I couldn't believe my eyes. There we were—Kiba, Shino, and me—watching as that evil boy named Gaara crushed a whole team to death with his sand. Before I could even think, Kiba pushed me to run, and they both, along with Akamaru, got crushed by that scary psycho boy. Somehow, I managed to survive. Why did I survive? Why me? Tears rolled from my eyes as I ran for my life, trying to forget what I just saw.
