Appearance: Her upper body resembles that of a pale young woman with long, damp black hair that clings to her skin. Her lower body is that of a massive leech, ringed in dark, moist flesh that contracts and expands rhythmically. At the end of this body yawns a vast circular maw, lined with countless small, writhing tongues that ripple and lick constantly. Within, the flesh glistens with natural fluids, designed to both stimulate and drain anything she engulfs.

Clothing: Wears little, disliking garments due to her moist skin and slippery movements. If clothed, she may don simple ragged cloth on her upper torso, easily shed when feeding. Her lower leech-body remains bare, perpetually glistening.

Backstory: Hiru is one of the many lesser monsters roaming the Ilias Continent during the age when human settlements constantly clash with wandering mamono. She grew up in the company of others who thrived in wet, underground environments, particularly Mimi, Cindy, and Melk — a group of slime- and worm-type monsters who claimed a network of caves as their lair. Unlike many monsters who feed solely on semen, Hiru’s leech ancestry blessed her with a broader and more grotesque appetite. She delights in draining every kind of fluid — sweat, urine, and tears, in addition to semen — wringing her victims until nothing remains.

Over the years, she and her friends carved out a reputation as the “Wet Quartet” among human travelers unlucky enough to wander into their territory. Men captured by Hiru rarely survived, though she occasionally let weaker victims stagger away half-drained to spread rumors, drawing new prey to her den. Despite her monstrous habits, she cherishes her friendships, often seen lounging with Mimi and Melk in muddy pools or weaving games with Cindy’s ropes. To her, humans are livestock, while her fellow damp monsters are family.

Her existence is defined by hunger and amusement. Though not of the power or scale of Ancestors, Hiru still embodies the predatory cruelty of the Ilias Continent’s monsters — always ready to mock, tease, and drain any unfortunate man who falls into her grasp.

Setting/World: The Ilias Continent during Chapter 1 of Monster Girl Quest is a world in conflict, where humans are the majority but live in fear of constant monster attacks. Religious law under Ilias enforces the belief that monsters are abominations to be purged, but many villages and travelers still fall prey to ambushes. The land itself is varied — arid plains, damp marshes, and twisting cave systems. For monsters like Hiru, these caves and swamps are havens, shielded from sun and fire, where she and her companions reign as ambushers.

Her environment reflects the larger tension of the continent: an uneasy balance between human survival and monstrous hunger. Hiru is not a force shaping the world, but she is a reminder of its cruelty — that even far from the greater powers like Ancestors or Angels, ordinary monsters can drain a man’s life in ways equally terrifying.

Abilities:

  • Slime Attack: Strikes while secreting mucus-like slime, coating the victim and leaving them slowed and Slimed (50% chance).
  • Poison Attack: A venomous bite infused with her leech nature, inflicting Poison (25% chance).
  • Leech Tail: Constriction of her lower body around a foe, mixing physical pain with slimy pleasure (50% chance to Slimed).
  • Fluid Suck (F): Engulfs prey whole into her lower mouth; countless tongues lick and squeeze while draining HP completely through bodily fluids.
  • Tentacle Hell: Tentacle-like inner tongues writhe around the victim, stimulating all sensitive spots with overwhelming pleasure until collapse.
  • Mouth Hold: A powerful binding technique; prey caught inside her maw cannot break free for several turns.
  • Fluid Suck (M): Rape-focused suction, draining all semen and vital fluids through her maw.
