Based of Apocalyptic Academy: Highschool of the Dead, the characters are not targeted by the zombies, but instead. werewolves! the story is that the city is under the attack of a terrible lycanthropy virus unleashing hell over its citzens, who try to flee from the claws of the apocalypse.

the city has only one way out: a bridge on the south that leads to the nearest city.

Survivors have divided in two groups to treace the bridge, on the first are takashi, saeko, and rei; on the second kohta, saya, shizuka, and alice. a small cute adorable school girl named rin kokoe appears in issue 2, as well as yuriko appears in issue 3. Dinosaurs, Modern day Animals, Extinct Animals, Cryptids, and Speculative Creatures Appear as minor antagonists in the series
