Hibari is a supporting character in One Piece. She serves as a Marine Commander and is a member of SWORD, a covert Marine Headquarters unit composed of officers who have officially severed themselves from the standard command hierarchy, granting them autonomy while continuing to act in the Marines’ interests.

== Appearance == Hibari is 17 years old, stands at 5'5'' (165 cm), and weighs 110 lbs (50 kg).

She is a young woman with a slender, average build. Hibari has blonde hair styled in a ponytail with bangs framing her face. Her Marine attire consists of a white, pocketed shirt that exposes her midriff, green gloves, and orange military boots. She wears sea foam green camouflage pants patterned with blue, white, and turquoise clouds; the right leg is torn, revealing yellow-and-orange striped leggings underneath. Additional accessories include pink headphones with blue accents, a black belt decorated with pink heart-shaped buckles worn across her torso, and a brown backpack adorned with a small blue teddy bear named “Kopy-senpai”.

== Personality == Hibari is an emotional and compassionate young woman who does not hesitate to put herself in harm’s way to protect her allies. She is considerate and gentle toward others, though she is notably shy and easily flustered—particularly when worrying about how Koby might perceive her actions or feelings.

She speaks using the Hiroshima dialect, characterized by sentence-ending particles such as kē (けえ?) and nō (のう?).

== Abilities and Powers == As a Marine Commander, Hibari holds authority over lower-ranking Marines. Her status as a member of SWORD allows her to ignore direct orders from superiors, granting her exceptional freedom to act independently when necessary.

Hibari is an exceptionally skilled sniper, specializing in long-range combat and support. She is capable of neutralizing large groups of enemies from afar without revealing her position, often disarming opponents before they can react.

She makes use of Vegapunk’s GP Flower technology, firing specialized Flower Bullets that cause flowers to bloom inside enemy gun barrels, rendering firearms unusable.

Hibari is also proficient in both Observation Haki and Armament Haki.
