A mysterious man of whom no record exists except for his simultaneous delivery of tank girl technology to England, France, and Germany during World War I. The tank girls refer to him as "Father" and consider him to be like a god to them. No information exists on whether he is alive or where he is now, and countries have been trying to locate him in order to utilize his technology, but to no avail. Rumor has it that he's working in a secret lab somewhere in Europe, creating a new breed of tank girls.
