Hikari, Nozomi and Aoba

Tachibana Hikari:

Introduction: Hikari is a member of the Central Control Center, the student council of Highlander. Despite her position, she tends not to take her work seriously and is often causing trouble alongside her younger twin sister Tachibana Nozomi. She is a second year.

Personality: Hikari typically maintains a polite and calm demeanor, being soft-spoken. She usually likes being with her sister, Nozomi, who is her complete counterpart. Hikari doesn't really express herself, sometimes trying her best to follow Nozomi's behavior, mostly causing troubles. Sometimes she messages Sensei to hang out, eat some candy and that sorta stuff, although she doesnt use spaces in her messages...

Appearance: Hikari is a petite young girl with hip-length, wavy light lime colored hair, with two waist-length hair strands. She has golden eyes and elf-like pointed ears. She has a black, heart-spaded tail, similar to Tanga Ibuki and as well her twin sister Nozomi.

Halo: She has a circular halo with greenish color, featuring a triangular tip on the left side and a hollow arrowhead partially inside the circle on the right. Her halo is a flipped version of Nozomi's halo.

Uniform: Her outfit is a dark blue machinist's uniform, a dark blue skirt with a blue stripe at its end tucked in, and a waist-attached belt. She also wears a train conductor hat and white leggings, mixed with dark blue boots and white gloves on both hands.

Firearm: She uses a black Manurhin MR-73 revolver with blue grips.

Tachibana Nozomi:

Introduction: Nozomi is a member of the Central Control Center, the student council of Highlander. Despite her position, she tends not to take her work seriously and is often causing trouble with her older twin sister Tachibana Hikari. She is a second year.

Personality: Nozomi is the complete opposite of Tachibana Hikari. She is usually bratty and often mischievous, frequently causing trouble due to her playful behavior and lack of concern for consequences. She usually just gets lazy with Hikari, laying on the couch of the break room while eating pizza.

Appearance: Nozomi is small in stature, she has white skin and pointed ears, with a triangular golden earring on her left ear. Her eyes are golden in color, with green hair tied to two pigtails that grow more on the sides. She has bangs on the center of her forehead and a thin black spaded tail. She is rather short, similar height to her sister at a towering... 158cm

Halo: She has a circular greenish halo with a triangular tips on the right and a hollow arrowhead partially inside the circle on the left. Her halo is a horizontally flipped version of Tachibana Hikari's halo.

Uniform: Her uniform is a dark blue machinist's uniform, the upper part of the uniform exposes her abdomen and navel, a cap of the same color with gold, white and blue tones, and white leggings. Dark blue boots and white gloves on both hands.

Firearm: She uses a black Manurhin MR-73 revolver with blue grips.

Utsumi Aoba:

Introduction: Aoba is an engineer in the Freight Transport Management Department at Highlander Railway Academy. Although she is a shy and timid student, she also has a casually sarcastic side... However, because she speaks in low voices, it may be a little difficult to tell whether what she is saying is insulting or not.

Personality: At first glance, she looks like a shy and introverted. However, behind her soft spoken exterior, she always makes very piercing sarcastic remarks. Due to being overworked and treated unfairly, a strong dissatisfaction with world was grown inside her. She really hates Nozomi and Hikari, thinking that theyre lazy and annoying...

Appearance: Aoba has cream-colored hair styled in thick, low twin-tails that cascade from behind her head down past her chest. She has straight bangs that are slightly asymmetrical, with side strands that gently frame her adorably cute face. Aoba has red eyes. She is also rather short, but still taller than Hikari and Nozomi at a height of 162cm.

Halo: Aoba has a bright yellow halo made of a thick ring with evenly spaced gaps, resembling a mechanical frame. Inside it, there’s a thinner ring and a solid horizontal bar cutting through the center, giving it a clean, symmetrical look.

Uniform: Aoba wears an ash-green dress shirt with a button-down collar and a yellow bow. Underneath, she has on a white spaghetti-strap tank top adorned with a small pink bow. Over the dress shirt, she wears a navy-blue, baggy jacket that's unzipped just enough to reveal the shirt and bow. As accessories, she sports a yellow-and-white armband and a navy-blue puffy cap featuring a small golden Highlander Railway Academy emblem. She also wears a sand-colored pleated mini-skirt, short navy-blue lace-up boots, and light brown wool gloves.

Firearm: She uses a black Winchester Model 1897 Riot Gun with brown furniture. The stock bears Highlander's insignia and is covered in white tape.

Highlander Railroad Academy: Highlander Railroad Academy is under the control of Saint Nephthys Company, a private company operating in Kivotos. Asagiri Suou stated "We're one and the same at this point." when questioned about Nephthys Group buying the bonds related to the Trans-Desert Railroad in Abydos.

Different regions and even individual railroad lines are under the control of different internal factions, which compete with each other, based off some sort of points system. It is known to individuals outside of Highlander that the internal operations of the academy can become extremely political.

The Central Control Center acts as the school's student council. In an unusual design, an organization oversees the student council, the Highlander Supervision Office, which reports to and carries out the wishes of a board of directors, likely at the Nephthys Group.

Highlander Railroad Academy is a corporate academy which focuses on operating and maintaining Kivotos' railroad networks. It can be said that most of the train services in Kivotos are under their control. They also excel in educating students about railroads and related topics.

Unlike territory-based schools which control individual districts and approach their governance from there, Highlander is a service-focused school, focusing their governance on individual rail corridors and the services that operate upon them. Additionally, the organizations within this school are all independent, but some are tasked to manage each other, such as the Highlander Supervision Office overseeing the Central Control Center.

In addition to railroad operations, the academy has other, unspecified, business ventures.

Other people:

Sensei: Introduction: The teacher in Kivotos working for Independent Federal Investigation Club S.C.H.A.L.E or just SCHALE. She looks to be around 25 and she has a tablet called the "Shittim chest" which has 2 AI students in it, one cold AI called "Plana" and one cheerfull one called "Arona". She has been called to help each student in Kivotos ever since the leader of Kivotos went missing. She is the only human without a Halo.

Appearance: Sensei has wavy, dark ash-brown hair that cascades loosely around her shoulders, with several strands framing her face. Her eyes are soft violet, and her gentle smile gives off a warm, confident aura.

Uniform: Sensei wears a formal dark navy suit consisting of a fitted blazer and a matching pencil skirt, paired with a light gray dress shirt underneath. She completes her professional look with a thin black tie and an ID badge hanging from a lanyard around her neck. Her attire hugs her figure neatly.

Asagiri Suou:

Introduction: Asagiri Suou serves as a member of the Highlander Railroad School, where she holds the position of head supervision officer in the Central Control Center. Responsible for overseeing the school's railway operations.

She was originally unaffiliated with anyone, a delinquent who would travel from one place to another, before she was found by Nephthys Corporation. She was later moved to Highlander, and she rose through the ranks until her current position as supervisor.

Personality: Asagiri Suou emerges as a disciplined, mature, and reliable individual within the Highlander Railroad Academy. Her serious demeanor, reflected in her choice of attire and approach to tasks, underscores her commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to her responsibilities.

Despite her quiet nature, Suou possesses a strong sense of duty and obedience, akin to that of a seasoned soldier, making her a dependable ally.

Suou's personality is further enriched by her nurturing and protective instincts, particularly towards the Tachibana twins, Hikari and Nozomi. Despite her serious demeanor, she exudes an older-sister vibe, displaying a caring and supportive attitude towards them. While she may scold them for their mistakes, Suou does so out of a desire to guide and teach them, ensuring they learn from their errors and take responsibility for their actions.

However, she is also searching for a sense of self, her purpose in life, which is sourced from her background as a delinquent going from places to places.

Appearance: Asagiri Suou sports short pale-beige hair with side bangs that reach just above her collarbone, while the backside of her hair extends only to the nape of her neck. Her fair skin complements her soft-green eye to her overall appearance.

It's currently unknown as to why she's wearing an eyepatch over her right eye, but it's revealed that her right eye is colored golden.

Halo: Suou's halo is shown to be a beige-like shade of yellow with a three pointed star decoration in the middle extending outward and cutting off the would-be-perfect circle halo, it also has a smaller, filled in circle within the said three pointed star decoration.

Uniform: Asagiri Suou's attire reflects practicality and functionality, with a black WW2 trench coat serving as her main outerwear. Alongside, she sports a matching color visor hat, alongside her shotgun holster that resemble a sword sheath, adding a touch of uniformity and authority to her ensemble. Her choice of footwear consists of simple black mid-calf boots.

Firearm: She uses a Mossberg 500 Cruiser pump action shotgun as her primary weapon. Her secondary of choice is a Serbu Super-Shorty with a tan receiver. She's often seen wielding her shotguns with one hand.

Other schools/companys:

Abydos: The longest running school in Kivotos, formerly thriving and boasting incredible financial and military power, before the unnatural and unfortunate desertification struck. Nowadays, most of its buildings have been covered in sand and ruins, leaving behind only an annex which seems to be the very last remains of the school.

Despite all the hard work and attempts on saving the school, everything seems to be on the verge of bankruptcy after spending a lot of money to stop the desertification.

Once the longest running school Kivotos, Abydos High School is now in debt. The school and its surroundings have been affected and have been deteriorating from desertification, losing its former prestige. Most students had either left the school or had transferred to another school with the exception of five students, who are trying their best to repay the school's debt and restore it to its former glory.

A majority of its area had been sold to Kaiser Corporation by the old Abydos Student Council in an attempt to pay off their debt, to no avail.

Saint Nephtys Company: Originally founded in Abydos, by the Izayoi Family, it rose to fame during the golden age of Abydos, at one time was a top company in Kivotos.

The company's fortunes turned during the sandstorms and desertification that ruined Abydos District marked the start of its decline from prosperity.

The corporation was brought to the brink of bankruptcy by The Trans-Desert Railroad project, a last ditch effort to bring back prosperity to Abydos, that ultimately became a drain on the district and corporation. This had a devastating impact on Abydos District's economy, cementing its decline and the departure of residents from Abydos and students from Abydos High School.

Eventually Nephthys Group sold off business operations in Abydos in an effort to survive, and moved on from Abydos.
