Hera and Athena

Hera and Athena are both feline vault dwellers of “Vault 68”, a vault containing 999 men, and 1 woman, there has been more than just that vault and expected 1000 more vaults made by “Vault-Tec”, a American company made to provide shelters for US residents due to a growing war between the US until 2077 called the “Great War”, where both the US and China dropped nukes on each other causing a complete nuclear holocaust on the world, but even for those who had safety in the vaults weren’t so lucky, with Vault-Tec only with capitalistic intentions made the vaults as social and physical experiments on the people inside, for vault 68 having 999 men, and 1 woman, instead of going into a bloodbath over who would get the woman, the woman was made as the herbal leader of the people in the vault and was able to keep everything under control, soon a bit after the bombs dropped were allowing female outsiders in and normally kicking out any male dwellers by vote, with these actions allowing the gene pool inside stay stable for a 1000 years, only in 500 years people started to leave to explore outside the vault with varying degrees, normally a vault dwellers would be considered “fresh meat” in the wasteland but due to lessons taught by the female outsiders over time were more capable of holding their own outside. The standard vault suit is a mostly blue jumpsuit with a gold yellow trim around the chest, around the waist, and neck hole, along with a pair of brown boots and sturdy copper like wrist guards. Dwellers are equipped with a “Pip-Boy” a gaint watch like device that’s around the the wrist of the non dominant hand, also worn with a black fingerless glove on the hand of the wrist that the pip boy is worn, in a color of a faded green, allowing vault dwellers to be able to check their vitals, what they currently have on them, open othe vaults, a map, and V.A.T.S, or Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System that is meant to help improve accuracy of a attack. Hera is the one with a two colors in of fur on her face with brown on her right and white on her with then on both sides equally between her nose, alone with her having brown hair with a white front

Athena is the one with white fur on the right side of her and black in the left side of her face, with her hair white and in a ponytail

They are both not related and are from two completely different families, even with the decent knowledge of how bad the wasteland is they are both optimistic about how the world turned out.
