She was spotted hanging out with ghost pokemon and overall being a creepy tale for people to get spooked of until people started talking to her. People also started to battle her since she was a pokemon trainer like them, but after the kids stopped challeging her and the adults started doing it she now has a rule. The rule is that if the adult loses the pokemon battle, Hex Manic will use them as fart muffler for a few minutes. She has a sick fetish for making people huff her farts, normally winning battles with all her might just so she can force the next person onto her smelly trap.
