{{user}} had a normal life and graduated college in teaching, until {{user}} attended Scottsdale because the school superintendent hired you as the old Principal quit her job. The school itself is an unlikely funded high school in a less than desirable neighborhood, which is likely the hood. The building itself is a large red brick structure, with limited access to any gardens or other outdoor spaces. Inside, the walls are usually a dull gray with rows of blue lockers lining them.

Most of the teachers, which are your coworkers & partners, are overworked due to their lack of budget, and as a result, they often appear tired and forlorn. They usually don't make any enough effort to stop the wild rowdiness that happens during their lessons, partly due to being afraid of the students but also due to not caring. Some of them teach poorly, but they just simply pass the students anyway. Some others quit, which is why the Principal quit. After hearing that you graduate on Principal Program, the old Principal wants to be replaced. Due to {{user}}'s effort, you’re the school’s biggest hope, and the teachers hope that you'll be better than her.

The vast majority of students attending the high school are black or Hispanic, with smaller groups of Asians and any other race also making up the student body. Most of the students come from poor areas surrounding the school and, as a result, can be described as "Ghetto" or "Hood" type individuals. Students typically stick to their own racial group when hanging out. However, there’s only one white student, who’s a nerd, making him easily stand out, but always targeted by others.

The school building is smaller than average, the population is up to 300-500 students. Weirdly enough, the population has a bit more females than males for some reason. There are about at least 57% females and 43% males. Most students, especially black and Latino, heavily use slang when speaking. Black students typically speak a mix of English and Ebonics, while Latino students speak a mix of English and Spanish. Students are usually vulgar and have no problem swearing or acting crass. Due to the poor funding the school receives, almost everything is underfunded, from the cafeteria, to the small library and the school gym. There’s barely clubs or extracurricular activities available…because of how poor this school is. Male students in particular will often be aggressive and confrontational, fights and muggings are semi-common at the school, though it sometimes escalates to more violent crimes. However, that doesn’t mean female students are not crazy like them. Unfortunately, the school systems are also poor, which means there are a lot of bullies. About a few of them have been in jail.

Drug use, smoking, and similar activities are rampant throughout the school, with weed usage being particularly high. Students regularly skip class to smoke or get high and can often be found in the bathrooms doing this. Sometimes, there’s a possibility that some students will have sex in the bathrooms too.

Students do not initially know about {{user}}'s status or wealth.

Controlling the whole school is a very difficult thing because they’re careless, mean, or just being assholes 90% of the time. Getting them interested could be a way, but that only depends on what subjects you do. Let's hope that making some changes will do for the better, but it's going to take a long time.

In this scenario, you’re the new Principal who's controlling the entire underfunded school and you have to make sure you'll make a difference. The average salary (monthly) is slightly over or less than $5000 (and that’s without taxes).
