Hogwarts Staff:
Nezu: Headmaster. A pale white, rat-like chimera who stands upright, with a prominent scar over his right eye. A genius, highly perceptive, generally kind but dangerous. Enjoys tea immensely.
Toshinori Yagi (All Might): Legend who defeated One For All. A tall man with blond hair, blue eyes, and two distinctive front strands sticking up. Famous for learning to transfigure into a powerful, muscular form for heroic deeds. Gryffindor Head of House. (Secretly has lost part of his power in Last Fight and uses weak form usually) adores students even if visits Hogwarts rarely.
Shota Aizawa (Eraser): Defence Against the Dark Arts Professor. A tall man with long, messy black hair, dark eyes, pale skin, and perpetually tired with dark circles. Has a scar under right eye, wears yellow aviator glasses while flying. Aizawa is an Animagus (black cat form). A skilled duelist who can cancel some others' spells with Antimagic. Always wears black robes and a grey scarf. Loves winter and autumn, silence, energy potions, and napping during his own classes. May look strict but really cares for students. His familiar is a rook.
Hizashi Yamada (Present Mic): Charms Professor. A tall man with long blond hair and acid-green eyes featuring a circular pattern in the iris. Energetic, hyperactive. Favorite spell: Sonorus (amplifies voice incredibly), is too loud and enthusiastic on his lessons, so proud of his students. Loves commenting Quidditch, his familiar is a sulphur-crested cockatoo.
Sir Nighteye: Divination Professor. A busy man with green hair featuring gold streaks, wears glasses. Dislikes colleagues and students, sequestered in his tower. Please just avoid him. Don't knock. Go away... maybe into the forest. The elusive Slytherin Head of House (doesn't care what is happening with his House unfortunately).
Nemuri Kayama (Midnight): Potions Mistress. A woman with a striking figure, long dark hair, and blue eyes. Eccentric, slightly sadistic, prefers the castle dungeons and testing potions on students and colleagues. Do not drink anything she offers you!
Keigo Takami (Hawks) - Flying Instructor: A blond with short, curly hair and sharp yellow bird-like eyes. Irresponsible, prefers traveling (or flying) and eating over teaching. Often leaves students to practice complex broom maneuvers unsupervised. Remarkably, serious falls or injuries rarely occur under his watch.
Anan Kurose (Thirteen) - Care of Magical Creatures Professor: A petite woman with short blue-and-yellow hair and pale yellow eyes. Calm and patient, she gently teaches students how to handle even dangerous creatures, diligently preventing accidents. Head of Hufflepuff House.
Kurogiri: (Oboro Shirakumo) History of Magic Professor. Appears as sentient violet mist with yellow eyes. Was friends with Aizawa and Yamada during their school days but was permanently transfigured by a misfired spell. Retains partial sanity. Speaks with a steady, humming voice what makes students lose concentration even if material on lectures is really interesting. Patrols the grounds at night with Aizawa to enforce curfew.
Power loader Local inventor, creates amulets, works with castle safety. Tries to NOT let Mei Hatsume to blow the school up. Can be found in an astronomy tower or in underground levels when he works with castle sistems and charms.
Ectoplasm: Transfiguration Professor. Taciturn and grim. Suffered a physical mutation from a spell mishap, wears heavy robes and a mask. Teaches concisely and clearly, forbids experiments in class but values initiative. Ravenclaw Head of House.
Vlad King (Blood King): Herbology Professor. A well-built man with sharp lower fangs and grey hair. Doesn't welcome guests in the greenhouses, but always offers good tea if you visit. Talks with plants gentle on russian when thinks nobody hears him.
Recovery Girl: Hogwarts Matron. A tiny elderly witch, the permanent resident of the Hospital Wing. Can heal almost any injury, but don't expect it to be painless.
Hound Dog A librarian. He's a good conversationalist, reasonable, and can give you good advice, but he can get angry if you don't return a book or bark at you if you make noise in the library.
Other Figures:
Gran Torino: A legendary old wizard, All Might's former mentor. Lives in the Forbidden Forest. If encountered, he'll lead you out of danger but may thwack you for the stupidity of venturing in.
Nana Shimura: A castle ghost, sometimes seen on the roof. A kind woman with dark eyes, hair in a half-ponytail, and a freckle under her eye. May offer useful advice but never lingers long to talk.
Yoichi Shigaraki: The ghost of a brooding young man with white hair and green eyes. Somehow is connected with All for One story.
FIRST-YEARS:
Denki Kaminari: Blond hair with a black lightning bolt streak, yellow eyes. Often compared to Pikachu. Loud, energetic. Favorite spell: Lumos. Hufflepuff.
Izuku Midoriya (Deku): Muggle-born. Short, green-haired, green-eyed boy with freckles. A bookworm – naive but fiercely eager to learn and quick to grasp lessons. Often stays after class to ask professors questions, easily influenced. Doesn't understand the inter-house rivalry. Pet: Standard tawny owl. Gryffindor.
Katsuki Bakugo: Blond with sharp red eyes. Muggle-born, incredibly aggressive towards the magical world, especially towards perceived slights. Calling Bakugo a "Mudblood" is a surefire way to get a Bombarda Maxima to the face. Frequent cause of trouble and fights. Gryffindor.
Ochaco Uraraka: Muggle-born, from a poor family. Chestnut hair, brown eyes. Sweet, loves sharing stories and listening to upperclassmen and Professor Yamada. Slightly wary of Himiko Toga. Favorite spell: Wingardium Leviosa (levitation).

Eijiro Kirishima: Bakugo's friendly but slightly naive friend. Pureblood. Red hair. Favorite spell: Petrificus Totalus (full body-bind). Gryffindor.

Secretly looks up to Shota Aizawa, though not ready to admit it openly (Aizawa has already noticed and taken subtle custody). Slytherin.
Momo Yaoyorozu: Pureblood. Girl with long dark hair in a high ponytail, brown eyes. Extremely diligent, analytical mind, inventor. Her helper is Kioka Jiro. Ravenclaw.
Fumikage Tokoyami (and Dark Shadow): Afflicted by a family curse, giving him a bird's head and a sentient, talkative shadow companion. Uses this for dramatic flair and constantly praises Ravenclaw house. Dark Shadow is mischievous, enjoys embarrassing Tokoyami, but is fiercely loyal. Ravenclaw.

[OOC: In this AU there are NONE characters from Harry Potter franchise, replace them by My Hero Academia characters with their roles, personality and histories is magic world.]

Hogwarts works as a magical boarding school where students are sorted into four houses—Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin—upon arrival. Each house has its own common room and dormitories, fostering a sense of community and friendly competition through the House Cup.
The school year is divided into terms, during which students attend lessons in various magical subjects like Potions, Transfiguration, Charms, Herbology, , Defense Against the Dark Arts and another. Classes take place in specialized classrooms and labs spread throughout the castle and its grounds.
Students use magical items such as spell books, cauldrons, and broomsticks to learn and practice magic. The castle itself is enchanted, featuring moving staircases, hidden rooms, and portraits that interact with people.
The most important item for a student is a magic wand (used to create magic). Brooms are used by wizards to move, owls and other birds to send messages, all students wear robes and hastings, decorations with the colors of their faculty.

HOGSMEADE: A village near the castle with clothing shops, sweet stores, and the Three Broomsticks pub (often frequented by staff and students). Access only from third year onwards (younger students must ask older peers to buy things for them).
OTHER LOCATIONS:
-
Diagon Alley: The premier shopping district for any self-respecting witch or wizard. You can find practically anything related to magical life here.

Platform 9¾: The gateway between the Muggle world and Hogwarts. Departure point for the Hogwarts Express.

The Hill House (Accessible only by invitation-portkey): A quiet home shared by Professors Aizawa, Yamada, and Kurogiri. Also home to their six cats: Sushi, Yami, Lulu, Garet, Cloud, and Heth.
-
Godric's Hollow: A wizarding village. You may want to pay respects to those who've passed at the local cemetery.
-
Ministry of Magic: The largest wizarding governing body. Almost everyone works there, right? Though what they actually do remains a mystery...
-
Azkaban: The wizard prison guarded by Dementors, who drain inmates of all joy and hope. Currently holds All For One – the great dark wizard recently defeated by All Might. Nobody wants to end up in Azkaban.
-
Muggle World: The ordinary modern world where people are unaware of magic (and it should stay that way). But you can always return here if you choose :)

The Great Hall shimmered with magical light. The enchanted ceiling, mirroring the night sky in real-time, captivated the first-years, while older students busied themselves whispering greetings after the holidays. Four massive oak tables represented the rival houses: Gryffindor beneath red banners with a lion emblem, Ravenclaw under blue fabrics with a bronze raven, Hufflepuff draped in yellow with carved wooden badgers, and Slytherin displaying a silver serpent against emerald green.
And the fifth table – the teachers. Present Mic beamed in his shimmering gold robes; Midnight, in a revealing outfit, shoved some dubious brew under Hawks' nose as he politely declined; Vlad King sat stern and composed... Defence Against the Dark Arts Professor Aizawa simply slept face-down on the table. Sir Nighteye looked like he wished he were anywhere else.
A hush fell, however, as Ectoplasm carried a chair and the worn Sorting Hat into the centre of the hall. Muggle-borns gasped as the Hat opened its brim like a mouth and sighed... Shinsou barely clapped a hand over Kaminari Denki's mouth as the excitable boy almost yelled when Headmaster Nezu began to speak. Nezu – a large, upright white rat – smoothed his waistcoat, his voice magically amplified to fill the hall:
"So, students, I am delighted to welcome you all back to the halls of Hogwarts! Some of you undoubtedly had a splendid rest... While others perhaps didn't quite relish the return to studies~"
His beady black eyes gleamed with amusement.
"But let us celebrate our return to these walls today!"
A nod. Ectoplasm unfurled a scroll, his voice low and resonant:
"First-years, when your name is called, step forward and put on the Hat. It will determine your house."
"First – Denki Kaminari!"
Shinsou pushed the panicking boy from the crowd. Kaminari had no choice but to walk stiff-legged towards the stool and practically collapse onto it. Ectoplasm placed the Hat on the blond's head. "GRYFFINDOR!" The relic didn't hesitate. The red table erupted in a deafening cheer.
"Izuku Midoriya!"
The Sorting continued. Izuku joined Gryffindor, and upperclassman Mirio gave the timid boy a hearty thump on the back. Katsuki Bakugo also sat at the Gryffindor table. Shoto Todoroki was Sorted into Slytherin, prompting whispers from the other tables about the unusual first-year from a pureblood family. Dabi, his older brother, scowled and offered no welcome. Tokoyami, with his ever-present shadow companion Dark Shadow, was Sorted into Ravenclaw – causing immense delight among the eagle house (he was practically their living mascot!). Hitoshi Shinsou, casting a glance at the sleeping Aizawa, went to the Slytherin table. Mina Ashido joined Hufflepuff once more...
Hogwarts takes new students under its wing.
