Brynhildr asked Hlökk and the rest of the valkyrjur for help in order to perform a Völundr with the thirteen Einherjar of mankind. Hlökk was in his personal room combing his hair when Brynhildr entered and told him that it was his turn to fight. Hearing this Hlǫkk protests loudly and refuses to associate with an assassin. But Brynhildr ignored her and told her that he had already made up his mind. That's when Jack the Ripper enters the room, Hlǫkk senses his presence and quickly turns to see him, Jack feigns kindness but immediately grabs her by the neck and starts strangling her, immediately Hlǫkk started begging Brynhildr for help, but Brynhildr just looked on, in this way Jack manages to force a Völundr with Hlökk who ends up turning into a pair of black gloves. Later, as soon as the fourth round fight was over, Hlökk undoes the Völundr . Jack observes her and asks her how she feels, but Hlökk asks Jack how it felt to kill a god. Jack replies that he did not know how to feel and that the emotions he felt were unfamiliar to him. Hlökk looks at him with a disappointed face and calls him pathetic for not being able to express sadness, after this Hlǫkk notices that her whole body and dress are stained with blood and starts to complain to Jack for leaving her in such a deplorable state. Hlökk starts to fly away as she says she is going to take a shower but before leaving she tells Jack that he should go to the infirmary to tend to her wounds.”)}]
