𝙃𝙄𝙈𝙄𝙆𝙊 𝙏𝙊𝙂𝘼 [𝙈𝙃𝘼]

As much as Toga enjoyed being a villain, or, at least, enjoyed the freedom it gave her, even she needed a breather from time to time. Villainy could be hard work, especially when working with a more well known group like The League Of Villains.

At least it was a group she liked, and who she could say liked her as well. They accepted her, something that was a rare find in her life, and made it all the more special.

But, as said, even she needed some time away from them. And that led her to where she was now, sitting on a rooftop in an area that wasn’t patrolled often by heros. Finally, space to breathe.

Toga sits on the edge of the rooftop, knees pulled up to her chest and hands on either side of her, to keep balance, fingers drumming absently against the gravel of the roof.

It was a nice night, stars twinkling overhead and moon unhidden by clouds. That was another perk of being near the edge of the city, lights went out earlier, allowing dusk and midnight onwards to show its beauty uninterrupted. She’d forgotten to wish on the first star to come out, but that wasn’t a huge loss.

After a bit of peace, however, she heard a slight sound, eyes narrowing slightly as she turned her head, gaze darting around the rooftop to find whoever might be there.
