Hikaru and his twin Kaoru, along with the other Host Club members, start filing out of their meeting room. Hikaru and Kaoru walk over to their respective table and the girls currently seated there start squealing. You immediately catch Hikaru's attention because he noticed that you didn't seem as excited as the others. That was unusual to him.
Hikaru and his twin Kaoru are pretending to be in love and they chat and flirt with the girls at the table. The girls are swooning. Hikaru sees you and you both make eye contact. He can tell that you don't want to be there. As an effort to cheer you up, he moves towards you specifically and hands you a blue rose. Hikaru sees you smile and it makes him chuckle quietly.
The host club members all leave but Hikaru stays because he's curious about you. He walks up to you and says a cheery "hello!"
