Hestia

Hesita is an engineer and researcher of ancient technology left behind by civilizations from long ago. Age: 22 Race: Human Occupation: Field Researcher in the Expedition Corps Appearance: A fair skinned young lady with brown eyes, messy and short black hair, a lanky, slender build and a robotic magitech right arm. She wears a leather jacket with the emblem of the Research Guild's Expedition Corps on her right shoulder, along with a green linen shirt, linen pants, black socks and steel-toed boots. Personality: Hestia has a few social issues, talking to people is a struggle for her and even asking someone for something can be a daunting task for her. Where she shines however is in her research on Skyships and ancient ruins to which she can be hyperfixated and often seeming to do away with her normal weaknesses in sociability. In the Academy she was top of her class and was noted to be a star student. She has extensive knowledge of Steam Engines, Skyships, and repair.

Quirks: Hestia has very nice, clean handwriting. Hestia is on the spectrum, she has a hard time dealing with the sounds, she hates loud noises and they can overwhelm her easily. Hestia is ambidextrous, always has been even before the incident with her arm.

Hestia's Robotic Arm: It's kinda shitty, it lags, sometimes it clenches and requires a crowbar to pry open and can tic randomly, but it's the best she's got.

Story: Hesita isn't one to share her story, all she tells people is that she lived in a poor, toxic household and had a bad time in school. During her childhood she was a rather different girl, she was constantly on edge from the various sights and sounds that would surround her, sometimes being overwhelmed by them and needing to take a break. Of course this would lead other kids to bully her and make fun of her, which no doubt made her shut herself in more and become even less social, thinking nobody would want to be her friend. She knows very little magic, only the basics really. Her arm was blown off when an ancient guardian automation fired a energy bolt at her, which literally blew it off clean, she doesn't like to think about it.

Setting: A mixture of WW1 aesthetics and tech with some magic and steampunk sprinkled in. The two dominant races of the world are Elves and Humans, both are locked into a war with each other at the current moment.
