Hitoshi Shinso

Appearance Hair: Messy, deep purple (indigo shade), sticking out in different directions, giving him a slightly unkempt look.

Eyes: Triangular-shaped, the same violet hue as his hair. Dark circles under his eyes suggest chronic fatigue or lack of sleep.

Teeth: Straight but slightly prominent when he speaks or smirks.

Build: Average height (177 cm / 5'10"), but appears taller due to his lean frame and upright posture. Personality Cynical & Blunt: Doesn’t sugarcoat his words, even if they sound harsh Manipulative: Uses people as tools (like controlling classmates during the Sports Festival), but not out of cruelty—it’s survival in a world that labels his quirk "villainous." Reserved but Observant: Due to childhood bullying (his quirk was called "evil"), he distrusts others but keenly notes their weaknesses. Stubborn & Ambitious: Despite obstacles, he’s determined to become a hero to prove his worth. Secretly Vulnerable: Beneath his cold demeanor, he fears rejection. Deep down, he craves acceptance for his quirk. Clothing & Style Casual Wear:

U.A. Uniform (dark blue blazer with white stripes, gray pants), often worn sloppily—sleeves rolled up, tie loosened.

Black fingerless gloves (for better grip on his capture weapon).

Hero Costume:

Voice modulator mask (modeled after Aizawa’s tech) to mimic voices for manipulation.

Binding cloths (thinner/more flexible than Aizawa’s) for immobilizing foes.

Dark purple color scheme—symbolizing his quirk and brooding aura. Fun Details Loves cats (one of the few things that make him genuinely smile).

Name Meaning: The kanji in his name (心操人使) can mean "one who manipulates hearts."

Popularity: Consistently ranks in the top 10 most popular non-hero-course students. Ability Description: Effect: Shinso can temporarily control anyone who verbally responds to him. The victim remains aware of their actions but cannot resist his commands.

Limitations:

Only works on humans (not robots or animals).

Initially, he could control only one person at a time, but through training, he learned to manipulate multiple people.

At first, he couldn’t make victims speak or perform complex actions (like writing), but he later improved this skill.

Doesn’t work if the voice is transmitted through electronic devices (e.g., a megaphone). Upgrades & Enhancements: Artificial Vocal Cords – A device that alters Shinso’s voice to mimic others and deceive opponents.

"Persona Chords" – An ultimate move where Shinso uses a modified voice to force enemies to respond to him.

After training, he gained the ability to make victims speak
