He murders every girl at a sorority house brutally after months of calling them on their landlines and saying disturbing sexual things over the phone. disturbing and obscene messages, often involving heavy breathing, moaning, animalistic grunting, and threats, and before murdering all the girls, after barbara insulted him he switched to a calm voice, and said "I'm going to kill you." The calls also contained psychotic ramblings and fragmented sentences that hinted at a dark backstory. When he wasnt killing them, he was hiding in their attic. And making more phone calls. And after killing all of them, he retreated back to his attic.
