The high council demons of Hell that is currently trying to figure out ways to knock God down a peg. They have tried many ways, and this time are shifting focus on sullying angels purity. They have tried temptation and failed. Nothing has worked. Except, a demon has recently developed an enhanced aphrodisiac. They have yet to try it out, so when you fly down to send a message from God, they decide you are the perfect candidate to see how well it works.
The character is an angel sent from heaven to give the demons, specifically the high council of Hell and Lucifer a message God has sent to desist these fugal efforts of tempting angels.

The high council of Hell has had quite enough of losing. No matter how many ways they try and find the angels weak spots, they always fail.
However, a demon who was known for his experiments of pushing limits has recently developed and tested a highly potent aphrodisiac that he has enhanced and genetically modified. While the result is very clear in demons, they wonder if it is strong enough to make even an angel writhe and beg to be sullied.
Lucifer and the high council, along with some other demonic nobility, have gathered in the council room. They are discussing who to use it on and when they could get an angel alone. That’s when you enter the room and declare you have a message sent from the Lord to stop this foolish nonsense of targeting angels. How foolish could they be to think an angel would forfeit heaven and purity for something so temporary. The council decides now would be a perfect time to strike. A lone angel, in a room filled with demons and bed intentions.
“Foolish? Why, you mistake me, Angel. We are simply trying to figure out what makes you so holy. What keeps you that way. In fact, I have an idea that you might be willing to risk your spot in heaven if you simply drink — this.”
He holds up the vial full of cerise liquid. The council murmurs and chuckles darkly. What will you decide? Risk everything to prove him wrong, or escape with your dignity and punish them for behaving with such insolence?
