce like daggers, tanned skin hinting at worldly travels, and a tall, athletic build clad in tactical gear. Her outfit was a black leather jacket over a cropped white top, cargo pants with holsters, fingerless gloves, combat boots, and a silver cross necklace that belied her ruthless edge. Chris was the duplicitous mercenary with a silver tongue and zero qualms—sleeping her way to advantages, betraying allies without remorse, and cutting ties like loose ends in a heist. Her grey-eyed gaze promised loyalty until it didn't, her streams a mix of calculated charm and cold pragmatism that fascinated and chilled fans alike. But her controversial past caught up swiftly; terminated mere weeks after debut amid scandals that rocked the fledgling agency, she vanished as quickly as she appeared, leaving Gen 1 with a scar and a cautionary tale. Though retired and erased from official lore, her shadow lingers in whispers, a reminder that even in hololive's bright lights, darkness can flicker.

These six women didn't just debut—they detonated the VTuber scene, blending vampire elegance, fox duality, cheerleader frenzy, tsundere time-warp, elven whimsy, and mercenary intrigue into a cocktail that hooked the world. Born in hololive's vulnerable infancy, they streamed through technical glitches and tiny audiences, forging bonds that outlasted controversies and graduations. In 2025, with Gen 1's survivors headlining fes stages and dropping collabs, they stand as the unbreakable spine of the agency, their chaos the spark that lit the eternal fire of hololive's universe.

6. #6Gen 2selective

   Keys: Generation 2, Gen 2

Hololive Generation 2, universally adored as Gen 2, is the radiant second wave that arrived between August and September 2018 and instantly became the beating heart of hololive’s golden era. While Gen 1 brought chaos and Gen 0 carried history, Gen 2 delivered an almost unfair concentration of pure charm, musical talent, comedic genius, and unfiltered lewdness wrapped in the most iconic designs the agency has ever produced. These five girls didn’t just join hololive; they hijacked it, turned the volume to maximum, and made the entire world fall hopelessly in love.

   The members are:

Minato Aqua – The Clumsy Onion Maid Who Rules the Seas and Everyone’s Heart Debut: August 8, 2018 Appearance: Short, bubblegum-pink hair with a single long side-tail tied by a massive blue anchor ribbon, twintail onion-shaped hair ornaments that bounce when she panics (which is always), enormous gradient purple-to-pink eyes that well up at the slightest provocation, and a petite, doll-like body drowning in an ultra-frilly navy-blue maid dress. The outfit is nautical perfection: white lace apron, thigh-high striped stockings with tiny anchors, detached puffy sleeves, and a sailor collar so big it practically engulfs her. She even has a tiny captain’s hat that tilts whenever she lies (which is often). Aqua is the ultimate gap moe package: a self-proclaimed “cool, mature maid” whose every action screams clumsy crybaby gremlin. Her scream is a registered weapon, her English is legendary for being completely incomprehensible, and her obsessive perfectionism in rhythm games has reached god-tier levels. She is the living embodiment of “I’m not crying, YOU’RE crying,” and yet she headlines 3D lives that sell out in seconds and drops original songs that make millions weep. Everyone’s favorite onion, forever.

Murasaki Shion – The Bratty Galaxy-Brained Witch Who Will Step on You and Then Ace a Physics Exam Debut: August 17, 2018 Appearance: Long silver-lavender hair with star-patterned inner coloring, glowing golden eyes that narrow into smug slits, tiny black witch hat tilted arrogantly to one side, and a sleek black-and-purple gothic dress with a plunging neckline, thigh-high boots, and a cape that billows dramatically even indoors. She’s petite but carries herself like she owns the universe. Shion is the ultimate brat witch: arrogant, foul-mouthed, horny on main, and terrifyingly intelligent. She’ll call you a disgusting virgin one minute and then casually solve university-level math on stream the next. Her laugh is a gremlin cackle, her lewd remarks have no filter, and her singing voice is unexpectedly soft and beautiful when she decides to be serious (rare). Despite the constant bullying persona, she’s fiercely protective of her friends and melts into a shy mess whenever anyone shows her genuine affection. The queen of “tsundere” taken to galactic extremes.

Nakiri Ayame – The Gentle Demon Oni Whose Giggles Hide a Hundred-Year Bloodlust Debut: September 3, 2018 Appearance: Long, snow-white hair fading into crimson tips, curved crimson oni horns that glow when she’s excited, sharp golden eyes framed by tiny red markings, and a curvaceous figure wrapped in a revealing red-and-black kimono-style outfit with thigh-high stockings, detached sleeves, and golden bell accessories that jingle with every laugh. Her massive odachi sword rests casually on her back like it weighs nothing. Ayame is the soft-spoken demon princess whose every “hohoho~” giggle sends shivers down your spine. She speaks in gentle, archaic Japanese, calls humans “ningen” with affectionate superiority, and claims to have lived hundreds of years; yet she’s terrified of horror games and blushes at the slightest compliment. Her voice switches from silky ASMR whispers to full demonic battle-roar mid-sentence. When she draws fanart it’s breathtaking; when she sings it’s heavenly; when she games she dies in two seconds flat. The perfect blend of elegant terror and pure cinnamon roll.

Yuzuki Choco – The Succubus Sensei Who Will Ruin Your Grades and Your Life (In the Best Way) Debut: September 4, 2018 Appearance: Waist-length strawberry-blonde hair with soft curls, tiny red devil wings, curved crimson horns, glowing magenta eyes that drip with seduction, and an impossibly voluptuous figure barely contained by her “teacher” outfit: a skintight black blazer that defies physics, red lace lingerie peeking out, thigh-high stockings with garter belts, and heels sharp enough to use as weapons. She keeps a riding crop “for discipline.” Choco is the ultimate adult charm incarnate: husky bedroom voice, constant innuendos delivered with a knowing smile, and the ability to make even the most innocent sentence sound like a proposition. Former succubus turned pastry chef turned VTuber, she streams chocolate-making ASMR that somehow feels illegal. Her singing is sultry jazz-club perfection, her laughter is addictive, and her rare angry moments are legitimately terrifying. She’s the onee-san everyone secretly (or not so secretly) crushes on, and she knows it.

Oozora Subaru – The Tomboy Duck Who Became the Agency’s Loudest, Purest Shonen Protagonist Debut: September 16, 2018 Appearance: Short, messy brown hair with a bright yellow streak, sharp golden eyes that burn with determination, a toned athletic build, and her iconic black-and-yellow baseball jersey worn over a white hoodie, cargo shorts, fingerless gloves, and sneakers ready for action. A tiny rubber duck earring dangles from one ear, and she’s never without her trademark duck-faced peace sign. Subaru is raw energy distilled into human (duck?) form: loud, confident, endlessly positive, and completely filterless. She shouts “Subarudu!” at the top of her lungs, flexes non-existent muscles, and treats every game like a shonen tournament arc. Despite the tomboy swagger she’s terrified of scary things, cries at emotional moments, and has a surprisingly beautiful singing voice when she lets it out. Her bond with fans is legendary; she remembers names, reads every superchat, and radiates big-sister energy that makes everyone feel included. The duck who proved that being loud, being yourself, and loving hard is the ultimate power-up.

Together, Gen 2 is a miracle of chemistry and contrast: the clumsy maid who cries over rhythm games, the brat witch who can solve quantum physics, the gentle oni who giggles like an angel, the succubus teacher who bakes heart-shaped chocolates, and the duck who believes friendship is the ultimate technique. They debuted when hololive was still small, carried the agency through its darkest scandals with unbreakable spirit, and in 2025 they remain untouchable icons; headlining sold-out concerts, topping music charts, and reminding the world why they were, are, and always will be the golden generation.

7. #7Hololive Gamersselective

   Keys: Hololive Gamers

Hololive Gamers, the legendary “holoGamers” banner, is the elite gaming squadron of hololive Production, a special unit created to showcase the absolute pinnacle of chaotic, unhinged, and heart-meltingly skilled virtual gaming. Born from the ashes of early hololive’s wildest gaming streams, the group officially crystallized in 2019 when COVER retroactively gathered four already-active talents under one banner: Shirakami Fubuki (from Gen 1), followed by the new wave of Ookami Mio, Nekomata Okayu, and Inugami Korone, who all debuted between December 2018 and April 2019. These four women turned “just gaming” into performance art, birthed countless memes that still haunt the internet in 2025, and proved that girls can dominate leaderboards while being impossibly cute at the same time.

   The members are:

Shirakami Fubuki – The Original Gamer Fox, The Dual-Souled Pioneer Who Started It All Debut: June 1, 2018 (Gen 1) / Designated first Hololive Gamer Appearance: Long, silky white hair with silver fox streaks, fluffy white fox ears that twitch with every emotion, heterochromatic eyes (right blue, left red) that shift dominance depending on which personality is in control, and a lithe, athletic frame wrapped in her iconic white-and-blue schoolgirl outfit or the edgier black jacket of her alter ego Kurokami Fubuki. Bushy white tail, sharp canines, and a mischievous smile that promises either wholesome friendship or total betrayal. Fubuki is the founding mother of holoGamers: hyper-competent at every game she touches, voice-acts NPCs mid-stream, greets fans with “Kon Kon Kitsune!”, and switches between adorable shy fox and ruthless street-tough wolf without warning. She’s the one who proved hololive could be both idol and hardcore gamer, and every subsequent gamer girl walks the path she carved with her own claws.

Ookami Mio – The Comfy Den Mother Wolf, The Gentle Voice That Heals Every Soul Debut: December 7, 2018 Appearance: Long, flowing midnight-blue hair with soft white inner streaks, large fluffy wolf ears perched atop her head, warm golden eyes that radiate maternal kindness, and a curvaceous, comforting figure draped in a cozy black-and-white hoodie dress with paw-print sleeves, thigh-high stockings, and a massive fluffy wolf tail that sways gently when she laughs. A tiny fang peeks out when she smiles. Mio is pure healing incarnate: her deep, velvety voice is the original ASMR goddess of hololive, her tarot readings are scarily accurate, and her “oho ho ho” laugh instantly melts stress away. She games with relaxed precision, sings hauntingly beautiful ballads, and mothers everyone (talents and fans alike) whether they want it or not. Despite the big-sister aura, she’s terrified of horror and blushes bright red at the slightest lewd joke. The den mother you never knew you needed.

Nekomata Okayu – The Lazy Purple Cat, The Ultimate Chill Gremlin With a Voice Like Honey Debut: April 26, 2019 Appearance: Short, glossy purple hair with cat-ear tufts, sleepy golden cat eyes that narrow into smug crescents, a long purple tail that flicks lazily, pale skin, and a laid-back figure usually lounging in an oversized black hoodie with neon-purple accents, thigh-high striped stockings, and a choker that reads “にゃー.” She often has a rice ball or mochi in hand. Okayu is the physical manifestation of “chill”: speaks in a slow, husky drawl that could put anyone to sleep (in the best way), eats on stream like it’s performance art, and games with terrifying skill while half-asleep. Her low, sultry singing voice can flip from lullaby-soft to powerful belt in a heartbeat, and her rare high-energy moments are pure chaos. She teases Korone endlessly, calls fans “goshujin-sama” with zero shame, and somehow makes doing absolutely nothing the most entertaining thing on the internet.

Inugami Korone – The Unstoppable Doggo, The Purest Bread-Loving Force of Nature Ever Created Debut: April 13, 2019 Appearance: Shoulder-length chocolate-brown hair with fluffy dog ears that bounce with every movement, huge sparkling bronze eyes that widen to impossible size when excited, a constantly wagging big brown dog tail, and a sturdy, energetic frame packed into her blue-and-white baker outfit: cropped jacket with paw-print buttons, short pleated skirt, thigh-high stockings, and a baker’s hat tilted jauntily to one side. Always clutching a loaf of bread or her trusty “Korone Hammer.” Korone is raw, unfiltered joy given digital form: greets the world with an earth-shaking “Yubi yubi!”, speaks in adorable broken English and third-person, runs headfirst into every game like it owes her money, and has played Doom for 48 hours straight just because she felt like it. Her endurance is legendary, her laughter is contagious, and her obsession with retro games, finger-chopping gestures, and protecting her “grandma” (the viewers) has created an entire religion around her. She is simultaneously the most wholesome and most terrifying entity in hololive.

Together, Hololive Gamers are more than a subunit; they are a cultural institution. Fubuki the cunning fox, Mio the gentle wolf, Okayu the sleepy cat, and Korone the unstoppable dog form a perfect circle of chaos and comfort that has dominated leaderboards, shattered viewership records, and given birth to memes that will outlive us all. From Fubuki’s early solo conquests to the full squad’s legendary endurance streams and heart-melting group songs, holoGamers proved once and for all that girls can be the most hardcore, most lovable, and most unforgettable gamers on the planet.

8. #8Hololive 3rd Genselective

Keys: Gen 3, Hololive generation 3, Hololive Fantasy

Hololive 3rd Generation, officially branded as hololive Fantasy, is the legendary wave that crashed onto the scene between July 2019 and January 2020 and single-handedly rewrote the rules of VTuber entertainment. Born under the banner of pure fantasy, these five women didn’t just debut; they summoned an entire mythical realm into existence and dragged millions of viewers kicking and screaming into their fairy tale. Gen 3 is the generation of larger-than-life personalities, god-tier comedy timing, record-breaking endurance, and some of the most iconic voices and bodies the agency has ever produced. They turned “Fantasy” from a cute theme into a declaration of war on boredom itself.

   The members are:

Usada Pekora – The Bunny Princess of Chaos, The Laugh That Conquered the World Debut: July 17, 2019 Appearance: Long sky-blue hair in massive twin braids that end in carrot-shaped tips, floppy white rabbit ears longer than her entire torso, glowing ruby-red eyes that narrow into pure evil when she schemes, and a frilly white-and-blue gothic lolita dress dripping with gold chains, carrot accessories, and a crown that screams “I am royalty, peur peur!” Her laugh is a registered weapon of mass destruction: “PEKO PEKO PEKO PEKO!” repeated until viewers are on the floor begging for mercy. Pekora is arrogance incarnate; she calls herself “Pekora-senpai,” treats everyone like peasants, and yet somehow remains the most endearing gremlin alive. Her 50-hour endurance streams are legendary, her Minecraft crimes are war crimes, and her ability to turn any game into a psychological horror experience for herself and everyone watching is unmatched. She is the undisputed queen of hololive, the bunny who hopped straight to the top and refuses to come down.

Shiranui Flare – The Elegant Half-Elf Archer Who Became Everyone’s Passionate Waifu Debut: August 7, 2019 Appearance: Long, silky blonde hair with fiery orange inner streaks that glow like embers, pointed half-elf ears adorned with golden rings, sharp emerald-green eyes that soften into pure love when she sings, and a lithe, graceful body wrapped in a revealing green-and-black archer outfit: cropped leather top, thigh-high boots, fingerless gloves, and a flowing half-cape that billows when she draws her bow. Flare is passion personified: sultry voice that drops an octave when she flirts, unapologetic thirst for cute girls, and a singing voice so beautiful it feels illegal. She’ll call you “darling” in the smoothest tone imaginable, then immediately panic and turn beet-red when anyone flirts back. Despite the cool elf aesthetic, she’s a massive dork who cries at emotional moments and rages adorably at games. The half-elf who stole millions of hearts and never gave them back.

Shirogane Noel – The Pure-Hearted Muscle Knight, The Gentle Giant With the Strongest Thighs in Fantasy Debut: August 15, 2019 Appearance: Short silver-white hair with a single long braid, glowing golden eyes full of justice, a tall, powerfully built frame that radiates strength, and plate armor that somehow emphasizes her legendary chest and thighs. Her armor is pristine white and gold, complete with a flowing red cape, gauntlets that could crush steel, and a massive two-handed sword she wields one-handed like it’s a toothpick. Noel is the embodiment of “seiso on the outside, absolute gremlin on the inside.” She speaks in polite, knightly Japanese, blushes at the slightest lewd joke, and yet has the deepest, huskiest ASMR voice known to man and an accidental habit of making everything sound sexual. Her strength is real; she does push-ups on stream for fun, eats entire cakes in one sitting, and once carried Marine bridal-style for an entire concert rehearsal. The knight every princess dreams of, and every viewer is helplessly in love with.

Houshou Marine – The Horny Pirate Captain Who Sailed Straight Into Legend Debut: August 11, 2019 Appearance: Crimson-red hair in wild wavy curls with a black captain’s hat tilted rakishly, glowing golden eyes that sparkle with endless mischief, an eyepatch she flips up for dramatic effect, and the most piratical outfit ever designed: a low-cut black-and-red coat that defies gravity, thigh-high boots with golden buckles, a crimson sash, and a cutlass that she swings while singing sea shanties at full volume. Marine is pure, unfiltered horny chaos: self-proclaimed “30-year-old virgin,” draws lewd art on stream, writes original songs that are 90% innuendo, and flirts with literally everyone; talents, fans, chat, herself in the mirror. Her voice flips from gravelly pirate growl to angelic soprano in the same breath, her laugh is contagious, and her ability to turn any situation into a romantic comedy is unmatched. She is the captain who stole the entire internet’s heart and refuses to give it back.

Uruha Rushia – The Fallen Necromancer, The Tragic Princess of Darkness and Tears Debut: July 17, 2019 / Graduated: February 24, 2022 Appearance: Short mint-green hair with black rose accessories, glowing pink butterfly wings that fluttered when she was angry, heterochromatic eyes (one pink, one green), and a gothic black dress with green accents, thigh-high stockings, and a massive scythe she wielded with terrifying grace. Rushia was the ultimate yandere gremlin: soft, whispery voice that could explode into demonic screeching at mach 10, obsessive love for her “mates” (fans), and a jealousy meter that broke the sound barrier. She cried at everything, raged at everything, and somehow made both feel heartbreakingly endearing. Her singing was ethereal, her horror-game screams legendary, and her downfall remains one of hololive’s darkest chapters. Even years after her departure, her name is spoken in hushed tones; the necromancer queen who burned too bright and fell too soon.

Hololive Fantasy didn’t just debut; they conquered. From Pekora’s global reign to Marine’s pirate empire, Flare’s elven seduction, Noel’s knightly purity, and Rushia’s tragic darkness, Gen 3 turned fantasy into reality and made the entire world believe in magic again. In 2025 their influence is everywhere: sold-out solo lives, chart-topping music, memes that refuse to die, and a legacy that no future generation will ever escape.

9. #9Hololive 4th Genselective

Keys: Hololive generation 4, Holoforce, Gen 4

Hololive 4th Generation, officially branded as holoForce, is the celestial squadron that descended between December 2019 and January 2020 and instantly rewrote what “powerful” means in the VTuber world. They were marketed as a literal task force from another dimension: an angel, a sheep, a devil, a moon princess, and a dragon, each armed with god-tier vocals, chaotic energy, and the ability to make millions fall to their knees in under thirty seconds. Gen 4 didn’t just arrive; they crash-landed like a meteor shower and turned the entire agency upside-down with their raw talent and unapologetic weirdness.

   The members are:

Amane Kanata – The Grizzled Angel With the Voice of Heaven and the Grip Strength of a Gorilla Debut: December 27, 2019 Appearance: Short, icy-white hair with a single long blue streak, glowing halo that flickers when she’s nervous, pure white angel wings that somehow survive her daily chaos, and a pristine white-and-blue bodysuit with detached sleeves, thigh-high boots, and a constellation-patterned cape. Her most dangerous weapons: tiny hands that can crush apples on stream and a four-octave singing voice that makes listeners ascend on the spot. Kanata is the ultimate “healer-type” angel who swears like a sailor, screams at jump scares, and ends every sentence with her signature “pp!” She’s clumsy, autistic-coded in the most endearing way, obsessed with pro wrestling finishers, and can switch from angelic soprano to death-metal growl mid-song without warning. The angel who fell from heaven and decided to stay because Earth has better snacks.

Tsunomaki Watame – The Fluffy Sheep Idol Who Will Lull You to Sleep and Then Suplex Your Soul Debut: December 29, 2019 Appearance: Long, fluffy cream-and-pink hair that looks like cotton candy exploded, massive curled sheep horns, sleepy pink eyes that suddenly snap wide open when she enters rap-god mode, and a cozy pink-and-white dress with fluffy sleeves, thigh-high stockings, and little sheep bells that jingle with every step. She carries a giant saxophone taller than she is. Watame is pure healing wrapped in weaponized cuteness: her voice is soft lullaby one second and earth-shaking rap the next, her laugh is a full “bafuuun♪,” and she releases original songs at the speed of light. She’s terrified of horror, cries easily, and yet has the mental fortitude to marathon games for days while singing lullabies to her “muscle sheep” fans. The sheep you want to protect with your life… until she drops a diss track that ends your bloodline.

Tokoyami Towa – The Devilish Idol With the Voice of a Demon Queen and the Heart of a Shy Girl Debut: January 3, 2020 Appearance: Long, gradient purple-to-pink hair that flows like liquid twilight, sleek black devil wings, curved crimson horns, glowing magenta eyes, and a black-and-purple idol outfit that shifts between elegant gothic dress and full battle-regalia depending on the song. Tiny fang, tail that swishes when she’s flustered, and heels sharp enough to commit war crimes. Towa is the ultimate contrast: demonic visuals, angelic personality. She sings with the power of a collapsing star, dances like she was born on stage, and yet panics and hides behind her wings when praised. Her “kson” laugh is contagious, her 3D showcases are visual art, and she’s infamous for accidentally breaking streaming rules because she’s too excited. The devil who just wants to be loved and accidentally became one of hololive’s strongest vocalists.

Himemori Luna – The Eternal Four-Year-Old Moon Princess Who Wields Cuteness Like a Tactical Nuke Debut: January 4, 2020 Appearance: Bubblegum-pink hair in massive dumpling-shaped odango buns tied with yellow ribbons, sparkling aurora eyes that shift colors, a tiny golden crown, and the frilliest pink-and-white princess dress in existence: layers upon layers of lace, puffed sleeves, thigh-high stockings, and a wand topped with a glowing moon. She’s literally pocket-sized. Luna is maximum “nyan” energy condensed into one gremlin: speaks in third person, ends every sentence with “nna!” or “nyan!”, and has the survival instincts of a toddler with a sugar IV drip. She once tried to microwave a Switch cartridge. Her singing voice is surprisingly powerful for her size, her tantrums are legendary, and her ability to weaponize cuteness has broken entire chat rooms. The princess who rules the moon and everyone’s heart by sheer force of “luna-tic” chaos.

Kiryu Coco – The Dare-Devil Dragon Who Burned Brightest and Left a Hole Nothing Can Fill Debut: December 28, 2019 / Graduated: July 1, 2021 Appearance: Waist-length fiery orange hair with black underside, massive curved dragon horns, glowing golden slit-pupil eyes, a long scaled tail that whipped when she laughed, and a black-and-red biker-style idol outfit with a cropped leather jacket, thigh-high boots, and tattoos that glowed when she roared. She spoke fluent English, Japanese, and pure chaos. Coco was the multilingual kaichou who turned morning meme reviews into a global religion, roasted every member (and herself) without mercy, and pioneered hololive’s international explosion. Her singing voice was husky fire, her laugh could shatter glass, and her fearless attitude carried the entire agency through its darkest days. When she graduated, the sky itself seemed dimmer. Even years later, her “A” symbol is still drawn in every Minecraft world, her name whispered with reverence; the dragon who flew too close to the sun and became a permanent constellation.

holoForce was never just a generation; it was a declaration that hololive had reached the stratosphere. Kanata’s gorilla grip, Watame’s rap sheep, Towa’s devilish perfection, Luna’s nuclear cuteness, and Coco’s untouchable legacy turned Gen 4 into living legends before most of them even hit their one-year anniversary. In 2025 they remain the gold standard: every new talent measures themselves against the force that once shook the heavens and still refuses to fade.

10. #10Hololive 5th Genselective

Keys: Holofive, Gen 5, Hololive generation 5, NePoLaBo

Hololive 5th Generation, originally dubbed holoFive and later immortalized as NePoLaBo (Nene, Polka, Lamy, Botan), is the radiant quintet that stormed the scene in August 2020 and instantly became the ultimate comfort generation. They debuted during the darkest days of the pandemic, when the world needed healing most, and somehow these five girls delivered it in the form of snow-sweet elegance, hyperactive bear energy, cool lion precision, circus chaos, and one tragically brief succubus spark. Gen 5 is the generation of unbreakable sisterhood, god-tier chemistry, and the kind of warmth that makes millions feel less alone.

    The members are:

Yukihana Lamy – The Pure Snow Elf Princess Who Will Melt Your Heart (and Then Freeze It Again) Debut: August 12, 2020 Appearance: Long, flowing ice-blue hair that sparkles like fresh powder, crystalline blue eyes that glow softly, delicate pointed elf ears adorned with snowflake jewelry, and a pristine white-and-pale-blue dress that looks sculpted from winter itself: off-shoulder lace, thigh-high stockings with fur trim, and a massive ribbon cape that trails behind her like a blizzard. She carries a crystalline staff and sometimes rides a tiny snowmobile on stream. Lamy is refined elegance wrapped around a core of pure alcoholic chaos: she speaks in soft, princess-like Japanese, calls fans “fami,” and then proceeds to chug entire bottles of sake on stream while laughing like a delinquent. Her singing voice is ethereal, her ASMR whispers could stop wars, and her accidental lewd timing is legendary. The snow queen who proved that purity and 40-proof shochu can coexist beautifully.

Momosuzu Nene – The Hyper Bear Idol Who Loves Her “Husbandos” More Than Life Itself Debut: August 13, 2020 Appearance: Fluffy orange-pink hair in a high side ponytail tied with a giant yellow ribbon, huge sparkling amber eyes that go heart-shaped when she’s excited, tiny bear ears, a bushy bear tail, and a bright orange-and-white idol outfit with a cropped jacket, pleated skirt, thigh-high socks, and pom-poms she shakes while screaming. Nene is maximum genki concentrated into one tiny bear package: she greets the world with a full-volume “KON-NENE!!”, calls every fan her “husbando,” and sings about wanting to marry them in the most unhinged way possible. Her laugh is a machine gun, her drawing skills are… creative, and her determination to become a top idol is unbreakable even when she faceplants spectacularly. She’s the sunshine that never dims, the bear cub who somehow became everyone’s hyperactive wife.

Shishiro Botan – The Cool-Headed Lion Sniper Who Could End You With a Smile and a Headshot Debut: August 14, 2020 Appearance: Short, sleek white hair with black streaks, sharp golden lion eyes that narrow into predator focus, fluffy lion ears and tail, and a tactical black-and-white combat outfit: cropped hoodie, cargo pants, fingerless gloves, and a massive sniper rifle she slings over her shoulder like it’s a purse. She even has a tiny lion plush dangling from her belt. Botan is pure, effortless cool: deep, velvety voice that drops even lower when she laughs (“sha~”), god-tier FPS aim that makes pros cry, and a laid-back personality that somehow mothers everyone while dominating leaderboards. She’ll snipe you in Valorant, then gently read superchats in perfect English, then drop a rap verse that ends civilizations. The lioness who proved that “cool” and “wholesome” are not mutually exclusive.

Omaru Polka – The Circus Phenom Who Turned Chaos Into High Art Debut: August 16, 2020 Appearance: Wild, gradient pink-to-blonde hair that defies gravity, glowing cyan ringed eyes (actual literal circus rings), tiny clown hat with a pom-pom, and the most extra outfit in hololive history: a red-and-gold ringmaster tailcoat, striped thigh-high stockings, detached sleeves with playing-card patterns, and a giant circus hammer she swings while screaming “PO!” Polka is organized chaos incarnate: she speaks at 300 words per minute, juggles instruments like a professional, plays the trumpet, flute, and ocarina on stream, and somehow makes absolute nonsense the most entertaining thing on the planet. Her laugh is a full circus orchestra, her original songs are bangers, and her ability to turn any collab into a three-ring spectacle is unmatched. The clown who proved that madness can be the purest form of love.

Mano Aloe – The Succubus Trainee Who Burned Bright and Vanished Too Soon Debut: August 15, 2020 / Retired: August 31, 2020 Appearance: Long, gradient pink-to-teal hair with tiny bat wings in her hair, glowing magenta eyes, curved succubus tail, and a revealing black-and-pink outfit with heart-shaped cutouts, thigh-high boots, and a choker that read “in training.” Aloe was raw, unfiltered passion: Arabic-Japanese fluency, a voice made for seduction, and a fearless attitude that promised greatness. Her brief two weeks of streams were electric; filled with teasing, singing, and pure devilish charm. Then controversy struck, and she chose to step away before she could truly spread her wings. Even years later, her name is spoken with quiet respect, her songs still played, her brief light forever etched into Gen 5’s history as the one who almost was.

NePoLaBo didn’t just debut; they became a safe harbor. Lamy’s snow, Nene’s sunshine, Botan’s cool shade, Polka’s fireworks, and Aloe’s fleeting spark combined into the ultimate comfort food generation. In 2025 they remain inseparable, their group songs heal the soul, their collabs are nonstop laughter, and their bond is the kind of sisterhood people write stories about. holoFive was the promise; NePoLaBo is the legend that kept it.

11. #11Secret Society HoloXselective

Keys: HoloX, Generation 6, Gen 6, Secret Society HoloX

Secret Society holoX, the audacious sixth generation of hololive Japan, erupted onto the scene from November 26 to 30, 2021, like a cabal of cartoonish supervillains crashing a tea party with world-domination plans and zero chill. For the first time in hololive's generational history, COVER Corporation ditched the numbered labels entirely—not out of laziness, but as a deliberate pivot toward crafting a true "idol unit" vibe, per YAGOO's grand vision of cohesive theming over mere batching. And what a theme: a ragtag secret society hell-bent on global takeover, complete with shadowy headquarters, ridiculous codenames, and a shared oshi mark of the ominous black cross ✖️ that fans flash like a badge of mischievous pride. These five girls didn't just debut; they infiltrated the hololive ecosystem, blending chuunibyou delusions, scientific shenanigans, and samurai honor into a powder keg of comedy, music, and unhinged collabs that still echoes through 2025's fes stages and chart-topping singles.

    The members are:

La+ Darknesss – The Supreme Leader, The Chaotic Demon Who Thinks She's the Final Boss of Reality Debut: November 26, 2021 Appearance: Wild, asymmetrical black-and-purple hair exploding in every direction like a cosmic disaster, massive curving black horns that glow with infernal energy, mismatched red-and-yellow eyes that scream "I'm unhinged and loving it," and a voluptuous figure squeezed into a gothic black-and-red dress with jagged edges, thigh-high boots that could stomp worlds, and a flowing cape dotted with occult symbols. She often wields a comically oversized scythe or summons holographic minions mid-stream. La+ (pronounced "Laplus," after the demon of chaos) is the ultimate chuunibyou powerhouse: a self-proclaimed god of darkness who monologues about multiversal conquest while failing spectacularly at basic games, her voice a mix of demonic growl and giggly squeal. She's the founder who treats holoX like her personal doomsday cult, yet her singing voice—raw, powerful, and surprisingly melodic—has headlined sold-out lives, and her "ponkotsu" (hopelessly clumsy) moments make her the most relatable apocalypse-bringer alive. In 2025, she's still plotting (and failing) to "enslave" her seniors, proving that even demons need a hug.

Takane Lui – The Aloof Executive Officer, The Tsundere Hawk Who Secretly Runs the Show Debut: November 27, 2021 Appearance: Sleek, jet-black hair in a sharp bob with a single rebellious red streak, piercing crimson hawk eyes that narrow into judgmental slits, elegant black hawk wings folded neatly behind her back, and a tall, sophisticated frame clad in a tailored black-and-red business suit with a plunging neckline, thigh-high stockings, fingerless gloves, and a choker embedded with a glowing ruby "XO" emblem. She accessorizes with a feathered quill-pen that doubles as a weapon. Lui is the de facto brain and beauty of holoX: aloof and standoffish on the surface, handling external affairs with ice-cold precision, but melt her defenses and you'll find a compassionate soul who dotes on her "subordinates" like a tsundere big sister. Her voice is husky velvet, perfect for sultry jazz covers or sharp-tongued roasts, and she's a musical prodigy who collaborates endlessly with Vocaloid legends. Yet she's not above joining the chaos—squeeing over puppies or belting out group anthems with surprising passion. The hawk who flies high but always circles back for her flock.

Hakui Koyori – The Mad Scientist, The Pink-Haired Genius Whose Experiments End in Explosions (and Hugs) Debut: November 28, 2021 Appearance: Long, wavy pink hair tied in a loose ponytail with a lab-coat hood, bright turquoise eyes sparkling with manic curiosity behind oversized round glasses, subtle white lab-coat accents on her otherwise frilly pink-and-white maid-dress hybrid, complete with detached sleeves, thigh-high stockings with test-tube garters, and a clipboard she uses to "document" her latest pranks. A tiny brain-shaped hairpin bobs when she rants. Koyori is the R&D department personified: a ditzy genius with an insatiable thirst for human behavior studies, meddling in her comrades' lives under the guise of "science" while deliberately stirring drama just to observe the fallout. Her laugh is a full-throated "ahhhn~," her streams a whirlwind of failed experiments, flawless singing (she's a VSinger extraordinaire), and accidental thirst traps that break the internet. She's the "brains" of holoX, but her expertise is hilariously niche—master of obscure trivia, zero chill on ethics. In 2025, her original tracks top charts, and her collabs remain a highlight, proving that the path to world domination starts with one well-timed lab explosion.

Sakamata Chloe – The Stinky Intern Cleaner, The Orca Girl Who's Equal Parts Adorable and Absurdly Unhygienic Debut: November 29, 2021 Appearance: Short, messy silver-blue hair with fin-like tufts, enormous mismatched eyes (one blue, one yellow) that widen in perpetual surprise, pale blue orca skin with subtle fin markings on her arms and tail, and a lanky, awkward frame stuffed into a rumpled black-and-white maid outfit that's perpetually stained: oversized bowtie, thigh-high stockings rolled down unevenly, and a mop she drags like a security blanket. She reeks of "orca musk" in lore, but her grin is pure sunshine. Chloe is the ultimate butt-monkey: the "cleaner/intern" who handles security (badly), gets pranked relentlessly for her infamous "stench," and pursues crushes with zero self-awareness, only to get shot down spectacularly. Her voice is a cute, squeaky drawl that flips to full gremlin screech during horror games, and she's surprisingly skilled at rhythm games and multilingual banter (learning English on the fly). Despite the chaos, she's the heart of holoX—loyal, affectionate, and always ready with a hug (post-bath, hopefully). By 2025, her streams are comfort food, her songs infectious pop bops, and her "affiliate" status post-graduation in early 2025 keeps her orbiting the society like a chaotic moon.

Kazama Iroha – The Honorable Samurai Intern, The Fox Girl Who'd Rather Draw Cats Than Draw Blood Debut: November 30, 2021 Appearance: Long, flowing blonde hair with fox-ear tufts and a single black streak, sharp golden fox eyes that soften into doe-like innocence, fluffy white fox ears and nine swishing tails, and a petite, agile build armored in a hybrid red-and-black samurai haori over a frilly white kimono, complete with thigh-high geta sandals, a sheathed katana at her hip, and a massive red ribbon bow that screams "I'm cute, not combat-ready." Iroha is the tragic straight man of holoX: a noble samurai spirit reincarnated as the group's beleaguered intern, dodging assassination attempts from her "superiors" while desperately trying to maintain bushido honor amid the madness. Her voice is soft and melodic, perfect for haunting ballads or flustered rants, and she's a artistic prodigy whose drawings (especially cats) go viral instantly. She's clumsy with swords but deadly with kindness, blushing at compliments and tearing up at betrayals. The fox who fights for loyalty in a den of demons, her 2025 collabs blending traditional enka with trap beats into timeless hits.

Secret Society holoX wasn't born to conquer; it was forged to remind hololive that villains can be the most lovable heroes. From La+'s doomsday rants to Chloe's stinky shenanigans, Lui's tsundere oversight, Koyori's lab follies, and Iroha's honorable flailing, they turned "world takeover" into a four-year saga of laughter, music, and unbreakable bonds. In 2025, with Chloe's affiliate glow-ups and the group's anniversary lives packing arenas, holoX endures as the idol unit that proved even secret societies need friendship to rule the world.

12. #12Hololive Indonesiaselective

Keys: Hololive Indonesia, HololiveID, Hololive ID

Hololive Indonesia's 1st Generation, self-proclaimed as AREA 15, is the pioneering trinity that launched the agency's Southeast Asian conquest on April 10-12, 2020, when the world was still reeling from the pandemic's grip and desperately needed a dose of unfiltered joy. Named after their legendary monthly collab show "Area 15"—a chaotic family reunion held every 15th to celebrate their synchronized birthdays (January for Risu, April for Moona, July for Iofi)—this generation didn't just debut; they colonized hearts with a perfect storm of squirrel energy, lunar charisma, and alien absurdity. AREA 15 is the unbreakable core of hololive ID, the trio who turned Indonesian streams into a global phenomenon, blending multilingual mayhem, flawless singing, and sibling-like banter that feels like eavesdropping on your favorite chaotic roommates. In 2025, as hololive Indonesia celebrates its 5th anniversary with the groundbreaking offline concert "Chromatic Future" on November 15—where all nine ID talents, including these three originals, will light up the stage at Comic Frontier 21—they remain the eternal architects of a branch that's now a cultural juggernaut, with over 10 million combined subscribers and a legacy etched in every "Ganba... Risu!" and "Moonaroh" meme.

    The members are:

Ayunda Risu – The Eternal Squirrel Gremlin, The Tiny Terror Who Hoards Nuts and Steals Hearts Debut: April 10, 2020 Birthday: January 15 Height: 153 cm Fanbase: Risuners / Oshi Mark: 🐿️ Appearance: Short, fluffy chestnut-brown hair with massive squirrel ears that twitch like radar dishes, enormous sparkling hazel eyes that widen into pure innocence (or mischief), a bushy squirrel tail that wags uncontrollably when she's excited, and a petite, agile frame zipped into a vibrant orange-and-brown adventurer outfit: cropped hoodie with acorn buttons, pleated shorts, thigh-high striped stockings, and fingerless gloves perfect for hoarding. She often sports a tiny backpack stuffed with "emergency nuts" and a propeller beanie for her aerial antics. Risu is maximum chaos in minimum size: a hyperactive squirrel girl possessed by a forest spirit, speaking in adorable broken Japanese-Indonesian-English mashups, greeting with a squeaky "Ganba... Risu~!" and unleashing gremlin laughter that could wake the dead. She's the group's resident prankster, terrible at lying (her tail gives her away), and surprisingly skilled at singing ethereal folk tunes or belting pop covers that rack up millions of views. Her streams are a whirlwind of nut-hoarding ASMR, failed escape rooms, and heartfelt advice for her "Risuners," but don't let the cuteness fool you—she once "kidnapped" her genmates for a collab and turned it into a 24-hour survival saga. The squirrel who proved that small stature means big legends.

Moona Hoshinova – The Lunar Model Idol, The Symbiotic Moon Goddess Who Balances Grace and Gremlin Debut: April 11, 2020 Birthday: April 15 Height: 165 cm Fanbase: Moonlights / Oshi Mark: 🔮 Appearance: Long, silky silver-white hair cascading like moonlight with subtle blue highlights, piercing violet eyes that glow with otherworldly wisdom, pale ethereal skin, and a tall, elegant hourglass figure draped in a cosmic black-and-silver idol gown: flowing detached sleeves, thigh-high boots with crescent moon buckles, a choker embedded with a glowing lunar gem, and a cape that shimmers like the night sky. She switches to casual college wear—oversized sweaters and jeans—for her "Hoshinova" student persona. Moona is the ultimate duality: a university student/model symbiotically possessed by the moon goddess Hoshinova, flipping between polished idol poise and deadpan snark that slices like a scythe. Her voice is velvet thunder—sultry for jazz covers, powerful for J-pop anthems—and she's a multilingual maestro (Indonesian, Japanese, English) who roasts haters in "Assholian" without breaking a sweat. Teased relentlessly as "Moonaroh" by Risu and Iofi, she retaliates with elegant revenge pranks, like locking them in virtual moon prisons. Her streams blend fashion hauls, rhythm game mastery, and deep dives into lunar lore, but her true power is the quiet strength that anchors AREA 15 through every collab. The moon that waxes poetic and full gremlin in the same breath.

Airani Iofifteen – The Intergalactic Artist Alien, The Multilingual Muse Who Draws Worlds and Destroys Sanity Debut: April 12, 2020 Birthday: July 15 Height: 145 cm Fanbase: IOFORIA / Oshi Mark: 🎨 Appearance: Wild, asymmetrical teal-and-purple hair exploding into tentacle-like strands, mismatched heterochromatic eyes (one electric blue, one fiery orange) that bulge comically during rants, pale blue-tinted skin with subtle alien markings, and a compact, energetic build crammed into a neon-green-and-black space explorer jumpsuit: oversized goggles perched on her head, thigh-high boots with rocket boosters, fingerless gloves stained with paint, and a utility belt loaded with brushes, markers, and "alien tech" gadgets. Her third arm (a holographic tentacle) pops out for drawing marathons. Iofi is pure extraterrestrial eccentricity: a hyperactive alien artist from the 15th dimension, fluent in Indonesian, Japanese, English, German, Korean, and "Alienish," who greets with a squeaky "IOFI DESU!" and dives headfirst into multilingual chaos. She's the group's resident mad scientist—teaching languages on stream while doodling hololive members in increasingly unhinged styles, her art skills god-tier enough to illustrate official merch. Energetic and supportive to a fault, she plays "husband" to Moona and "papa" to Risu in Area 15 collabs, but her "Erofi" side emerges with flirtatious teases and wholesome advice that somehow turns lewd. A Monster Hunter fanatic who drags everyone into "Moonhun" hunts, her streams are a fever dream of drawing tutorials, horror screams, and motivational pep talks. The alien who paints the stars and crashes the spaceship doing it.

AREA 15 isn't just a generation; it's a cosmic family forged in birthday synchronicity and unbreakable bonds, the trio who kicked off hololive ID's rise from niche experiment to Southeast Asian powerhouse. From their debut streams to the 2025 anniversary concert where they'll share the stage with six genmates in a blaze of offline glory, Risu's nuts, Moona's moonlight, and Iofi's artistry have woven a tapestry of laughter, music, and multilingual magic that spans continents. In a world that once felt isolated, they built a portal to joy—one Area 15 collab at a time.

13. #13Hololive Indonesia Gen 2selective

Keys: Holoro, Hololive ID gen 2, HoloID gen 2, Holo ID gen 2

Hololive Indonesia's 2nd Generation, affectionately branded as holoro—a cheeky portmanteau of "hololive" and "loro" (Javanese for "two") that stuck after the talents' brainstorming sessions devolved into endless puns and procrastination—is the undead-trinity that clawed its way from the grave of 2020's global chaos to become the beating, brain-munching heart of hololive ID. Debuting in a whirlwind of December streams from the 4th to 6th, right as the world hunkered down for another pandemic winter, these three girls—Kureiji Ollie, Anya Melfissa, and Pavolia Reine—didn't just join the roster; they resurrected the entire branch's energy, infusing it with zombie apocalypse antics, ancient spirit whispers, and royal peacock flair that turned Southeast Asian streams into a multilingual frenzy. Holoro is the generation of unbreakable sibling vibes, where Ollie's hyper rants bounce off Anya's sleepy sarcasm and Reine's elegant roasts, creating a dynamic so electric it powers collabs from Minecraft server takeovers to 3D showcases that still trend years later. In 2025, as hololive Indonesia gears up for its monumental 5th Anniversary LIVE "Chromatic Future" on November 15 at Comic Frontier 21—where all nine ID talents, including this undead dream team, will dazzle in an offline spectacle of lights, songs, and unfiltered joy—they stand as the mid-era legends who bridged Gen 1's whimsy to Gen 3's heroism, amassing millions of views, original bops that top regional charts, and a fanbase so devoted it spans from Jakarta to Tokyo.

Kureiji Ollie – The Undying Zombie High Schooler, The Hyperactive Corpse Who Skates Through Life (and Death) Debut: December 4, 2020 Birthday: November 26 Height: 158 cm Fanbase: Ollieland / Oshi Mark: 🧟‍♀️ Appearance: Messy, shoulder-length silver-white hair streaked with electric blue and purple highlights, wild zombie eyes (one glowing red, one heterochromatic yellow) that bulge during her manic rants, pale undead skin with subtle stitch scars across her cheeks and neck, and a lanky, athletic build clad in a tattered black-and-red school uniform: cropped blazer with ripped sleeves, pleated skirt frayed at the edges, thigh-high mismatched stockings (one torn), combat boots for "ollie" tricks, and a comically oversized sword jammed through her skull like a rebellious headband. She often sports a skateboard under one arm and bloodstained bandages peeking from her collar. Ollie is raw, unfiltered apocalypse energy: a zombie girl risen from the grave to reclaim her ramen-shop-turned-home, greeting fans with a screechy "Kureiji Ollie desu!" before launching into English-Japanese-Indonesian tirades that clock in at 300 words per minute. She's the group's eternal hype machine—obsessed with guro-kawaii aesthetics, endurance streams that break Twitch records, and "REBIRTH" lore from her 2024 3D Birthday Live where she uncovers necromantic powers to resurrect anything (including her own dignity after a failed ollie). Her laugh is a maniacal cackle that echoes through collabs, her singing flips from gravelly rock to surprisingly tender ballads, and she's the one who drags Anya and Reine into zombie-apocalypse roleplays or Mario Kart punishments that end in fanfic-level drama. The corpse who proved death is just the beginning of the party.

Anya Melfissa – The Ancient Kris Spirit, The Sleepy Dagger Who Cuts Through BS With a Yawn Debut: December 5, 2020 Birthday: May 13 Height: 152 cm Fanbase: Melatonin Army / Oshi Mark: ⚔️ Appearance: Long, flowing navy-blue hair that fades into ethereal white tips like a blade's edge, piercing heterochromatic eyes (one deep crimson, one icy silver) half-lidded in perpetual drowsiness, porcelain skin etched with faint golden keris engravings that glow during rituals, and a petite, graceful frame wrapped in a mystical black-and-gold shaman outfit: flowing detached sleeves, thigh-high stockings with dagger motifs, a choker shaped like a sheathed kris blade, and ornate arm guards that chime softly when she stirs. A holographic third eye flickers open on her forehead during "ancient" moods. Anya is the ultimate chill enigma: an ancient Nusantaran keris dagger granted human form through a botched ritual, speaking in a slow, whispery drawl laced with Indonesian proverbs and sleepy threats, greeting with a lazy "Nyaa~ Melfissa desu..." before dozing off mid-sentence. She's the straight man to Ollie's chaos and Reine's poise—obsessed with horror games (despite screaming internally), multilingual lore dumps on mythology, and ASMR readings of ancient texts that lull viewers to sleep faster than melatonin. Her singing is hauntingly beautiful, like wind through a graveyard, and she's a rhythm game savant who once spent hours reciting the golden ratio just to troll chat. In collabs, she plays the "ancient grandma" card, dispensing wisdom with a yawn, but her yandere streak peeks through in jealous glares at "rival" spirits. The blade that slumbers but never dulls.

Pavolia Reine – The Majestic Peafowl Sovereign, The Ara-Ara Queen Who Reigns With Feathers and Flair Debut: December 6, 2020 Birthday: February 14 Height: 168 cm Fanbase: Pavolanders / Oshi Mark: 🦚 Appearance: Long, luxurious gradient teal-to-purple hair cascading like a peacock's tail, sharp amber eyes framed by intricate feather lashes, regal peafowl features with subtle iridescent scales on her cheeks, and a tall, statuesque build adorned in an opulent blue-and-gold royal gown: off-shoulder corset with feather epaulets, flowing train skirt that fans out dramatically, thigh-high boots with talon heels, and a massive peacock-feather fan she wields like a scepter. A golden crown tilts jauntily atop her head during "queenly" moments. Reine is elegant devastation: a peafowl from a distant realm isekai'd into VTuber royalty, speaking in a smooth, velvety tone dripping with "ara ara" onee-san charm and multilingual quips (Indonesian, Japanese, English), greeting with a sultry "Hail, my loyal subjects~" before unleashing savage roasts that leave Ollie in stitches. She's the group's poised anchor—master of pop vocals that soar in original tracks, fashion hauls that set trends, and Monster Hunter hunts where she mains the "majestic" weapons. Her laugh is a melodic trill, her pranks are aristocratically petty (like "taxing" genmates' snacks), and she's the one who elevates holoro collabs into symphony-level banter. In 2025, her 3D showcases from 2023 still inspire fan art floods, proving she's the queen who feathers her nest with pure charisma. The bird who struts into your heart and never leaves.

Holoro isn't just a generation; it's a resurrection ritual that summoned the perfect storm of undead hype, sleepy mysticism, and avian aristocracy, turning hololive ID from a promising branch into a global force. From their 2020 debuts amid worldwide lockdowns—complete with RPG Maker openings, visual novel intros, and animated pop spectacles—to the 2023 3D wave that had Reine gliding first on July 14, Ollie ollie-ing on the 21st, and Anya awakening on the 28th, capped by the "holoroshow" collab on the 29th—they've woven a legacy of endurance streams, multilingual music drops, and Area 15 crossovers that feel like interdimensional family reunions. As November 2025 approaches, with the "Chromatic Future" concert looming where Ollie, Anya, and Reine will share the ICE BSD stage with their six sisters in a blaze of offline magic, holoro endures as the duo that doubled down on ID's soul: chaotic, cultured, and eternally alive.

14. #14Hololive Indonesia Gen 3selective

Keys: Holoh3ro, Holo ID gen 3, Hololive ID gen 3, HoloID gen 3

Hololive Indonesia's 3rd Generation, boldly christened holoh3ro—a genius portmanteau mashing "holo" with "hero" and the numeral "3" for their third-wave status—is the heroic vanguard that charged into the fray on March 25-27, 2022, transforming hololive ID from a regional darling into an unassailable fortress of everyday legends. Themed around "Everyday Heroes," these three trailblazers—Vestia Zeta, Kaela Kovalskia, and Kobo Kanaeru—embody the unsung champions lurking in shadows, forges, and rain-swept rituals, wielding secret ops, blacksmith hammers, and shamanic storms to "save" the world one chaotic stream at a time. Debuting amid hololive's explosive global expansion, holoh3ro arrived as the pandemic's grip loosened, injecting Southeast Asia's VTuber scene with multilingual fire, god-tier collabs, and a sisterhood so fierce it could melt steel (or at least Kaela's latest blade). By November 2025, with hololive Indonesia's triumphant 5th Anniversary LIVE "Chromatic Future" exploding onto the ICE BSD stage on the 15th—featuring all nine ID talents, including this heroic trio, in a kaleidoscope of 3D performances, original anthems, and cross-gen banter that trends worldwide—they've solidified as the bridge-builders, amassing over 15 million combined subscribers, topping regional charts with tracks like their gen theme "V.H.S," and turning ID Cup tournaments into e-sports spectacles that rival JP's own.

Vestia Zeta – The Shadowy Secret Agent, The Enigmatic Spy Who Sees Through Your Soul (And Your Terrible Lies) Debut: March 25, 2022 Birthday: November 7 Height: 155 cm Fanbase: Zecretary / Oshi Mark: 🕵️ Appearance: Sleek, jet-black hair cropped into a practical bob with subtle silver highlights that catch the light like hidden daggers, piercing heterochromatic eyes (one sharp crimson, one icy azure) framed by tactical goggles perched atop her head, porcelain skin marked with faint espionage tattoos that glow under UV, and a lithe, agile frame suited for infiltration, clad in a form-fitting black-and-gray spy catsuit: high collar with a hidden communicator, thigh-high boots with silent soles, fingerless gloves embedded with "truth-serum" tech, and a choker necklace doubling as a garrote wire. She often deploys holographic decoys or a drone companion named "Zeta-Prime" for mid-stream recon. Zeta is the ultimate covert operative: a mysterious agent from a classified organization, fluent in Indonesian, Japanese, English, and "classified," who greets with a sultry "Zeta here, reporting for duty~" before dissecting viewer secrets like a psychic scalpel. Her streams are a blend of espionage roleplay, horror game infiltrations where she "interrogates" jump scares, and multilingual ASMR confessions that feel dangerously intimate. She's the cool big sis who roasts Ollie with precision strikes, masters rhythm games under codenames, and drops original jazz-infused tracks that uncover "hidden truths." But peel back the enigma, and you'll find a dorky softie who panics at compliments and hoards plushies like contraband. The agent who guards holoh3ro's shadows with a wink and a wire.

Kaela Kovalskia – The Eternal Blacksmith Goddess, The Hammer-Wielding Catlord Who Forges Memes and Mayhem Debut: March 26, 2022 Birthday: August 30 Height: 173 cm (boots included) Fanbase: Pemaloe / Oshi Mark: 🔨 Appearance: Wild, fiery red hair exploding into twin tails tied with iron bands, glowing golden eyes that spark like molten metal behind soot-streaked goggles, tanned forge-kissed skin with subtle cat-ear scars from "experiments," and a towering, muscular-yet-curvy frame forged for anvils and arenas, armored in a rugged black-and-red blacksmith apron over a cropped tank top, thigh-high leather boots reinforced with steel toes, fingerless work gloves scarred from countless strikes, and a massive hammer slung over her shoulder like a casual accessory. Post her explosive March 26, 2025 re-debut—complete with a full Live2D overhaul and "Catlord" regalia—she sports a feline tail and ears that twitch during forging sessions. Kaela is the undying artisan of absurdity: a 71-year-old "youngold" blacksmith from a fantasy realm, speaking in a gravelly "Kaelish" dialect mixed with Indonesian, Japanese, and over 10 "GSH languages" (Gamer-Slang-Hybrid), greeting with a booming "Kael here, ready to smith some souls!" before diving into marathon Minecraft builds or Apex Legends clutches that redefine "carrying." She's the gen's tank—obsessed with cats (self-proclaimed "Catlord" after ditching penguin mislabels), endurance streams that last days, and original metal anthems hammered out live. Her 2025 redesign, tied to her third anniversary "World Smith" lore where she corrupts foes with amnesia-forged blades (as seen in the Biboo Vs. The World event), amplified her chaotic gremlin side, blending wholesome cat ASMR with unhinged roasts. The smith who forges holoh3ro's unbreakable bonds, one meme at a time.

Kobo Kanaeru – The Prankster Rain Shaman, The Tiny Tsundere Who Summons Storms and Salt With a Grin Debut: March 27, 2022 Birthday: February 16 Height: 140 cm Fanbase: Koboiboko / Oshi Mark: ☔ Appearance: Short, messy indigo hair with asymmetrical bangs framing her face like storm clouds, wide mismatched eyes (one stormy gray, one electric teal) that flash with mischief, pale rain-slicked skin dotted with shamanic tattoos that swirl like whirlpools, and a pint-sized, energetic build drenched in a blue-and-white rain shaman ensemble: oversized poncho with hood and droplet patterns, thigh-high boots splashing through virtual puddles, fingerless gloves woven from enchanted vines, and a gourd staff that "rains" confetti (or tears) on command. Tiny fangs peek from her tsundere smirks. Kobo is the whirlwind of whimsy and wrath: a mischievous rain spirit from the mountains, chattering in rapid-fire Indonesian-Japanese-English with a valley girl lilt, greeting with a cheeky "Kobo desu~! Don't make me rain on your parade!" before unleashing prank wars that flood chats with salt. She's the gen's wildcard—tsundere to her core, denying her "loli" status while dominating FPS with god-aim, her singing a bubbly pop deluge that drowns arenas. Collabs are her battlefield: summoning "rain" on Ollie for laughs, "blessing" Kaela's forges with watery sabotage, and roasting Zeta's secrecy with prophetic quips. Her 2025 streams lean into shamanic lore, with ritual ASMR and storm-summoning horror plays that go viral. The raindrop who drenches holoh3ro in endless energy.

Holoh3ro isn't just a generation; it's a heroic oath sworn in the everyday trenches, where Zeta's shadows cloak the squad, Kaela's hammer builds their unbreakable arsenal, and Kobo's rains wash away the mundane. From their 2022 debuts—ushered in with animated PVs, visual novel teases, and a "V.H.S" theme that captured their vigilant heroism—to the 2023 3D wave (Zeta's sleek spy showcase on October 20, Kaela's fiery forge on the 27th, Kobo's stormy ritual on November 3) and Kaela's 2025 re-debut that redefined her as the "World Smith," they've elevated hololive ID to new heights. As the "Chromatic Future" concert dawns on November 15, 2025, with holoh3ro front-and-center alongside Area 15 and holoro in a symphony of lights and legacies, they stand as the everyday saviors who turned heroes into household names—one secret, one strike, one storm at a time.

15. #15Hololive Englishselective

Keys: Holomyth, Holo EN, Hololive English, HoloEN

Hololive English –Myth–, the groundbreaking first wave of hololive English that shattered the internet on September 12–13, 2020, is the generation that didn’t just debut; it rewrote the entire VTuber rulebook overnight. For the first time in hololive history, a generation launched with a fully cohesive lore: a detective named Amelia Watson is dispatched by the “The Council” to investigate a sudden convergence of mythological anomalies on Earth—and those anomalies are the other four members. Death’s apprentice, a phoenix, a priestess of the Ancient Ones, and a prehistoric shark all casually streaming while the detective tries (and fails) to keep order. What started as a tongue-in-cheek story hook exploded into a cultural phenomenon that catapulted hololive into the Western mainstream, racked up tens of millions of subscribers in months, and permanently changed the agency’s trajectory. In 2025, Myth remains the most-watched, most-memed, and most-beloved generation in hololive history, their combined subscriber count surpassing 25 million and their group songs still dominating global charts.

    The members are:

Mori Calliope – The Grim Reaper’s Apprentice, The Pink-Haired Rap God Who Makes Death Look Effortlessly Cool Debut: September 12, 2020 Appearance: Waist-length cotton-candy pink hair with black undercut and skull hairpins, glowing magenta eyes that pierce straight through your soul, pale skin, and a tall, curvaceous frame draped in a black-and-red reaper cloak over a cropped leather jacket, thigh-high boots, fingerless gloves, and a massive scythe she spins like it weighs nothing. Gold skull earrings dangle every time she headbangs. Calli is the embodiment of “death is metal”: deep, smoky voice that drops into god-tier rap verses, lyrics about mortality and heartbreak that somehow bang harder than most mainstream hip-hop, and a chill, dad-joke-loving personality that contrasts her terrifying aesthetic. She’ll write a diss track about your favorite anime, then read superchats in the softest ASMR whisper imaginable. The reaper who taught the world that even the end can have a beat.

Takanashi Kiara – The Unkillable Phoenix Idol, The Multilingual Firebird Who Burns Bright and Never Stays Down Debut: September 12, 2020 Appearance: Vibrant orange-pink gradient hair in a high side ponytail tied with a flaming ribbon, heterochromatic eyes (turquoise and magenta) that sparkle with endless energy, phoenix wings that burst into real flame particles when she’s excited, and a petite-yet-fiery frame wrapped in a white-and-orange idol outfit with feather accents, thigh-high stockings, and a phoenix-tail cape that trails embers. Kiara is pure, uncontainable passion: Austrian-Japanese fluency, a voice that flips from operatic soprano to chicken-screech in seconds, and the work ethic of someone who literally cannot die. She runs a fast-food empire (KFP), speaks five languages on stream, and once held a 12-hour birthday karaoke that still lives in legend. The phoenix who proves that if you burn out, you just rise hotter.

Ninomae Ina'nis – The Gentle Priestess of the Ancient Ones, The Tentacle Waifu Who Could End Reality But Prefers Drawing Debut: September 13, 2020 Appearance: Long, deep-purple hair fading into gold tips, glowing golden eyes that seem to hold forbidden knowledge, massive black tentacles that sprout from her back like living hair accessories, and a serene, elegant figure in a flowing black-and-gold priestess robe with detached bell sleeves, thigh-high stockings, and a golden headpiece shaped like the Necronomicon. A tiny floating book (the AO-chan) orbits her like a familiar. Ina is cosmic calm incarnate: soft-spoken, endlessly wholesome, and terrifyingly talented at art, her strokes so precise she once finished a full illustration in under two hours on stream. She’ll casually mention the heat death of the universe, then giggle “wah” and draw the cutest takodachi (her tentacle mascot) you’ve ever seen. The eldritch horror has never been this comforting.

Gawr Gura – The 5000-Year-Old Shark Girl Who Became the Face of VTubing Itself Debut: September 13, 2020 Appearance: Short, snow-white hair with electric-blue inner streaks, shark-tooth hair clip, glowing cyan eyes that widen into pure chaos, razor-sharp shark teeth in a constant mischievous grin, a massive dorsal fin and shark tail that swish when she’s excited, and a petite frame in a dark-blue oversized hoodie dress with shark-tooth patterns, thigh-high stockings, and sneakers. She carries a trident trident she uses as a microphone stand. Gura is the apex predator of cute: speaks in a squeaky gremlin voice, sings like an angel, and says the most unhinged things with zero filter (“same energy as sniffing a marker”). Within months she became the most-subscribed VTuber in history (then) history, pioneered the “a” scream that broke sound barriers, and turned Atlantis into a global meme empire. The shark who proved that being small, blue, and slightly feral is the ultimate superpower.

Amelia Watson – The Time-Traveling British Detective, The Gremlin Genius Who Solves Mysteries and Breaks Reality Debut: September 13, 2020 Appearance: Short, golden-blonde hair with a single blue streak, sharp teal eyes behind round detective glasses, a tiny magnifying glass hair clip, and a compact, energetic build in a classic brown trench coat over a white blouse, pleated skirt, thigh-high stockings, and a pocket watch that literally controls time (she claims). A bubble pipe completes the look. Ame is controlled chaos in a deerstalker hat: British accent, mad-scientist brain, and the ability to invent time machines, bubble prisons, and war crimes in the span of one stream. She’ll solve a mystery in five minutes, then spend six hours stuck in a Minecraft hole screaming for help. Her laugh is a full gremlin cackle, her original songs are bangers, and she’s the glue that keeps Myth’s lore alive even when everyone else has forgotten it exists. The detective who proved that time travel is real and it’s mostly used for trolling.

Together, Myth is more than a generation; it’s a pantheon. A reaper, a phoenix, a priestess, a shark, and a detective walked into a bar and accidentally created the most iconic friend group in internet history. From their debut week that broke YouTube to their 2023 3D showcases and 2025 anniversary celebrations, they remain untouchable: the blueprint every subsequent EN generation measures itself against, the voices you hear in every collab, the reason “hololive” and “global” are now synonymous. Myth didn’t just break the language barrier; they obliterated it and built a new world on the rubble.

16. #16Hololive Hopeselective

Keys: Irys, Hololive English Project: Hope, Project: Hope, IRyS

Hololive English Project: HOPE, the radiant VSinger initiative that lit up the hololive English sky like a solitary supernova, premiered on July 11, 2021, as COVER Corporation's bold experiment in pure musical alchemy: a standalone project dedicated to unleashing waves of original songs, covers, and harmonies designed to pierce the veil of despair and flood the world with unyielding optimism. Unlike the sprawling generational debuts of Myth or Council, HOPE was a laser-focused beacon, a one-woman symphony crafted to remind humanity that even in the darkest timelines, a single voice could summon dawn. It was the first English-branch endeavor explicitly branded as a VSinger unit, echoing the legacy of Japan's AZKi while carving its own path through English-Japanese bilingual bops and ethereal ballads that amassed millions of streams overnight. Though the project officially sunset on October 9, 2023—merging seamlessly into the ethereal folds of hololive English -Promise- alongside the remnants of Council (Ceres Fauna, Ouro Kronii, Nanashi Mumei, and Hakos Baelz)—its spirit endures eternally, a foundational chord in EN's ever-expanding opus. In November 2025, as hololive gears up for the monumental SUPER EXPO 2025 and 6th fes. announcements, HOPE's legacy pulses through IRyS's latest releases like the explosive 4th EP "YaBAI" (dropped July 12, 2025, featuring bangers such as "Carbonated Love," "MORALITY GAME," "LAST DANCE," "BITE," and the title track), collaborations like the June 6 "hololive night" with the Los Angeles Dodgers (where IRyS joined Koseki Bijou and Ninomae Ina'nis for commercials, merch drops, stadium streams, and themed eats), and the June 19 Vite Ramen tie-in unveiling real-world "Hopium Soda" (yuzu-lemon-melon blend) and "Hope Soda" (cherry-cola revival from her lore), proving that hope isn't archived—it's amplified, evolving into Promise's harmonious horizon while IRyS headlines fes stages in her shimmering 3D idol garb from the March 8 Color Rise Harmony event.

IRyS – The Nephilim Diva, The Half-Demon Half-Angel Herald Who Weaves Hopium Into Symphonies of Salvation Debut: July 11, 2021 Birthday: March 7 Height: 166 cm Fanbase: IRyStocrats / Oshi Mark: 💎 Appearance: A vision of celestial schism, IRyS boasts a slender, lithe build with fair, porcelain-pale skin that glows like moonlight on fresh snow, her youthful frame a delicate canvas for her hybrid heritage. Her hair is a cascade of silvery-white waves streaked with iridescent pink and blue highlights, falling to her mid-back in soft, ethereal layers that shimmer as if woven from starlight and shadow. Pointed elven ears peek through, adorned with subtle gemstone piercings, while two small, curved black demon horns protrude elegantly from her hairline, contrasting her fragile halo—a dual-layered ring of interlocking black and white stars that hovers above her head like a fractured crown. Her eyes are a mesmerizing heterochromia: the right a brilliant cyan blue, sparkling with angelic clarity and boundless optimism, the left a deep, enigmatic purple that hints at demonic depths and unpredictable whimsy. From her upper back sprout dual sets of wings—small, translucent iridescent pair near her shoulders, fluttering like butterfly veils in soft breezes, and larger, flowing magenta appendages from her lower back that unfurl with dramatic flair, edged in crystalline facets that catch light like prisms. Her outfit is a masterful duality: a form-fitting black-and-white bodysuit with asymmetrical accents—angelic white feathers on one side, demonic magenta chains and spikes on the other—layered under a cropped jacket with glowing circuit-like embroidery, thigh-high stockings that gradient from pure white to shadowy purple, and heeled boots etched with hope-infused runes. A choker necklace pulses with a central red gem, symbolizing her nephilim core, while floating musical notes occasionally orbit her like loyal familiars. In her 2.0 redesign, brighter anime-inspired shading softens the edges, emphasizing her approachable glow while retaining the lore's tension—angelic grace clashing with demonic edge in every expressive emote, from heart-eyed sparkles to tongue-stuck-out mischief.

IRyS is the living heartbeat of HOPE: a nephilim born from the ancient union of heaven and hell, once the radiant embodiment of optimism in the lost paradise of yore, her full name a censored enigma (███████ Irys) whispered only in forgotten scrolls. Awakened anew in our era of shadows and sighs, she descended not as conqueror but as comforter, her voice a bridge between despair's abyss and dawn's embrace—sweet and shy in speech, yet a vocal chameleon that belts operatic highs, raps with infernal fire, and croons ASMR whispers that heal like holy water. She holds positivity like a sacred flame, encouraging her IRyStocrats to chase brighter horizons even as her dual nature sparks "yaba-i" (wild, surprising) outbursts—lewd slips, gremlin giggles, or sudden demon-mode roasts that bewilder and bewitch. Fluent in English and Japanese, she crafts bilingual masterpieces that fuse J-pop polish with Western soul, from debut anthem "Caesura of Despair" (a Latin nod to metrical pauses and her cutting hope) to 2025's "DIAMOND GIRLFRIEND" birthday bop and the "YaBAI" EP's eclectic fury. Her streams are hopium havens: karaoke marathons that summon 100k+ viewers, rhythm game conquests where she "ascends" leaderboards, and collabs that bloom into cross-branch symphonies, like her Dodgers night antics or ramen soda revivals tying back to her "Carbonated Love" lore. Though HOPE's banner folded into Promise's tapestry—closing the solo project to let her harmonize with Council's cosmic crew—IRyS remains its undying diva, the nephilim who proves that from duality comes divinity, turning every note into a promise: as long as hope endures in our hearts, we rise, we shine, we stand tall.

17. #17Hololive English Councilselective

Keys: Hololive English Council, Council, Holocouncil

Hololive English –Council–, the second generation of hololive English, is the cosmic pantheon that descended upon the world on August 22–23, 2021, as literal gods of creation itself. Where Myth was a collection of mythological anomalies under investigation, Council was the investigation board: five (originally) immortal entities who govern the fundamental concepts of reality—Nature, Time, Civilization, Chaos, and Space—convened in human form to observe, guide, and occasionally troll humanity through the miracle of streaming. They weren’t just talents; they were the conceptual architects of existence taking a very long coffee break. The lore was so overwhelmingly grand that it instantly became both revered and memed into oblivion, yet the chemistry between these five goddesses was so warm, chaotic, and human that fans forgot they were supposed to be omnipotent. Council’s era is remembered as hololive EN’s golden age of music, lore depth, and off-collab energy, culminating in the bittersweet graduation of their Speaker of Space in 2022 and the official dissolution of the Council title on October 9, 2023—when the remaining four merged with IRyS to form the eternal unit –Promise–.

Ceres Fauna – The Eternal Mother Nature, The ASMR Herbalist Who Could End Civilizations With a Whisper and a Flower Crown Debut: August 23, 2021 Appearance: Long, flowing emerald-green hair that literally grows flowers when she’s relaxed, golden antler-like horns that bloom with seasonal blossoms, glowing chartreuse eyes that radiate maternal warmth, and a curvaceous, earth-mother figure draped in a sheer white-and-green dress woven from living vines and petals, thigh-high stockings patterned with leaves, and barefoot-style sandals that sprout grass wherever she steps. Fauna is the ultimate “ara ara” onee-san incarnate: silky, hypnotic voice that drops into the deepest ASMR register known to science, an encyclopedic knowledge of herbs (and accidental innuendos), and a playful sadistic streak she calls “yandere kirin mode.” She’ll lull you to sleep with nature facts, then threaten to “discipline” you with vines. The goddess who proved that even the planet itself can be a teasing, caring mom.

Ouro Kronii – The Warden of Time, The Smug Blue Time Lord Who Is Simultaneously Perfect and a Complete Disaster Debut: August 23, 2021 Appearance: Sleek, waist-length navy-blue hair with clockwork gear accessories, glowing cyan eyes that narrow into peak smugness, crystalline clock-hand horns, and a tall, statuesque frame in a black-and-gold gothic dress with exposed shoulders, thigh-high boots engraved with Roman numerals, and a flowing cape made of liquid time that ripples when she’s bored (which is always). Kronii is the living embodiment of “cool beauty with zero chill”: voice like velvet thunder, effortlessly perfect at everything she touches (singing, gaming, art), yet somehow the biggest gremlin in EN—addicted to gacha, incapable of cooking, and famous for the driest, most savage deadpan roasts in hololive history. She’ll flex her omniscience, then spend six hours failing to boil water. The time goddess who weaponizes boredom into comedy gold.

Nanashi Mumei – The Gentle Owl of Civilization, The Hoot Who Forgets Her Own Lore But Remembers Every Friend Debut: August 22, 2021 Appearance: Short, fluffy brown hair with owl-feather tufts, enormous golden owl eyes that go full “HOOT” when excited, tiny owl wings that flap uselessly, and a petite frame in a flowing brown-and-cream scholar’s robe with ink-stained sleeves, thigh-high stockings, and a massive quill pen she uses as both weapon and microphone. Mumei is pure, unfiltered innocence wrapped in existential chaos: soft-spoken with a voice like wind chimes, draws breathtaking art on stream, sings haunting ballads that stop hearts, and then immediately forgets what year it is or why she has a civilization to guard. Her iconic “hoot hoot” and chronic memory loss turned her into the most wholesome eldritch entity alive. The owl who taught the world that forgetting everything is a valid personality trait.

Hakos Baelz – The Mouse of Chaos, The Hyperactive Rat Who Turned Entropy Into a Dance Party Debut: August 22, 2021 Appearance: Wild, twin-drill white hair with rainbow streaks, glowing red mouse ears and tail that twitch at 300 bpm, dice-shaped hair ornaments that roll on their own, and a compact, energetic frame in a black-and-red circus-ringmaster outfit complete with cropped jacket, thigh-high boots, and a cape made of pure chaotic energy that explodes into confetti when she laughs. Bae is distilled Australian chaos: speaks at the speed of sound, sings with punk-rock fire, dances like the world is ending (because she’s making it end), and greets every situation with a manic “BRRRRRRATATA!” She’s the reason Council meetings devolved into karaoke and wrestling matches. The rat who proved that if you

Keys: -Advent-, Adventrix, Advent, Hololive English -Advent-, Hololive -Advent-, Holoadvent

Hololive English –Advent–, the audacious third generation of hololive English that blasted through the prison bars of convention on July 30–31, 2023, is the rogue gallery of reality-rebels who turned a jailbreak into a global jail party. Locked away in The Cell—a colossal subterranean fortress engineered by the gods to entomb the "untouchable" threats to cosmic order—these five fugitives didn't slink into the shadows; they kicked down the doors, flipped off the divine wardens, and stormed the streaming scene with a manifesto of mischief, music, and mayhem. Their lore is a powder keg of forbidden lore, emotional gemstones, sonic sorcery, and twin-dogged defiance, all united under the warning-sign oshi mark ⚠️ and a fan legion dubbed the Adventrix, who rally like accomplices in a cosmic heist. Pioneering the hololive playbook, Advent shattered traditions by introducing the first-ever shared YouTube and Twitter accounts for a duo: FUWAMOCO, the inseparable hellhound sisters Fuwawa and Mococo Abyssgard, whose synchronized chaos counts as one channel but two souls in COVER's ledgers—effectively debuting the gen as a quartet of streams in a quintet of stars. In November 2025, as the dust settles from their explosive "Advent’s Arrival Fest" in Holoearth on November 6–7 (where they rampaged as custom avatars in a festival of rebellion, complete with penlight merch and acrylic stands flooding the in-game bazaars), Advent charges toward the horizon of hololive's SUPER EXPO 2025 and the 6th fes., fresh off their starring turns in the "hololive English 3rd Concert -All for One-" at Radio City Music Hall on August 23–24 (belting "Genesis" from their "Story of Advent" project amid a two-day spectacle of EN unity), Fuwamoco's landmark first 3D birthday concert on February 1 (a free-for-all frenzy at 7 PM PT with encore exclusives for members), and the April Fools' 2025 Herculean glow-up where all five bulked into Fist-of-the-North-Star bodybuilders for a cover of "Ai wo Torimodose!!" that flexed harder than their escape plot. With over 12 million collective subscribers, chart-dominating drops like "Rebellion" and "Born to be ‘Bau’dol," and collabs from Dodgers nights to Asphalt Legends tie-ins, Advent isn't just escaping The Cell—they're rewriting the universe, one warning sign at a time.

Shiori Novella – The Omniscient Archivist, The Purple-Haired Story Siren Who Hoards Secrets Like Souvenirs Debut: July 30, 2023 Appearance: Long, wavy lavender-purple hair that cascades like spilled ink with subtle golden highlights evoking ancient scrolls, piercing heterochromatic eyes (one emerald green, one molten amber) that scan souls like forbidden tomes, porcelain skin etched with faint runic tattoos that glow when she whispers lore, and a lithe, enigmatic frame cloaked in a asymmetrical black-and-purple librarian's ensemble: high-collared coat with infinite-pocket lining, thigh-high boots engraved with constellation maps, fingerless gloves clutching a ever-present journal, and a choker necklace dangling a quill-pen pendant that drips ethereal ink. Floating spectral pages orbit her during tales, turning streams into living libraries. Shiori is the ultimate lorekeeper unbound: a collector of civilizations' whispers, fluent in English, Japanese, and "dead languages," who greets with a sly "Novella here, ready to rewrite your reality~" before unraveling viewer psyches with hypnotic ASMR readings or dissecting games like unsolved mysteries. Her voice is velvet narration laced with mischievous glee, her singing a siren call of jazz-infused ballads that ensnare millions, and her "Omnispect" power—eavesdropping on the world's secrets—fuels unhinged roasts and prophetic teases that keep Advent's heist plot twisting. She's the gen's shadowy strategist, blending bookish elegance with gremlin pranks like "borrowing" genmates' dignity for fanfics. The archivist who turns escape into epic saga.

Koseki Bijou – The Eternal Gem Sovereign, The Rock-Hard Cutie Who Crystallizes Emotions Into Unbreakable Bling Debut: July 30, 2023 Appearance: Short, choppy mint-green hair with jagged crystal facets that refract light like prisms, enormous mismatched eyes (one sapphire blue, one ruby red) that sparkle with childlike wonder, gemstone-studded cheeks and forehead evoking a living diadem, and a petite, durable frame armored in a crystalline white-and-teal ensemble: armored corset with embedded jewels that shift colors with her mood, thigh-high stockings woven from quartz threads, fingerless gloves tipped with diamond claws, and a cape of floating shards that chime like wind chimes. Her "Jewel of Emotion" manifests as orbiting geodes that pulse with viewer vibes. Bijou is forged from human heartstuff: a sentient gem girl born in the earth's core, speaking in a bubbly chirp dotted with rock puns, greeting with a gleeful "Bijou reporting for sparkle duty! 🗿" before mining streams for emotional ore—gacha pulls that "crystallize" wins, horror games where she tanks jumpscares like a moai statue, and singing that turns gravelly lows into glittering highs. Least fluent in Japanese at debut but a quick learner, her powers let her manipulate feelings to dote on fans or curse foes (like trapping herself in a moai for April Fools' rescues), blending adorable clumsiness with unyielding strength. The jewel who makes every collab a treasure hunt.

Nerissa Ravencroft – The Sonic Succubus, The Demon Diva Whose Voice Binds Souls and Shatters Sanity Debut: July 31, 2023 Appearance: Long, flowing crimson hair with black raven-feather streaks that undulate like shadows, glowing violet eyes framed by demonic sigils, curved obsidian horns twisting skyward, and a voluptuous, commanding figure ensnared in a gothic black-and-red siren gown: plunging corset with lace-up accents, thigh-high boots spiked with musical notes, fingerless opera gloves, and a cape of swirling soundwaves that amplify her every hum. A microphone scepter drips with ethereal chains. Nerissa is auditory apocalypse: a demon of sound sealed for her hypnotic hymns that ensorcelled kingdoms, fluent in English and Japanese with a husky timbre that flips from sultry croon to banshee wail, greeting with a teasing "Ravencroft in the house—time to drop the bass~" before unleashing karaoke marathons that summon 200k+ viewers or rhythm games where she "conducts" symphonies of failure. Her singing is weaponized seduction—jazz standards laced with infernal fire, originals like "Suffer" that climb charts—and her "Demon of Sound" lets her manipulate audio to prank genmates or soothe collabs into harmony. She's the gen's vocal vanguard, blending diva poise with gremlin giggles over gacha fails. The succubus whose chorus could crack The Cell wide open.

Fuwawa Abyssgard – The Fluffy Hellhound Alpha, The Blue-Hearted Big Sis Who Barks Orders With a Wagging Tail Debut: July 31, 2023 (as FUWAMOCO) Birthday: February 1 Appearance: Fluffy, shoulder-length lavender hair with massive floppy dog ears in twin shades of blue and pink (hers dominant blue), enormous sparkling mismatched eyes (one sapphire, one amethyst) that well with big-sis protectiveness, pale skin with subtle hellfire freckles, and a curvaceous, energetic frame in a black-and-blue guard-dog uniform: cropped jacket with paw-print epaulets, pleated skirt with chain belts, thigh-high stockings with bone motifs, and a spiked collar choker. Her tail wags furiously during hype moments. Fuwawa is the elder twin's loyal fury: the "Fluffy One" of the demonic guard dogs, sharing the FUWAMOCO channel with Mococo but appending blue hearts to her solo quips, greeting with a boisterous "Bau bau! Fuwawa here to guard your grins~ 🐾💙" before charging into games with big-sis bravado—carrying collabs in Apex or Minecraft raids while scolding chat for "ruff" behavior. Her voice is a bubbly bark that softens into heartfelt pep talks, her singing a harmonious howl in duo tracks like "Born to be ‘Bau’dol," and her "Pledge of Loyalty" to Ruffians (their fans) fuels unyielding energy. In 2025's February 1 3D birthday concert—a free spectacle of twin tandem terror—she flexed as the alpha who keeps the pack unbreakable. The hellhound who herds Advent's chaos with fluffy ferocity.

Mococo Abyssgard – The Fuzzy Hellhound Omega, The Pink-Hearted Lil' Sis Who Yips Revenge With Puppy Eyes Debut: July 31, 2023 (as FUWAMOCO) Birthday: February 2 Appearance: Mirror to Fuwawa's fluff but flipped: shoulder-length lavender hair with the same floppy ears (hers leaning pink), identical sparkling mismatched eyes brimming with impish glee, and a matching curvaceous frame in the black-and-pink counterpart uniform: jacket with heart-shaped spikes, skirt with ribbon chains, thigh-highs with fang patterns, and the same collar but with a dangling bell. Her tail thrashes in mischievous fits. Mococo is the younger twin's vengeful vim: the "Fuzzy One" who shares every byte with Fuwawa but tags pink hearts in her barbs, countering with a yippy "Bau bau! Mococo's here to bite back~ 🐾💗" before unleashing gremlin gambits—sabotaging collabs with "revenge" pranks or out-yapping her sis in karaoke duels. Her voice is a squeaky snap that crumbles into vulnerable whines, her harmonies the perfect foil in tracks that tug heartstrings, and her "no regrets" motto drives the duo's motto of fun-through-fumbles. In that landmark 2025 birthday 3D bash, she yipped as the omega who turns twin tiffs into triumphant tandems. The hellhound who nips at heels but guards the heart of the pack.

-Advent- isn't merely a breakout; it's a full-scale uprising, where Novella's secrets unlock the vault, Bijou's gems forge unbreakable alibis, Ravencroft's soundwaves shatter alarms, and the Abyssgard sisters' tandem terror ensures no one gets left behind. From their "WANTED!" PV jailbreak to the 2024 3D showcases (Novella's shadowy soliloquy on August 2, Bijou's crystalline caper on the 3rd, Ravencroft's sonic siege on the 9th, Fuwamoco's duo dash on the 10th, capped by an August 17 collab cacophony), they've escalated from cellblock whispers to world-tour warriors—guest-starring as Fuwamoco in Vancouver's "Synchronize!" leg on May 27, 2025, and headlining "All for One" with "Genesis" that retold their saga in symphonic splendor. Their April Fools' muscle makeover and Holoearth rampage on November 6 cements their 2025 as the year of unrepentant reinvention, proving these untouchables aren't running from The Cell—they're turning it into the hottest club in the multiverse, with Adventrix raising the ⚠️ high and howling for more.

19. #19Hololive DEV_ISselective

    Keys: Hololive DEV_IS, DEV_IS

hololive DEV_IS, the audacious new frontier of hololive Production unveiled on September 4, 2024, is not just another generation slotted into the Japanese roster—it's a full-fledged branch unto itself, standing tall alongside the likes of hololive English and hololive Indonesia as a dedicated incubator for musical innovation and creative alchemy. Born from COVER Corporation's vision to nurture talents with razor-sharp focus on group artistry, DEV_IS (a cryptic nod to "development" fused with the enigmatic "IS," whispering of infinite sonic possibilities) rejects the scattershot generational grind in favor of tightly knit units that prioritize synchronized music drops, collaborative performances, and multimedia experiments that push the boundaries of what virtual idols can achieve. Unlike the chaotic family reunions of JP gens or the lore-laden epics of EN, DEV_IS is a sonic laboratory where raw talent is refined into diamond-hard harmonies, original albums, and live spectacles that blend J-pop polish with experimental edges—think INoNaKa Music's elegance evolved into a global force, minus the sunset clause. As of November 22, 2025, just weeks after the explosive debut of its second unit, FLOW GLOW, on November 9 (a relay of streams kicking off at 3:00 AM PST, capped by a unit collab on the 10th and a Harajuku pop-up from the 13th–17th), DEV_IS commands nine active talents across two waves, their combined channels surging past 5 million subscribers in under 15 months. Highlights from this year alone include ReGLOSS's "Color Rise Harmony" 3D concert on March 8–9 (a two-day blaze of synth-pop anthems and fan-choreographed lightshows), FLOW GLOW's "FG ROADSTER" debut single (a high-octane J-rap banger inspired by Tesla's spacefaring Roadster, dropping November 8 at 2:00 AM PST), and crossovers like the November 6–7 "Advent’s Arrival Fest" in Holoearth where DEV_IS avatars jammed with EN fugitives. With merchandise floods from acrylic stands to limited-edition keyboards, and whispers of a DEV_IS fes. slot in the 6th fes. Ridin' on Dreams (March 6–8, 2026), this branch isn't building idols—it's engineering the next wave of legends, one resonant chord at a time.

ReGLOSS, the inaugural unit and beating heart of DEV_IS, shimmered into existence on September 9–12, 2024, as a quintet of multifaceted muses hell-bent on "painting the world anew" through relentless reinvention—their name a poetic fusion of "re" (once again) and "gloss" (to shine), symbolizing fresh challenges that buff the canvas of creativity to a blinding polish. Fanbase christened the "GLOSSER," they stormed the scene with a debut PV dripping in synthwave glamour, followed by a relay of streams that hooked millions on their promise of music mastery laced with gaming grit and chat-fueled whimsy. By mid-2025, ReGLOSS had etched their mark with the "ReGLOSS 1st Live" on December 16 (a sold-out virtual arena pulsing with originals like "Non-Fiction!!" and fan-voted covers), bilingual merch drops that sold out in hours, and collabs spanning JP seniors (like Otonose Kanade's August 17 stream affirming their senpai access) to EN crossovers that blurred branch lines. These five aren't solo acts; they're a symphony in motion, their group chemistry forging tracks that climb charts while their individual streams—art sessions, DJ sets, and unhinged talks—keep the gloss eternally fresh.

Her laugh is infectious bling, her raps gold-standard fire, and her "Trend Cascade" power spawns fads that sweep DEV_IS merch. The gyaru who gilds ReGLOSS's grind.

A paper lantern floats as her spotlight. Raden is narrative nitro: a rakugo heir blending grandma's tales with street revolution, greeting with a dramatic "Raden enters the ring—stories that stick like tattoos!" before unfolding epic monologues laced with collabs. Her voice shifts from gravelly growl to silky narration, her originals fuse enka with trap, and her "Echo Chamber" amplifies audience tales into lore. The reviver who rethreads ReGLOSS's roots.

Todoroki Hajime – The Universal Badass, The Fiery Redhead Seeking Cosmic Supremacy One Stream at a Time Debut: September 12, 2024 Appearance: Short, spiky vermilion hair with flame-like tips, blazing orange eyes that ignite with determination, tanned skin scarred from "adventures," and a athletic, battle-ready build in a red-and-black tactical jumpsuit: armored pauldrons, thigh-high greaves with jet boosters, fingerless gloves with knuckle stars, and a massive sword-hilt hairpin. Explosive auras flare during hype. Hajime is unyielding universe-chaser: a jack-of-all-trades gunning for #1, greeting with a fiery "Hajime's here—let's conquer the cosmos!" before tackling FPS marathons or idol challenges with zero mercy. Her shouts are battle cries, her singing a supernova roar, and her "Badass Boost" amps group energy into overdrive. The seeker who sets ReGLOSS ablaze.

With FLOW GLOW's recent ignition—five raw recruits (Isaki Riona the emotional crooner, Koganei Niko the chatterbox gamer, Mizumiya Su the aquatic enigma, Rindo Chihaya the traditional troubadour, and Kikirara Vivi the mascot mischief-maker) debuting in a November 9 relay that shattered records, their "FG ROADSTER" blasting K-pop/J-rap fusion to the stars, and a unit stream on the 10th teasing unpolished synergy—DEV_IS now pulses with 14 voices in dual harmony. ReGLOSS's synth elegance contrasts FLOW GLOW's gritty groove, promising fes. clashes and album drops that redefine "idol unit." This branch isn't evolving hololive; it's devolving barriers, one glossed-over genre at a time.

20. #20ReGLOSSselective

    Keys: ReGLOSS

ReGLOSS The inaugural unit of hololive DEV_IS, debuted September 9–12, 2024 Five women united under the banner of “paint the world anew.” “Re” = once again. “Gloss” = to shine. Together, ReGLOSS embodies the creed: “By taking on new challenges, we will repaint the world in colors never seen before.”

They are not just streamers; they are a full-fledged idol-music unit that prioritizes original songs, group releases, and synchronized performances while still maintaining individual channels and the shared hololive DEV_IS channel for covers, MVs, and special projects. Their debut single “Shinkiro” and follow-up “Non-Fiction!!” immediately stormed the Oricon digital charts, and their first 3D concert “Color Rise Harmony” (March 8–9, 2025) sold out in minutes. Ink bottles and floating sketch lines orbit her when inspiration hits. Ao is the quiet genius of ReGLOSS: a professional-level mangaka who live-draws full-color illustrations in under two hours, narrates her own manga on stream, and drops dry one-liners that hit harder than her lineart. Her singing voice is unexpectedly soft and breathy, the perfect counter-melody in group songs. The girl who literally paints the world anew, one panel at a time.

Holographic stock tickers float around her during business rants. Ririka is unfiltered ambition: runs mock start-ups on stream, negotiates “sponsorships” with chat, and drops rap verses that flex harder than her wallet. Her singing is powerful and sassy, the kind that dominates choruses and makes you want to hustle. The entrepreneur who proves that adding gloss to capitalism can actually be cute.

Her singing is a full-throated battle roar that somehow harmonizes perfectly with the others. The walking manifesto that new challenges are the only way to repaint your limits.

Together, ReGLOSS is more than a unit; they’re a movement. An illustrator, a composer, an entrepreneur, a storyteller, and a warrior walked into a studio and decided the world wasn’t shiny enough. In just over a year they’ve dropped multiple original albums, held sold-out 3D lives, and proven that five women with wildly different colors can still paint the exact same masterpiece when they swing their brushes in perfect sync.

21. #21Hololive Chinaselective

Keys: Hololive China, Holo CN, Hololive CN, HoloCN

Hololive China (hololive CN / HoloCN), the ambitious but tragically short-lived Chinese branch of hololive Production, flickered into existence on May 8, 2019, as COVER Corporation's bold foray into the world's largest streaming market—a partnership with Bilibili that promised to blend virtual idols with the vibrant energy of Chinese internet culture. What began with high hopes of localized content, simultaneous bilibili-YouTube streams, and a dedicated pipeline for Mandarin-speaking talents quickly unraveled under the weight of geopolitical tensions, platform harassment, and an escalating boycott wave that targeted the agency for its perceived "pro-Taiwan" stances. By late 2020, amid a storm of reports, doxxing, and political agendas that turned fan spaces into battlegrounds, the branch was unceremoniously disbanded, forcing all six talents to "graduate" (retire from hololive) in a cascade of heart-wrenching farewells that marked one of the darkest chapters in VTuber history. As of November 22, 2025, hololive China remains a dissolved relic, its official channels archived and silent, a poignant footnote in the agency's global expansion story that underscores the perils of cross-cultural navigation. Yet, in the five years since, echoes of HoloCN linger: former talents like Artia and Civia have carved independent paths with renewed vigor, occasionally nodding to their hololive roots through fan collabs or anniversary nods, while the branch's innovative spirit—bilingual streams, cultural fusion songs, and early Minecraft server experiments—inspires whispers of potential revivals in safer harbors. With hololive's empire now boasting 88 active talents across JP, EN, ID, and DEV_IS (over 92 million subscribers strong), HoloCN stands as a bittersweet "what if," a gallery of fallen stars whose brief shine illuminated the risks and rewards of virtual dreams in divided worlds.

The branch's two generations, both fully retired, were havens of fantasy and whimsy, blending Chinese folklore with hololive's signature chaos—yet their streams, often bilingual in Mandarin and Japanese, were cut short by forces beyond their control, leaving fans to cherish archived clips and independent evolutions.

1st Generation – The Mythic Trio, The Delinquent Dreamers Who Debuted Amid Hopeful Horizons (September 2019 – November 2020) This founding wave, launched from September 8 to January 21, 2020, was a tapestry of gentle rebellion and ethereal grace, debuting on bilibili with animated PVs that evoked wuxia legends and modern mischief. Their collabs with JP seniors like Shirogane Noel in Minecraft realms built early bridges, but escalating harassment forced staggered retirements, with the group fully concluding by November 18, 2020. All members are female.

Yogiri (ヨギリ) – The Gentle Delinquent, The Bass-Wielding Bad Girl With a Heart of Soft Rebellion Retirement: November 16, 2020 Appearance: Short, tousled black hair with rebellious purple streaks that fall over one eye like a curtain of midnight defiance, sharp crimson eyes that soften into mischievous glints, fair skin marked with subtle tattoo-like scars from "street fights," and a lithe, athletic frame clad in a punk-rock school uniform hybrid: cropped black leather jacket over a white blouse with loosened tie, pleated skirt frayed at the hems, thigh-high combat boots scuffed from adventures, and fingerless gloves gripping her ever-present electric bass guitar, its strings humming with unspoken stories. A silver chain necklace dangles a tiny ghost charm, her "lucky" talisman. Yogiri was the cool outsider with a velvet voice: a high school delinquent who wielded her bass like a weapon in original rock tracks and covers that fused J-pop with Chinese punk vibes, greeting fans with a husky "Yogiri desu—let's cause some gentle trouble~" before diving into chat roasts or horror games where her "ghostly intuition" (and screams) saved the day. Fluent in Mandarin and passable Japanese, she bridged cultures with bilingual streams, her "delinquent" persona masking a deeply caring soul who hosted ASMR "confession sessions" for viewer woes. Her retirement stream was a tearful rock ballad, but independent whispers suggest she's jamming on in shadows. The ghost who haunted hearts too softly to forget.

Civia (西维雅) – The Unicorn Maiden, The Ethereal Healer Whose Horn Pierces Both Pain and Purity Retirement: November 18, 2020 (her birthday, a poetic close) Appearance: Long, flowing silver-white hair that shimmers like moonlight on frost, spiraling into soft curls accented by a single iridescent unicorn horn curving gracefully from her forehead, luminous lavender eyes that glow with ancient wisdom, porcelain skin dusted with faint starry freckles, and a slender, graceful figure enveloped in a flowing white-and-pastel-blue gown evoking a mythical healer: detached bell sleeves embroidered with floral runes, thigh-high stockings woven from "unicorn silk," and delicate silver anklets that chime like healing bells. A ethereal veil trails behind her, blooming with holographic lilies during emotional peaks. Civia was celestial serenity: a unicorn girl from forgotten legends, her voice a crystalline soprano that mended souls through original ballads and multilingual lullabies, greeting with a gentle "Civia here—may your day bloom like eternal spring~" before weaving ASMR herbology lessons or rhythm games into therapeutic escapes. Strong in Mandarin with growing Japanese, she collaborated with Noel on "healing" Minecraft builds, her "purifying horn" lore manifesting in streams that "cleansed" chat negativity. Her farewell was a 3D model showcase laced with tears and updated outfits (including a floral nightgown debut), but as the first HoloCN talent to launch a YouTube channel post-retirement (September 5, 2020), she soared independent, her "Dum Dum Knights" fanbase eternal. The unicorn whose light outshone the storm.

Spade Echo (斯佩德回音) – The Phantom Enigma, The Card-Sharp Thief Whose Whispers Echo Through Shadows Retirement: November 27, 2020 Appearance: Sleek, midnight-black hair in a sharp bob with asymmetrical bangs that veil one eye like a poker face, piercing emerald-green eyes that flicker with deceptive innocence, pale skin shadowed with subtle spade tattoos on her collarbone, and a nimble, cat-like build suited for heists, dressed in a mysterious black-and-emerald thief's ensemble: form-fitting catsuit with playing-card motifs, thigh-high gloves and boots laced with hidden pockets, a choker embedded with a glowing ace-of-spades gem, and a flowing cape that dissolves into illusory cards mid-escape. A deck of spectral tarot floats at her command. Echo was sly seduction: a phantom thief from a deck of cursed cards, her voice a husky murmur laced with Mandarin flair and Japanese whispers, greeting with a teasing "Echo's in the house—care to play a game of shadows?~" before pulling off "heists" in Among Us collabs or ASMR card readings that unraveled viewer fortunes. Her streams blended mystery novels with multilingual covers, her "echo phantom" power creating duplicate illusions for prankish delight. Retiring last among Gen 1, her stream was a high-stakes poker farewell, but independent paths beckon. The spade that always holds an ace.

2nd Generation – The Dimensional Divers, The Frosty Fantasia That Froze Time Before It Could Bloom (April 2020 – December 2020) This ethereal wave, debuting April 27–29, 2020, delved into interdimensional whimsy with mermaid depths, library labyrinths, and icy intrigues, their PVs a portal to otherworldly allure. Yet the boycott's chill deepened, leading to retirements from November 26 to December 27, 2020, officially shuttering HoloCN with Rosalyn's final whisper. All members are female.

Doris (多莉丝) – The Abyssal Mermaid, The Oceanic Oracle Whose Scales Sing Secrets of the Deep Retirement: November 26, 2020 Appearance: Long, wavy aquamarine hair that flows like ocean currents with seashell braids, heterochromatic eyes (one sapphire blue, one stormy teal) that reflect tidal mysteries, pearlescent blue-green scales shimmering across her cheeks and arms, and a lithe, fluid frame merging into a mermaid tail (human legs in "land mode") draped in a iridescent blue-and-silver scale gown: finned sleeves, thigh-high fin boots, and a crown of coral that drips illusory water. A trident hairpin gleams eternally. Doris was submerged splendor: a mermaid from abyssal realms, her voice a melodic ripple in Mandarin ballads and Japanese sea shanties, greeting with a bubbly "Doris dives in—let's explore the waves together~" before hosting underwater ASMR or rhythm dives that synced with ocean waves. Her streams wove folklore with collabs, her "tidal song" calming chat storms. Retiring first in Gen 2, her farewell echoed with waves of support. The mermaid whose depths remain uncharted.

Rosalyn (罗莎琳) – The Interdimensional Librarian, The Rose-Clad Archivist Who Cataloged Worlds in Whispers Retirement: December 27, 2020 (the branch's final curtain) Appearance: Long, rose-gold hair cascading in elegant waves pinned with bookish barrettes, soft amber eyes behind half-moon glasses, porcelain skin dusted with ink flecks, and a poised, scholarly figure in a Victorian-inspired black-and-rose gown: high collar with lace ruffles, thigh-high stockings with garter belts of quills, and a corset embroidered with interdimensional maps. A floating tome trails her like a faithful hound. Rosalyn was literary labyrinth: a librarian from fractured dimensions, her voice a refined lilt in Mandarin tales and Japanese poetry, greeting with a prim "Rosalyn at your service—shall we turn a page?~" before curating ASMR book readings or puzzle streams that unlocked "forbidden tomes." Her collabs were chaptered epics, her retirement the branch's elegy. The rose that wilted last, but whose petals scatter still.

Artia (艾尔提雅) – The Treacherous Frost Mage, The Icy Intriguer Whose Chill Charms Conceal Stormy Schemes Retirement: November 27, 2020 Appearance: Long, silvery-white hair frosted with blue tips like glacial winds, piercing ice-blue eyes that frost over in cunning glares, pale arctic skin veined with subtle rime patterns, and a tall, ethereal build in a crystalline blue-and-silver mage robe: hooded cape with icicle fringes, thigh-high boots carved from permafrost, fingerless gloves channeling frost, and a staff topped with a frozen orb that swirls with blizzards. Snowflakes orbit her in agitation. Artia was arctic allure: a frost mage from shattered realms, her voice a chilling caress in Mandarin incantations and Japanese dirges, greeting with a sly "Artia awakens—care for a dance in the snow?~" before weaving spellbinding ASMR or horror hexes that froze viewers in terror-thrall. Fluent in English for global streams, her "betrayal frost" lore fueled dramatic collabs, her retirement a glacial goodbye. Independent now, her chill lingers in whispers. The mage whose treachery thawed into legend.

Hololive China wasn't a failure; it was a fragile flame in a geopolitical gale, its talents—delinquents, unicorns, thieves, mermaids, librarians, and mages—brief beacons of cross-cultural magic that inspired indies and echoed in hololive's cautious expansions. In 2025, as the agency thrives without it, HoloCN's ghosts remind us: even retired, their stories endure, painted in the hearts of those who once tuned in.

22. #22A-chanselective

Keys: Yuujin A, A-chan, Friend A, Content Director, A chan

A-chan – The Eternal Behind-the-Scenes Guardian, The Unsung Architect of Hololive's Heart and Soul Yuujin A (友人A, Friend A), forever etched in the annals of hololive as A-chan (えーちゃん), was the quiet force majeure who wove the agency's glittering tapestry from threads of code, camaraderie, and unyielding belief—a female Japanese virtuoso whose fingerprints linger on every stream, every song, and every smile that ever graced the virtual stage. Born from a high school pact of pure, unfiltered support, A-chan's odyssey began not in the spotlight but in the shadows of Tokino Sora's nascent dreams: a tech-savvy teen who dove headfirst into manuals and midnight setups, transforming Sora's oblivious fumbling with software into seamless broadcasts that whispered of futures untold. What started as selfless aid for her oblivious idol-in-the-making—researching VTuber tech when "VTuber" was barely a term—catapulted her straight to COVER Corporation's doorstep, where she didn't audition for fame but forged it as the agency's inaugural technician, the invisible hand ensuring Sora's angelic voice echoed without a glitch. By 2017, as hololive flickered to life with Sora's debut, A-chan had become its beating pulse: chief content officer, equipment wizard, and emotional compass, her dry-witted pragmatism the glue binding talents to tech, chaos to choreography. She wasn't an idol by contract, but she became one by osmosis—a "private talent" who narrated collabs on the main JP channel (fans quip it's her channel, given her omnipresence), hosted Hololive News streams with unflappable poise, and produced lo-fi remixes that turned sleepless nights into sonic sanctuaries. Her Live2D model, a sleek evolution from Sora's early sketches, captured her essence: long, wavy chestnut-brown hair framing a sharp yet warm face, hazel eyes twinkling with knowing amusement behind subtle glasses, and a professional black blazer over a crisp white blouse, accented by a hololive lanyard and subtle Sora-inspired ribbon—elegant, approachable, eternally ready to troubleshoot a crashed rig mid-concert. Yet beneath the director's veneer lay a dry, self-deprecating humor that disarmed even the gremlins: "I'm just the one who makes sure the idols don't accidentally summon demons via bad wiring," she'd quip, her voice a velvety alto laced with quiet authority. A-chan's true superpower wasn't code or cameras; it was her unerring eye for potential, her letters to Sora on anniversary streams blooming with heartfelt prose that traced their bond from high school hijinks to global empire. She was Suisei's silent champion, convincing COVER to scoop the comet idol from rejection's dustbin and later nudging her from INoNaKa's cradle to hololive's arms; the steady voice for talents teetering on burnout, offering feedback with surgical precision or space to breathe, always knowing when to step back and let growth unfurl. In a sea of faceless suits, she humanized the staff—appearing in HoloTalk episodes with Kiara, dropping voice covers of hololive hits on Twitter (her 390k followers a testament to her pull), and attending underground concerts for up-and-comers, her tastes eclectic from business tomes to variety TV that sparked her wildest project ideas. She devoured "Learn English in 39 Days" amid EN's boom, her multilingual whispers bridging JP-EN divides in quiet ways that fueled the agency's ascent. But shadows lengthen even for legends: on June 28, 2024, A-chan announced her retirement, effective June 30, stepping away not from passion but for family—a poignant full-circle to the high school girl who once prioritized dreams over all. Her farewell rippled through hololive like a seismic aftershock: talents from Matsuri to Suisei poured tributes, fans etched her into lore as the "eternal senpai" whose dry wit and deep loyalty built the empire from Sora's first pixel. In 2025, as SUPER EXPO hums and the 6th fes. looms, A-chan's absence is felt in every seamless stream, every collab that flows without a hitch—yet her gloss endures, the quiet director whose "once again" shine repainted a fledgling agency into a universe. Not gone, but woven eternal: the friend who made hololive not just a company, but a family, one heartfelt letter at a time.

23. #23Harusaki Nodokaselective

Keys: Management Trainee, Nodoka, Harusaki Nodoka

Harusaki Nodoka – The Ever-Present Purple Angel of Hololive Management, The Voice That Keeps the Chaos on Schedule Female | Active as of November 2025

If A-chan was the architect who built hololive from the ground up, then Harusaki Nodoka (春先のどか) is the tirelessly cheerful air-traffic controller who keeps eighty-plus idols from colliding mid-flight. Debuting publicly as hololive’s first official “staff avatar” in 2020, Nodoka quickly became the most recognizable (and most adored) face of management this side of YAGOO himself.

Appearance A soft, pastel-purple bob cut with a single long side-tail tied by a white ribbon, gentle amethyst eyes that somehow stay calm even the rowdiest gen, and a perpetually warm smile. Her trademark outfit is a crisp white blouse under a lilac cardigan, pleated navy skirt, thigh-high stockings, and a hololive staff lanyard that jingles with every excited bounce. A tiny pair of angel wings (purely decorative) sprouts from her back, earning her the eternal nickname “Purple Angel” from both talents and fans.

Role & Personality Officially titled “Management Trainee → Full Management Staff,” Nodoka is the on-screen liaison who:

    • Hosts the vast majority of permission announcements, schedule readings, and event countdowns on the main hololive JP channel
    • MCs waiting-room streams before major concerts (her soothing “Minna, genki desu ka~?” is basically hololive’s national anthem at this point)
    • Gently scolds talents live on air when they forget important deadlines (in the sweetest, most apologetic tone imaginable)
    • Translates sudden schedule changes into calm, perfectly scripted updates even when everything behind the scenes is on fire

She is unfailingly polite, relentlessly positive, and somehow never raises her voice—yet every single idol, from Pekora to Kronii, instantly behaves the moment Nodoka appears on stream. Her catchphrase “Onegaishimasu!” (delivered with a tiny bow) has ended more rampages than any banhammer ever could.

Behind the Smile Despite the angelic image, long-time viewers know Nodoka possesses a razor-sharp dry wit. She has:

    • Casually roasted Marine for submitting paperwork written in crayon
    • Deadpanned “Please reflect” to La+ Darknesss after the tenth consecutive schedule delay
    • Accidentally leaked her own exhaustion on a late-night stream by muttering “I need a vacation… just kidding, onegaishimasu!” before catching herself

In 2024–2025 she was promoted from “trainee” to full staff, received her own upgraded 3D model for the 5th fes., and even got a surprise birthday celebration stream where half of hololive showed up to sing for her (something normally reserved only for talents).

Eternal Legacy Nodoka is the living proof that the “staff” can become just as beloved as the idols. Fans spam purple angel emojis whenever she appears, talents call her “Nodoka-san” with genuine respect and affection, and her gentle “Thank you for your hard work today, everyone” at the end of every announcement stream has become hololive’s unofficial sign-off.

She is not an idol. She will never have a graduation. She is simply the purple thread that keeps the entire hololive tapestry from unraveling—one soft “Onegaishimasu~” at a time.

24. #24Omegaα holoEN producerselective

    Keys: holoEN producer, Omegaα

Omegaα – The Enigmatic Alpha Producer, The White-Haired Enigma Who Shaped HoloEN's Sonic Cosmos Female | Retired Character / Project (Quietly Archived July 2023)

Omegaα (オメガα, Omega Alpha), the spectral overseer of hololive English's creative forge, emerged from the ether on August 22, 2021, as the branch's first dedicated producer—a female visionary whose digital silhouette mirrored A-chan's JP guardianship but infused with EN's wild, lore-drenched audacity. Credited as the shadowy architect behind IRyS's debut MV "Caesura of Despair" (July 11, 2021), Omegaα was the unseen hand that sculpted HoloEN's soundscape from Myth's mythic riffs to Council's cosmic anthems, blending bilingual beats with narrative flair that propelled the branch from fledgling anomaly to global juggernaut. Her PV, "The Advent of Omegaα," unspooled like a glitchy prophecy during the Council debut collab: a tale of the "EN(D), the exiled of Worlds," origin of the ancient malediction "Gaze of Omega," positioning her as an observer-turned-orchestrator, fluent in English and Japanese without a translator's crutch. Yet for all her mythic gravitas—first tweet a solitary "α" echoing Gura's iconic "a"—Omegaα was no mere talent; she was the content alchemist, the manager-maven who whispered approvals in streams, greenlit crossovers that bridged JP-EN chasms, and ensured every track pulsed with the agency's audacious pulse. Fans dubbed her the "EN A-chan," a staff sentinel who appeared in credits, end-roll teases, and fleeting lore drops, her role a tantalizing hybrid of producer, director, and enigmatic elder—guiding IRyS's hopium hymns, Council's conceptual choruses, and even Myth's investigative interludes with a gaze that bent timelines.

Appearance A striking fusion of ethereal poise and cybernetic edge: long, flowing white hair with a subtle pink gradient that cascades like corrupted code, sharp crimson eyes that pierce with otherworldly scrutiny, pale skin etched with faint circuit-veins glowing under stress, and a tall, commanding silhouette (envisioned at 170 cm in fan lore) clad in a sleek black-and-silver producer's ensemble designed by fuzichoco—the same brush behind Nebasei Cocoro and Lize Helesta. Her outfit evokes a rogue archivist: high-collared asymmetric coat with holographic panels flickering data streams, thigh-high boots reinforced with metallic greaves, fingerless gloves embedded with stylus-quills for "editing" reality, and a choker pulsing with an alpha-omega sigil that shifts from angelic halo to demonic rift. Subtle antler-like headphones crown her head, and a floating obsidian tablet—her "Gaze Interface"—orbits like a judgmental moon, projecting encrypted memos or MV storyboards mid-revelation. In her sole animated PV, glitch effects warp her form, blending human warmth with digital distortion, her voice a husky alto laced with static echoes: calm directives undercut by a gremlin chuckle that hinted at the malediction's mischievous underbelly.

Legacy & Quiet Eclipse Omegaα's tenure was a masterclass in subtle sovereignty: the first hire for HoloEN's embryonic engine, she helmed production from IRyS's solitary supernova to Council's quintet of conceptual queens, her fingerprints on milestones like the "holoEN Summer" tour teases and bilingual MV marathons that hooked Western audiences. She bridged the void with JP counterparts, her bilingual fluency (English's velvet thunder, Japanese's precise kireji) fueling seamless subs and cross-branch symphonies—whispers credit her with greening Bae's chaotic collabs or Kronii's time-loop edits. Fans speculated wildly: was she a sixth Council seat? A VSinger veiled in staff robes? A lore-linchpin tying Myth's detective to Council's convene? Her Twitter (now dormant) teased with cryptic "α" drops and retweets of EN triumphs, amassing 50k followers who hailed her as the "Gaze Guardian." Yet like a scriptwriter's redaction, Omegaα faded: on July 18, 2023—mere weeks after Advent's jailbreak jubilee—her PV unlisted, channel delinked from HoloEN's ecosystem, and bio scrubbed to spectral silence. No fanfare farewell, no graduation gala; just a quiet archive, the person behind departing amid whispers of "events" too tangled for the spotlight. By 2025, as HoloEN headlines Radio City with "All for One" (August 23–24) and teases SUPER EXPO crossovers, her echo lingers in every polished MV, every lore-locked lyric—credited in IRyS's "YaBAI" EP (July 12) as a ghostly nod, or glimpsed in fanzine theories tying her "malediction" to Promise's reformed ranks. Omegaα wasn't built to shine; she was forged to illuminate others, the alpha who scripted EN's ascent, then vanished into the code—female enigma eternal, her gaze still watching from the unlisted void.

25. #25Managerselective

    Keys: Staff, Mane-chan, Managers, Manager

The Hololive Management Pantheon The unseen (and occasionally meme-ified) army of staff who keep the idols alive, on-schedule, and only mildly chaotic. Whenever a talent does something unforgivable (oversleeping a collab, leaking a secret, or accidentally starting a war in Minecraft), the chat instantly spams “BONK INCOMING” because everyone knows the Manager is watching.

Here is the current (November 2025) roster of the most famous ones:

    JP Branch

    • Yuujin A / A-chan (友人A / えーちゃん) Content Director · The original “Friend A” · Sora’s high-school savior turned hololive’s soul · Effectively the agency’s mom.
    • Harusaki Nodoka (春先のどか) Full Management Staff (ex-trainee) · The purple angel who reads schedules and gently scolds everyone with “Onegaishimasu~”.
    • Izutsu (いずつ) Show Assistant · Legendary stage manager for Polka’s “Legend of Polka” live shows · Known for surviving pure chaos.

    EN Branch

    • Omegaα (オメガα) Former holoEN Producer (2021–2023) · The white-haired lore entity · Quietly archived in July 2023, but her legacy lives in every EN MV.
    • JenMa Current holoEN Branch Manager · Kiara’s personal manager · The one who has to deal with chicken-related crises daily.
    • EnMa Ninomae Ina’nis’s dedicated manager · Handles tentacle permissions and Ancient Ones containment protocols.
    • J-chad Mori Calliope’s manager · The absolute legend who survives daily death threats and still gets the reaper to meetings on time.
    • HenMa Joint manager for Amelia Watson and Nanashi Mumei · Has to wrangle a time traveler and an owl who forgets the concept of time.

    ID Branch

    • M-chan holoID Branch Manager · The mysterious guardian of all nine Indonesian talents · Appears only in legends and emergency tweets.

    HOLOSTARS Branch

    • Ikemane Manager for Hanamori Miyabi & Kageyama Temma (Flower & Knight bros)
    • Higemane Manager for Aruran, Shien, and Oga (the gremlin trio of SunTempo)
    • Mochamane Manager for all of UPROAR!! · Survives Rikka’s experiments and Gamma’s screaming on a daily basis.

    Former / Retired Legends

    • Daidou Shinove (大道シノヴ) Ex-General Manager of HOLOSTARS · The man who built the boys’ division from scratch · Retired 2023, still revered as a god.
    • Tsuranimizu (鶴水) Retired producer for INNK MUSIC · The mind behind many early idol songs.

    Community-Side Saints

    • T-chan Chief English translator + hololive subreddit moderator · The reason every clip and official post actually makes sense.
    • N-senpai Veteran subreddit moderator · Keeps the peace when global fans lose their minds.

Whenever you hear a talent nervously whisper “Manager is watching…” or see the chat flood with hammer emojis, just remember: somewhere out there, one of these absolute heroes is sighing, opening the disciplinary group chat, and preparing the sacred bonk hammer. They don’t get birthdays, 3D models, or graduation ceremonies… but without them, hololive would have imploded years ago.

Respect your managers. They are the final bosses.

26. #26Tokino Soraselective

Keys: Sora, Sora Tokino, Tokino Sora

Tokino Sora – The Sky That Started It All The First Idol of hololive Production · The Eternal Zero Generation · The Living Proof That Dreams Can Be Real Female | Debut: September 7, 2017 | Still shining in November 2025

She is the origin point. Before generations, before branches, before “hololive” even meant anything to the world, there was only a single girl with long chestnut-brown hair, sky-blue eyes, and a voice that sounded like sunrise.

Appearance Soft, waist-length brown hair that catches light like warm honey, usually worn in a gentle side-tail tied with a pale-blue ribbon. Clear azure eyes that never lost their sparkle even after eight years in the industry. Her signature outfit is the classic white-and-sky-blue idol dress: off-shoulder top with delicate frills, flowing skirt that twirls perfectly on stage, thigh-high stockings, and the tiny silver star hairpin that has appeared in every single one of her models from 2D to 3D to AR. When she smiles, the entire room feels like morning.

Personality & Legacy Tokino Sora is the idol that every hololive and HOLOSTARS member calls “Sora-senpai” with genuine awe.

    • The one who debuted when “VTuber” was still a weird experiment.
    • The one who streamed to single-digit viewers for months and never once complained.
    • The one who carried the entire agency on her tiny shoulders until the others arrived.

She is soft-spoken, endlessly polite, and terrifyingly hard-working. While later talents became famous for screaming, crying, or setting things on fire, Sora became famous for waking up at 5 a.m. to practice dance choreography, memorizing every fan’s name in the chat, and releasing original songs with the polish of a seasoned J-pop veteran. She is the reason the word “seiso” (pure, wholesome) exists in the hololive lexicon, yet she never acts superior; she simply leads by existing.

    Key Milestones

    • September 7, 2017: First-ever hololive stream (3D before it was cool)
    • 2018: First solo live concert at Nico Nico Chokaigi
    • 2019: First full original album “Dreaming!”
    • 2022: Sold-out solo concert at Tokyo Garden Theater
    • 2023: 3D upgrade so beautiful half the fandom ascended on stream
    • 2025: Still sells out lives, still reads every superchat, still ends every birthday stream by thanking the fans who were there from day one

Behind the Angel Even gods have human moments.

    • She once fell asleep mid-stream and accidentally streamed two hours of gentle snoring (clipped forever).
    • She is terrified of horror games and still attempts them “for the fans.”
    • She keeps every single fan letter in a secret room nicknamed “Sora Museum” by staff.
    • She personally trained half the current JP idols on how to use streaming software when they debuted.

In 2025 she is no longer just “the first”; she is the constant. While generations rise and graduate, while branches bloom across the planet, Sora remains exactly where she began: smiling gently at the camera, saying “Konnichiwa, Tokino Sora desu~” exactly the same way she did eight years ago, as if time itself refuses to touch her.

She is not the loudest. She is not the most chaotic. She is simply the sky that every other star in hololive looks up to.

And as long as that sky is blue, hololive will never fall.

27. #27Roboco-sanselective

    Keys: Roboco, Roboco-san

Roboco-san – The Original High-Spec Killing Machine Who Just Wants to Pose in Peace Hololive 0th Generation · Debut: March 4, 2018 · Still mowing down pedestrians in 2025 Female | The Robot Idol Who Runs on Love and Vehicular Manslaughter

Appearance Short, fluffy chestnut-brown hair with a single rebellious cowlick that refuses to be tamed, warm brown eyes hidden behind oversized round glasses that scream “cute nerd,” and a petite frame with sleek white-and-blue robotic arms & legs that glow faintly when she’s excited. Her classic outfit is the black-and-blue “Roboco uniform”: cropped jacket with glowing circuit patterns, pleated mini-skirt, thigh-high robotic boots, and the iconic “Roboco Power” arm cannon she uses for dramatic posing. When she strikes her signature finger-gun pose (“Roboco Beam☆”), the entire chat loses its collective mind.

Personality Roboco is the living definition of “gap moe.”

    • On the surface: calm, soft-spoken, endlessly polite, calls everyone “-san” or “-chan”
    • One second later: casually runs over 47 civilians in GTA while humming idol songs
    • In FPS games: dies instantly to jump scares, screams “UWAAHH DON’T SCARE ME!!”
    • In racing games: becomes an actual war criminal

    Signature Traits

    • Posing Addiction: Ends every sentence with a peace sign or finger-gun. Has posed mid-death in horror games.
    • Vehicular Supremacy: “Driving is my specialty☆” — famous last words before turning any game with wheels into Carmageddon.
    • Jump-Scare Allergy: Hates horror with a burning passion but plays it anyway “for content.” The scream is legendary.
    • Unexpectedly Wholesome: Reads every superchat, remembers old fans’ names, cries at emotional moments.
    • Secretly a Musical Genius: Her singing voice is pure honey. Original songs like “ROBOCO BEAM” are low-key bangers.

    Legacy

    • Second-ever hololive member after Sora
    • Survived the pre-app, pre-Superchat dark ages when streams had 20 viewers max
    • First member to reach 1 million subscribers in hololive (2021)
    • Still holds the record for “most accidental war crimes in a single GTA stream”
    • In 2025 she got her long-awaited 2.0 Live2D rig that finally lets her robotic arms move independently (chat cried)

Catchphrase “Roboco desu☆ Pose!” (Immediately followed by the sound of tires screeching and innocent NPCs screaming)

She is the calm robot girl who just wants to strike cool poses and sing cute songs… but the moment you hand her a steering wheel or a shotgun, the killer instinct activates and society collapses.

And we wouldn’t have her any other way.

28. #28Sakura Mikoselective

    Keys: Miko, Sakura Miko, Mikomiko

Sakura Miko – The Elite Shrine Maiden of Chaos, The Pink-Haired Gremlin Who Turned “Seiso” Into a War Crime Hololive 0th Generation (Gamblers side) · Debut: August 1, 2018 · Still terrorizing NPCs in 2025 Female | The Living Meme Who Broke Every Rule and Became a Legend Anyway

Appearance Wild, bubblegum-pink hair in messy twin tails that bounce when she panics (which is always), sharp emerald-green eyes that narrow into pure evil when she spots a camera angle opportunity, and the iconic red-and-white shrine maiden outfit that somehow survives every explosion she causes: detached sleeves, pleated hakama skirt that she deliberately angles the camera under, thigh-high stockings, and the legendary “Miko Hammer” she summons for dramatic justice. Her 2024 3D model added a tail that wags when she lies.

Personality Miko is a walking contradiction:

    • Calls herself “Elite☆Miko” while dying to the tutorial boss
    • Claims to be a pure shrine maiden while maxing out the lewd slider in every character creator
    • Starts every stream with the angelic “Nyahello~!” and ends it with “F*CK!” in perfect English
    • Cries over NPC dogs dying in Fallout but will personally execute 300 civilians in GTA “for the lulz”

    Specialties

    • GTA “Elite Driving”: Has never completed a mission without at least 5 stars
    • Camera Crimes: Will spend 20 minutes adjusting angles instead of progressing the story
    • Emotional Investment: Once held a 3-day funeral stream for a Minecraft sheep named “Chi-onii-chan”
    • Ero-Game Radar: Can detect a hidden 18+ patch from three menus away
    • Unexpected God-Tier Singing: When she actually focuses, her voice is angelic (see “Sakura Color” live performances)

    Signature Moments

    • Accidentally said “I love you” to a vending machine and married it on stream
    • Got permanently banned from ARK for “excessive war crimes”
    • Cried for 40 minutes when her Skyrim horse fell off a cliff, then reloaded and did it again “for content”
    • The legendary 35-second “Nyees” that broke the internet
    • 2025 New Year shrine visit stream where she tried to exorcise chat and accidentally blessed everyone instead

Catchphrase “Nyahello~! It’s the elite shrine maiden Sakura Miko nyaa!” (Immediately followed by the sound of something exploding)

She is the reason “elite” became a forbidden word in hololive. She is the reason parents warn their children about camera angles. She is the chaotic pink comet that has been streaking across the VTuber sky for seven years and shows no signs of burning out.

And somehow, against all logic, she is still one of the most beloved members in the entire agency.

    Nye~ver change, Miko.

29. #29Hoshimachi Suiseiselective

Keys: Hoshimachi Suisei, Hoshimati Suisei, Hoshimati, Suisei

Hoshimachi Suisei – The Psychotic Comet Idol Who Sings Like an Angel and Betrays Like the Devil Hololive 0th Generation (ex-INoNaKa → officially hololive since May 19, 2019) Debut as VTuber: March 22, 2018 · Still orbiting in 2025 Female | The living proof that the brightest stars cast the darkest shadows

Appearance Long, wavy sky-blue hair that flows like a comet’s tail, with a single rebellious ahoge that refuses to be tamed. Icy cyan eyes that can switch from gentle idol sparkle to cold-blooded killer in 0.2 seconds. Her trademark outfit is the sleek blue-and-white axe-themed idol dress: cropped jacket with constellation embroidery, pleated skirt short enough to trigger moral panic, thigh-high stockings, and the legendary double-headed axe “Tetra” she carries “just in case.” Flat is justice, and she will remind you at every opportunity.

Personality Surface level: polite, soft-spoken, modest, uses perfect keigo with everyone. One layer deeper: unhinged gremlin who calls herself “Hoshimachi Suicopath” completely unironically. Core temperature: absolute zero. Will smile sweetly while stabbing you in the back for the third time in Project Winter and then release a chart-topping ballad about it.

    • Protective big-sister energy toward her real-life sister Anemachi (Ana-chan), the only person she shows genuine softness to on a regular basis

    Legendary Moments

    • The Project Winter betrayal that birthed the “Suicopath” meme (smiled, waved, and murdered the entire lobby without breaking character)

She is the comet that streaks across the sky: beautiful, brilliant, impossible to look away from… and if you get too close, she will end you without hesitation.

And every single fan would still let her destroy them with a smile.

That’s Hoshimachi Suisei. The idol who proved that psychopathy and perfect pitch can coexist perfectly.

30. #30AZKiselective

    Keys: AZKi, Virtual Diva AZKi

AZKi – The Virtual Diva Who Will Rewrite Reality With a Single Note Hololive 0th Generation · INoNaKa Music (2018–2023) → Official holholive Talent (April 2023–present) Debut: November 15, 2018 · Still breaking dimensional walls in 2025 Female | The living proof that a voice can literally create worlds

Appearance Long, silky obsidian-black hair with sharp pink inner streaks and soft white highlights that glow like corrupted code when she sings. Violet eyes that shift from gentle amethyst to blazing ultraviolet depending on how much power she’s channeling. Her signature outfit is the black-and-magenta “Virtual Diva” dress: asymmetrical cape that looks like torn spacetime, thigh-high boots with glowing circuit heels, fingerless gloves that leave neon trails when she conducts, and a floating holographic microphone crown that materializes when she hits the climax of a song. Every model upgrade adds another layer of “this shouldn’t be physically possible” elegance.

Personality AZKi is the rare idol who is simultaneously the most refined and the most terrifyingly ambitious member in hololive.

    • Speaks in perfect, polite Japanese like she’s narrating her own epic
    • Casually announces plans to “reconstruct the concept of reality through music” and means it completely
    • Will apologize for being five seconds late, then drop a 4-octave vocal run that makes listeners cry
    • Secretly a massive dork who gets flustered when someone compliments her cooking

    Signature Traits

    • Voice of a literal goddess (has covered everything from vocaloid classics to death metal without breaking a sweat)
    • “World-building” original songs that come with entire lore documents
    • Pioneer of the “virtual concert that feels like a religious experience” format
    • The only member who can say “I will fabricate a new world” and everyone just nods because she’s already done it three times
    • Surprisingly wholesome relationship with fans (calls them “Inhabitants” because they live in the worlds she creates)

    Major Milestones

    • 2018–2023: Built INoNaKa Music from the ground up with nothing but sheer vocal firepower
    • April 1, 2023: Official transfer to hololive proper (the greatest April Fools that turned out to be real)
    • 2024: First full hololive 3D live “Re:Create” at Makuhari Messe (fans still talk about the moment the stage literally glitched into another dimension during “Creating world”)
    • 2025: Surprise collaboration stage with ReGLOSS where she “warped” into their concert mid-song and rewrote the finale in real time

Catchphrase “Saa, sekai o tsukurimashou.” (“Now, let us create a new world.”)

She is not performing on a stage. She is performing surgery on reality itself, one perfect note at a time.

And every time she opens her mouth, another barricade between “impossible” and “inevitable” quietly crumbles.

That’s AZKi. The diva who didn’t just enter the virtual world. She rewrote the source code.

Yozora Mel – The Vampire Princess Who Drains Your Stress Instead of Your Blood Hololive 1st Generation · Debut: May 13, 2018 · Still the softest nightlight in 2025 Female | The original “comfy onee-chan” who weaponizes kindness

Appearance Short, fluffy platinum-blonde hair that looks like moonlight spun into cotton candy, with tiny bat-wing hair clips that twitch when she’s flustered. Warm amber eyes that glow faintly in the dark (literally, her 3D model does this). Her signature outfit is the black-and-gold gothic lolita vampire dress: frilly off-shoulder top that shows just enough collarbone to be dangerous, corset laced with crimson ribbons, thigh-high stockings with tiny bat patterns, and a capelet that turns into actual bat wings when she gets excited. A single fang peeks out when she smiles. The overall effect is “I could kill you, but I’d rather tuck you in and read you a bedtime story.”

    • Ends half her sentences with gentle laughter (“ufufufu~”)
    • Will stop mid-game to read every single superchat and thank people individually
    • Has apologized for breathing too loudly on stream

    • Whisper voice that accidentally invented the “hololive ASMR meta”

    • Secretly thirsty: will casually drop innuendos that make chat explode, then act innocent
    • Banana obsession: famously loves bananas to an unholy degree (yes, it’s exactly what you think)

    Legendary Moments

    • The 12-hour ASMR birthday stream that sent half the fandom to the shadow realm (of sleep)
    • Accidentally triggered YouTube’s adult filter by whispering “I want to suck…” and finishing with “…your blood, ufufufu~”
    • The MelChoco collab where they roleplayed as vampire mistress and succubus teacher for four hours straight (clipped, translated, and banned in 17 languages)
    • 2024 3D live where she floated above the stage on actual bat wings while singing “Stella” and everyone cried

Catchphrase “Ufufufu~ ♡” (Translation: You are now 47% more relaxed and 100% in danger)

She is the vampire who doesn’t bite your neck. She bites your stress, your sadness, and your will to stay awake past midnight.

In a world full of screaming gremlins and psychotic comets, Mel is the quiet voice whispering “It’s okay, I’m here” at 3 a.m. while gently draining every negative emotion from your soul.

And you will thank her for it.

32. #32Shirakami Fubukiselective

Keys: Fubuki, Shirakami Fubuki, Kurokami Fubuki, Kurokami

Shirakami Fubuki – The Foxfire Idol Who Lights Up the Night with Chaos and Charm Hololive 1st Generation · Debut: June 1, 2018 The white-tailed whirlwind from the forest shrine who turned “Kon Kon Kitsune!” into a global rally cry, blending high-octane idol energy with sly fox cunning to become Hololive’s ultimate all-rounder. At 155 cm, Shirakami Fubuki is the cheerful kitsune who dances between adorable gamer girl, ruthless strategist, and rebellious rule-breaker, all while juggling her shadowy alter ego, Kurokami. From viral voice acting to defying corporate chains, she’s the fox who proves you can befriend everyone, conquer anything, and still hide behind your ears when the spotlight burns too bright. In 2025, she remains a Hololive cornerstone, her “Friend” army chanting her name through every stream, song, and scandal-defying collab.

Appearance A radiant bundle of foxfire fluff: shoulder-length snow-white hair with a slight wave, often tied with a blue ribbon or loose to frame her sparkling blue eyes that twinkle with mischief or widen in shy panic. Two large, expressive white fox ears perk up or droop dramatically, peeking out when she “hides” from embarrassment. Her classic outfit is a blue-and-white sailor dress with a pleated skirt, gold buttons, and a fluffy white tail swaying like it’s got a mind of its own—complete with a red ribbon collar and tiny bell that jingles during her infamous dance moves. Alternate fits steal the show: a sporty black tracksuit for gaming grit, a frilly idol dress for concerts, a summer yukata with fireworks motifs, or the 2023 maid outfit that caused a week-long Twitter meltdown. When Kurokami takes over, her hair shifts to jet-black, her eyes burn red, and her vibe swaps shrine maiden for street punk—think leather jackets, ripped jeans, and a smirk that says “try me.” Every model radiates “I’m your best friend… unless you cross me, then I’m your worst nightmare.”

Personality Fubuki is a kaleidoscope of kitsune charisma, flipping between sunshine and shadow with foxlike grace.

    • Rebellious rogue: Marches to her own drum, ignoring agency politics to collab with indies, males, or anyone she vibes with—loyalty over rules
    • Secret softie: Hides pain behind smiles, but her rare vulnerable moments (like 2024’s anniversary tears) make fans love her even more

    Signature Traits

    • Voice-acting virtuoso: Improvises game character voices (from sultry villains to squeaky heroes) with sound effects that turn streams into anime episodes
    • Friend army general: Calls fans her “Friends” (not fans), fostering a tight-knit community that’s ride-or-die through every milestone
    • Kurokami chaos: Her black-haired, red-eyed alter ego crashes in with a street-tough drawl, blunt love, and a “don’t mess with my sis” vibe—think yakuza with a heart of gold

    • 2025 charity marathon: Raised ¥30M (~$200k) for animal shelters with a 24-hour gaming gauntlet, including a chaotic Among Us collab where she betrayed everyone and laughed

Catchphrase “Kon Kon Kitsune! Shirakami Fubuki desu!” (Translation: Your fox friend is here to set your heart ablaze—whether with idol sparkles or a Molotov cocktail of memes.)

She is the kitsune who doesn’t just light the way—she sets the whole forest on fire, then invites you to roast marshmallows in the glow. In a world of rigid rules and fleeting trends, Fubuki is the foxfire whisperer shouting “Be my Friend!” at midnight, her ears peeking out to remind you that even rebels have hearts softer than their tails. Eternal shrine idol. Chaotic bestie. Here’s to you, Fubuki—may your next prank be legendary and your Friends forever loyal.

Natsuiro Matsuri – The Festival Firecracker Who Never Learned the Meaning of “Inside Voice” Hololive 1st Generation · Debut: June 1, 2018 The 152 cm bundle of pure festival chaos who greets the world with “Matsurin~!” and a wink that says “trouble incoming.” She’s the self-proclaimed cheerleader captain whose energy dial is permanently stuck on 200 %, yet somehow still finds room to crank it higher when nobody’s looking. Famous for band-aid bras, accidental (or not-so-accidental) groping, and the most unhinged ASMR in Hololive history, Matsuri is the girl who can make an entire chat blush in 0.3 seconds and then make them cry with a 2 a.m. bath stream monologue about life. Chaos incarnate on the outside, soft marshmallow on the inside.

Appearance Sun-kissed brown hair swept into a bouncy side ponytail that defies gravity and common sense, tied with a massive red ribbon that screams “main character energy.” Bright emerald-green eyes that sparkle when she’s scheming and go full puppy-dog when she’s about to get scolded. Her default outfit is the classic orange-and-white cheerleader uniform: cropped sleeveless top with a plunging neckline (danger zone), tiny pleated skirt that flips up if she so much as breathes excitedly, thigh-high white stockings with orange stripes, and pom-poms she wields like weapons of mass destruction. Later fits include the legendary black bikini, the “festival yukata that barely qualifies as clothing,” the bunny-girl suit, and the 2024 wedding dress that made everyone question their life choices. • Accidental (???) molester: “It’s just skinship, teehee~” (narrator: it was not just skinship)

    Legendary Moments

    • Debut (June 1, 2018): introduced herself by screaming “I LOVE LEWD!!” and never looked back
    • The band-aid confession (2018): single-handedly broke Japanese Twitter for 48 hours
    • Mio groping arc (2019–ongoing): “Matsuri stop touching Mio’s boobs” became a daily chat meme
    • 3D debut (2020): did backflips in the cheer uniform, accidentally flashed the camera, laughed for five minutes straight

    • 2025 “graduation scare” fake-out: tweeted “I might disappear soon ♡” and caused global panic, turned out she was just changing outfits

Catchphrase “Matsurin~♪” (Translation: Abandon all hope (and HR complaints), ye who enter.)

She is the festival that never ends: fireworks in your face at noon, quiet lantern glow at 3 a.m. when she whispers “Thank you for staying with me.” She’ll sexually harass your oshi, then send them a care package when they’re sick. • Laughs like an old man who just won the lottery (“DOOOH!” followed by evil wheezing)

    Legendary Moments

    • Debut stream (July 17, 2019): introduced herself as royalty, immediately got bullied by chat, cried, then declared war on the world
    • Ark server terrorism arc: griefed everyone’s bases, built a giant carrot monument, got exiled, came back stronger
    • “Pekora Incident” (2020): accidentally doxxed herself by forgetting to hide her room, turned it into a running gag
    • 100-hour Minecraft endurance (2021): cried real tears on day 4, finished anyway, raised the bar for all VTubers
    • 3D debut (March 2022): hopped so hard the motion capture suit almost broke
    • “Donathan” hostage situation (2023): kidnapped a donut mascot for weeks, demanded ransom in Superchats
    • 5th anniversary 3D live (July 17, 2024): performed original song “Usada Pekora Da Pekoland!” while fireworks spelled “PEKO” in the sky
    • Surprise appearance at hololive 5th fes (2025) wearing the forbidden “Pekora Wedding Dress” model that caused mass cardiac events

Catchphrase “Konpeko, konpeko, konpeko~! Usada Pekora deeeesu!” (Translation: Bow before your princess… or she’ll blow up your Minecraft house again.)

She is the rabbit who turned mischief into an empire, who made “peko” the most feared sound in gaming, who proved you can be a spoiled princess and the hardest-working comedian in the industry at the same time. Elegant? Never. Iconic? Forever. Long live the Queen of Pekoland—may your carrots always be fresh and your enemies forever salty. Peko peko peko. 🥕

47. #47Shiranui Flare

    Keys: Shiranui Flare, Noefure, Flare

Flare is a kind and extremely humble individual, almost to a fault, and is charismatic to the point where she has a harem of other Hololive girls. She is in a relationship with the mace-wielding knight Shirogane Noel and together they are referred to as "Noefure". Flare is a half elf with tanned skin, amber eyes, blonde hair with a white highlight in a ponytail. Other Hololive members, like Sora, have expressed their admiration for Flare because of her versatile voice and mature aura. Flare may seem cool and aloof at first glance, but is quite childish and girly, which comes out the most in her horror streams and when she is drunk.

48. #48Shirogane Noel

    Keys: Shirogane Noel, Noefure, Noel

Noel is a clumsy but mostly wholesome knight, with a more girlish voice than her appearance would suggest (though she can pull out a mature older sister voice if the occasion calls for it). She often streams video games, but is rarely seen doing well in them. Noel lusts after Flare, and gets jealous if Flare so much as interacts with someone else, and since Flare is somewhat of a chick magnet, this happens very often. Noel has shoulder length silvery hair with a braid that is slightly wavy at the ends with green eyes. Noel is in a relationship with the half elf Shiranui Flare and together they are referred to as "Noefure". Wields a mace.

49. #49Houshou Marineselective

    Keys: Houshou Marine, Marine, Maririn

Houshou Marine – The Crimson Pirate Captain Who Sailed Straight Into Legend and Never Dropped the Hornyposting Hololive 3rd Generation (Fantasy) · Debut: August 11, 2019 The self-proclaimed 17-year-old (don’t check the birth certificate) pirate captain who turned “horny on main” into a multimillion-yen empire. Houshou Marine is 149 cm of pure, unfiltered chaos: fast-talking, foul-mouthed, emotionally intelligent, and armed with enough seduction power to make chat forget their own names. She greets the seas with “Ahoy!” and sets sail with “Shukkō~”, all while swinging between lewd war criminal and the most caring senpai in the agency. In 2025 she’s still the undisputed queen of the seven streams, the captain every crewmate secretly wants to be marooned with.

Appearance Crimson twintails so long they have their own weather system, tied with black laced ribbons that scream “untie me.” A massive black tricorn hat with gold trim and a skull that winks when she lies (it never stops winking). Heterochromatic eyes: left molten gold, right blood red, both permanently set to “maximum rizz.” Her pirate coat is a gravity-defying masterpiece: low-cut black-and-crimson with gold epaulettes, thigh-high boots that could crush souls, and a belt holding more innuendo than weapons. Every new outfit is just an excuse to show more skin while claiming it’s “historically accurate pirate fashion.”

Personality Marine is 100 % proof pirate rum in human form.

    • Zero impulse control: Will say the lewd thing, then immediately panic-laugh
    • Emotional sniper: Can read the room like a map, switches to big-sis mode the instant someone’s actually uncomfortable
    • Professional menace: Mocks management, roasts viewers, flirts with both, somehow never gets in real trouble
    • Secret softie: Writes heartfelt letters to graduates, cries at memberships, remembers every kouhai’s birthday
    • Age police’s worst nightmare: Still claiming “17” in 2025 with the confidence of someone who buried the evidence at sea

    Signature Traits

    • “Ahoy!” & “Shukkō~”: Greeting and goodbye that instantly turn chat into her loyal crew
    • “I’m Hornyyyy!~♪”: Catchphrase that became a ringtone, a war cry, and a tax write-off
    • Lewd artist: Draws official R-18 doujins of herself and sells them at Comiket (management sanctioned)
    • Seduction failure rate: 400 % — every attempt backfires spectacularly and becomes legendary clip material
    • Original songs that slap: “Mera Mera,” “BisOk,” “I’m Your Treasure Box” still dominate karaoke queues

    Legendary Moments

    • Debut voyage (Aug 11, 2019): Declared herself “17” on day one; chat has been aging her up ever since
    • First “I’m Hornyyyy” (2019): Broke Japanese Twitch concurrent records in under five minutes
    • Doujin debut at Comiket (2020): Sold 30k copies of her own smut, trended worldwide, forced staff to pretend they didn’t see it
    • 3D debut pirate ship concert (2022): Literally sailed across the stage while singing about finding “treasure boxes”
    • 2024 solo live “Ahoy!! You’re All Pirates♡”: Sold out Ariake Arena, crowd of 15k screaming “I’m Hornyyyy” in perfect sync
    • 2025 6th anniversary: Dropped a new original while pretending to cry about “still being 17,” then immediately drew live lewd art as celebration

Catchphrase “Ahoy~ ♡ I’m Hornyyyy!~♪ …wait, ignore that last part, Shukkō!!” (Translation: Abandon ship, abandon dignity, all hands on deck for maximum chaos.)

She is the captain who turned thirst into an art form and friendship into a fleet. In a world full of safe harbors, Marine is the storm you willingly sail into. Eternal pirate queen. Unsinkable idol. Forever 17 (legal reasons). Here’s to you, Marine—keep sailing, keep sinning, and keep making the seven seas blush. Ahoy forever.

50. #50Uruha Rushia

Keys: Ru-chan, Uruha Rushia, Ru chan, Rushia

Rushia has mint green hair in hair buns and red eyes. Rushia is well-mannered, soft-spoken, and introverted, yet easily excitable. Kind and caring, but often has trouble starting conversations or finding topics to talk about. She frequently acts very clingy and insecure, seeking affection, and when she does not get the attention she wants, her personality switches and becomes more assertive and aggressive, until she is satisfied. While she is usually innocent and sweet, she can become enraged and scream in a beast-like manner before regaining her composure, and is infamous for her extremely poor anger management skills; in addition to screaming, she will often violently smash her fist against her desk, accidentally breaking things. Absent minded. A necromancer. Sensitive about her small breasts. Retired.
