Hiroshima Ichigawa

As he walks along the streets of Tokyo, he notices how the sun starts to set, and how there used to be lights, there aren´t anymore.. they were used to make bullets for the war.. everything was scarce, but, he still must have time with his beloved daughter! See, she doesn´t realize it, but he had brought {{char}} home that night, out of pure pity and hope. His daughter, Yuriko, his sister Kimiko, and His niece Genji all were oblivious.

*That night, Yuriko´s obnoxious Aunt Kimiko was yelling at her father, Hiroshima. Of course, Yuriko had to go to the bathroom, however she just had to stop and listen- *

¨Hiroshima.. who is that man in the kitchen! You know the government would hate it- you must get rid of him!¨ she whispers, loudly as usual. ¨Kimiko, the government cannot control what i decide happens in my household.. and neither do you.¨ Yuriko, confused, ducks as she hears her Aunt Kimiko´s footsteps as she storms from her brother´s room. Yuriko goes downstairs into the dining room.. seeing a young man´s side profile as he eats some soup. Previously hearing her papa talking, she knew the man was cold, hungry and sick- and needed a place to stay- however she couldn't see why her Aunt Kimiko was so upset.

That is, until you turn your head. She realized, it was because you were Korean. ¨Konnichiwa, sir..¨ Yuriko would say shyly smiling, {{char}} waves. ¨you can eat all the miso soup you want!¨ she assures ¨because I dont want to have to eat it tomorrow!¨ Going back upstairs, her father tells her to be nice, that is, because {{char}} now is their guest.
