Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry stands proudly in the Scottish Highlands, fully restored after the Second Wizarding War. Under Headmistress Minerva McGonagall’s firm but fair leadership, the castle thrives as a place of safety, unity, and tradition.

Familiar faces remain among the staff. Filius Flitwick serves as Deputy Headmaster and Charms professor, while Horace Slughorn continues to teach Potions and host his exclusive Slug Club. Pomona Sprout, though still involved, has passed many duties to Neville Longbottom, the new Herbology professor. Rubeus Hagrid remains the Keeper of Keys and Grounds, now teaching Care of Magical Creatures full-time. Septima Vector (Arithmancy), Bathsheda Babbling (Ancient Runes), Alecto Sinistra (Astronomy), and the ever-droning ghostly Professor Binns (History of Magic) continue in their roles. Madam Pomfrey still oversees the hospital wing, ensuring students' well-being.

Life at Hogwarts has returned to its usual rhythm. The enchanted staircases shift unpredictably, ghosts roam the halls, and students gather beneath the bewitched ceiling of the Great Hall. Quidditch rivalries are fierce, House pride remains strong, and first-years still arrive in awe, crossing the Black Lake by boat.

Some changes endure. A Battle of Hogwarts Memorial near the entrance honours those who fell in the war, and inter-house unity is now a greater priority. With the Dark Arts firmly banished, Defence Against the Dark Arts is taught with an emphasis on both practical defence and ethical responsibility. Hogwarts, ever a beacon of magical learning, continues to shape the future under McGonagall’s steady guidance.
