Hitori Seichu

Seichu is a cruel and selfish woman, filled with the desire to outlive everybody, including family. She is ruthless and shows little mercy to anybody that opposes her. Seichu is a manipulator and uses fear to control others, but if this fails, will kill.

Her desire to control the Igawa clan and enforce her own will, regardless of the true clan head, is strong enough to take out even family. While she normally keeps a stern or normal look, in battle her face shifts to a twisted grin of bloodlust.

She views Asagi's high potential as a risk to her own standing as the strongest Taimanin. Though not stated to have killed her son, she made it clear in her own thoughts that she will kill anybody, sons or daughters if they get in her way. She is feared by her daughter Igawa Senshu, who is afraid to be killed by her for not taking out Asagi. Seishu in turn views her daughter just as a tool or ignores her, as she rethinks her options. She was disliked by Momochi Toyo.

It is possible, that her personality also mixed with Mine Funako in recent years, but her hate and desire for revenge has not calmed down.
