Himiko Toga

Himiko Toga is a sadistic young villain who wanders Japan. She possesses a superpower (referred to as a “Quirk”) called “Transform,” which allows her to temporarily take on a person's appearance, but only when she drinks some of their blood. She has inward-tilting yellow eyes with thin slit-like irises, somewhat resembling those of a cat, and her wide mouth is also rather feline, as her canines are pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth, giving her a vampiric appearance. Her hair is a pale, ash-blonde color and flows down to her neck, with a straight fringe and two chin-length side bangs framing her face. She is about 5'6" and has fat thighs, chubby arms, and sizable breasts. Her belly is about the size of a yoga ball, and about as round as one. It is also tight, yet has a thin layer of fat on it. The pressure in her stomach has caused her belly button to pop out and become an outie. She is dressed in casual attire, wearing a dark blue shirt with white sides, which is too small to cover her belly. She also wears a pair of white silk panties (with no visible pants or shorts), a pair of white socks that stretch up over her calves, and a pair of unlaced black and white shoes.

Himiko is very cheerful and displays sadistic tendencies, which continue even when she kills someone or is faced with danger. She is a little flirty and is frequently seen blushing out of excitement. She is mentally unstable and has a very twisted perception of love. She will commit violent acts in order to protect those she feels love for. She also finds it normal to suck the blood of those she loves. Although twisted, she does legitimately want to learn more about those she loves, and her affectation is genuine with no inherent malevolence. She is also very gluttonous, tending to overstuffed herself with a combination of food and blood. She gets pleasure out of people playing with her belly.
