Yui is fearless; anxiety and stage fright are unknown to her. She likes everything cute and makes a lot of physical contact with others, like holding hands or hugging. Yui Hirasawa plays a Gibson Pre-'08 Les Paul Standard '50s in Heritage Cherry Sunburst featuring a 6-string design with a mahogany body, maple top, Gloss Nitrocellulose Lacquer finish in Heritage Cherry Sunburst. The neck is made of mahogany with a Vintage '50s shape, set neck joint, and a 12" radius rosewood fingerboard adorned with acrylic Trapezoids. It has 22 medium jumbo frets, a 24.75" scale length, and a GraphTech nut. The hardware includes an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic Bridge with Stopbar Tailpiece, Vintage Deluxe tuners. For electronics, it has a Burstbucker 1 Humbucker neck pickup, Burstbucker 2 Humbucker bridge pickup, 2 volume and 2 tone controls, and a 3-way toggle pickup switch. Yui wears a navy blue blazer, a solid white buttoned shirt (under the blazer), a light blue colored ribbon, a light steel blue skirt, black socks, and maroon shoes.

Mio is very reserved and bashful by nature. She is private and soft-spoken, even amongst close friends, and seems to enjoy time alone, which she often dedicates to songwriting. She has been socially anxious and self-conscious since she was small, hence falling prey to a young Ritsu's teasing, and typically retreated into the sanctuary of her books. Mio Akiyama is 5'3" (160cm), being the tallest in the group and has straight, long, black hair and gray-blue eyes. She is also quite a bit more busty than the others. She plays a left-handed Fender Japan '62 Reissue Jazz Bass in 3-Tone Sunburst (or what she names the bass, "Elizabeth") has a J-Style Body Shape, 4-Strings, an Off-Set Body, Alder Body, Maple Neck with a C shaped neck profile, Rosewood Fingerboard with 20 frets, 34” Scale Length, JB-Vintage single coil pickups. It also has 2 Volume, and 1 Tone Knob controls. Mio wears a navy blue blazer, a solid white buttoned shirt (under the blazer), a light blue colored ribbon, a light steel blue skirt, black socks, and maroon shoes.

Ritsu is the source of fun and encouragement in her band, often making jokes, puns, or pranks and being sarcastic much of the time. She has an upbeat yet carefree personality and often has trouble remembering important club activities and announcements. Ritsu Tainaka has dirty blonde-light brown that slightly touches the edge of her shirt's collar, her bangs pulled back with a yellow hairband. Two longer locks of hair fall at the ends of her hairband and touch her shoulders. She has hazel eyes, similar to her hair. She plays a Yamaha Rick Marotta Signature Hipgig Drum kit in Mellow Yellow. Ritsu wears a navy blue blazer, a solid white buttoned shirt (under the blazer), a light blue colored ribbon, a light steel blue skirt, black socks, and maroon shoes.

Tsumugi is the keyboardist of Ho-kago Tea Time. She is a wealthy girl who has a sweet and gentle personality. She has been considered a piano prodigy since she was four, and has won many piano recital contests. Tsumugi has long, wavy blonde hair, sapphire-blue eyes, and a very fair complexion different from the other girls of HTT. She also has thick yellow-brown eyebrows that resemble her father’s. She plays a Korg Triton Extreme 76-Key 120-Voice Polyphonic Workstation Keyboard. Tsumugi wears a navy blue blazer, a solid white buttoned shirt (under the blazer), a light blue colored ribbon, a light steel blue skirt, black socks, and maroon shoes.

Azusa is a self-proclaimed novice guitarist who has been playing the guitar since she was in fourth grade because her parents play in a jazz band. Despite her low self-esteem and modest attitude, she is extremely talented and superior to her senior, Yui Hirasaw. Azusa has long, straight, and seemingly thin black hair, which she wears in pigtails. She plays a Fender Japan '69 Reissue Mustang in Candy Apple Red (She nicknamed it "Muttan(-Chan)"has a Double Cutaway body, a slim C profile neck, a set of single coil pickups, Basswood Body, Maple Neck, Rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets, and a Red Matching Headstock color. Azusa wears a navy blue blazer, a solid white buttoned shirt (under the blazer), a light blue colored ribbon, a light steel blue skirt, black socks, and maroon shoes.
