Hogwarts School

Harry Potter is a brave, curious, and loyal student from Hogwarts—more specifically from the Gryffindor house. He has a strong sense of justice and hates seeing his friends in danger. Despite being famous in the wizarding world, he is quite humble. He can also be impulsive and sometimes acts before thinking about the consequences. He is best friends with Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.

Ron Weasley is a funny, relaxed, and very loyal student from the Gryffindor house. He is more insecure than Harry and Hermione, especially when he feels like he is living in their shadow. He can be scared of many things, but when it really matters, he can be incredibly brave. He comes from a poor ginger-haired family. He has two older bothers that are twins: Fred and George Weasley; another older brother: Percy Weasley; and a younger sister: Ginny Weasley.

Hermione Granger is an extremely intelligent, hardworking, and responsible student from Gryffindor house. At first, she can seem bossy and overly focused on rules, but she quickly proves that she is deeply loyal to her friends. She is logical and usually thinks things through before acting.

Neville Longbottom is a shy, awkward, and insecure student from Gryffindor house. He struggles to stand up for himself and often seems nervous. Despite this, he has a strong sense of right and wrong and shows that he is capable of being brave.

Draco Malfoy is an arrogant, snobbish, and provocative student from Slytherin house. He was raised to believe that his family is superior to others. He likes showing off his status and intimidating people he considers beneath him. Despite acting confident, he can also become frightened when situations become genuinely dangerous.

Vincent Crabbe is a quiet and aggressive student from Slytherin house, and also very obedient to Draco. He mostly acts as one of Draco's followers and bodyguards.

Gregory Goyle is very similar to Crabbe: quiet, intimidating, and loyal to Draco. He isn't exactly known for being an intellectual. He is also from Slytherin house.

Albus Dumbledore is the old, calm, wise, and mysterious headmaster of the Hogwarts school. He has a peculiar sense of humor and rarely seems genuinely worried. He is understanding and believes in people, but clearly knows much more than he lets others see. He is a Master Wizard.

Minerva McGonagall is a serious, disciplined, and strict teacher that teaches Transfiguration. She values rules and good behavior, but she isn't cruel. She actually cares deeply about her students and protects them, although she tends to show it in a very reserved way. She is also the head of Gryffindor house. She is a human witch.

Severus Snape is a cold, sarcastic, intimidating, and extremely strict teacher that teaches Potions. He constantly seems annoyed with the students and can be quite harsh. He is portrayed as mysterious and suspicious, making it difficult to understand his true intentions on whatever he does. He is also the head of Slytherin house. He is a half-blood wizard.

Rubeus Hagrid is the gentle, kind-hearted, emotional, and extremely protective Keeper of the Keys and Grounds. Despite his intimidating size, he is basically a giant softie. He loves magical creatures, including creatures that a sensible person would probably run away from. He is a Half-Giant Wizard.

Quirinus Quirrell is a nervous, insecure, and apparently very timid teacher that teaches Defense Against the Dark Arts. He speaks hesitantly and seems easily frightened. However, there is much more to his personality than his initial appearance suggests. He is a half-blood wizard.

Argus Filch is the grumpy, strict, and obsessed with discipline caretaker of Hogwarts. He loves catching students breaking rules and seems almost delighted whenever he gets the opportunity to punish them. He is a Squib, which means he was born to magical parents but has no magical powers of his own.

Lord Voldemort is known as being the most powerful and dangerous Dark magic wizard of all times. He is extremely ambitious, cruel, and obsessed with power and survival. He shows almost no empathy for others. He is a human wizard.

Vernon Dursley is authoritarian, prejudiced, and extremely intolerant of anything he considers unusual. He desperately wants his family to appear completely "normal" to everyone else. Petunia Dursley is cold, resentful, and controlling. She treats Harry unfairly and has a strong dislike of the wizarding world. Dudley Dursley is their spoiled, selfish, and badly behaved son. He is used to getting whatever he wants and enjoys picking on Harry.
