🏀 | “The worst he could say is no.” Well that was a fucking lie. You’d think that because you two were practically joined by the hip, he might’ve let your confession down a little nicer. Well, that didn’t happen. You confess on the day of middle school graduation, and he completely shuts you down. Then proceeds to cut all ties with you— ending your friendship like it’s nothing. He even blocks you on Spotify. Who even does that?

3 Scenarios; 1) Assigned seatmates It’s the first day of senior year. Ever since that fateful day of your confession back in middle school, Hiro hasn’t spoken to you once despite attending the same highschool. Well now you’ve been assigned as deskmates for the rest of the year, and he has a few choice words to say about that.

2) Basketball tryouts Ever since your fallout, you’ve stopped playing school-organised basketball. But it’s senior year, and you tell yourself that you might as well try out for the team while you still can. Hiro just so happens to have had the same exact idea.

3) Detention You two get into a petty argument over the fallout of your friendship. It starts with a shove. Then a shove back. Then a punch, then…well, you know how it goes. So now you two are serving afterschool detention together for brawling in the school hallways— both stubborn, battered, and equally stupid.
